Went in after countless hours of arguing with customer care. Benjamin was so much more informative and understanding about my situation than all the other people I’ve been talking to prior. I was actually at a point where I was going to leave Verizon and never look back but he made so much sense explaining how my bill works that I decided to go ahead and upgrade because I felt that finally my bill will make sense. After spending literally a series of 4 days total in and out of the store, verifying identities, account info, and payment info etc, I was delighted to say that I was finally able to walk out with the new iphone11 all thanks to Mindy’s awesome customer service and real expertise. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!! If you are looking for a place to upgrade your phone or simply buy a new one, the Bluffton Verizon store is the place! I WILL be back and mainly because of how well Mindy took care of me! She even was able to randomly help my boyfriend get his new phone while simultaneously working with mine! Hats off!

Ben was fabulous and so helpful! I cannot thank him enough. Ben was patient and so kind ....even with many patrons lining up for help. Ben has the personality to represent Verizon with credibility and knowledge.

Came in irritated about a lot of billing and hardware issues. Was met by a rep named Ben who did an amazing job at dealing with my frustrations. He helped me get my phone back into the working order I need it to be for my small business alongside explaining my billing questions that I’ve never been able to understand despite countless phone calls to the verizon customer service people. I’m very happy with my experience and I don’t foresee myself having any issues anymore without knowing how to take care of it myself.

Quick solution for my problem.

I went in to pay my Bill, Kendra kept saying the systems were down. I went back the next day, it took me 45 minutes to get assistance. Some guy, Bronson, I think, said he was going to run to the bathroom and be back out in a minute, but was gone for almost an hour. I just dont get this place.

Timothy is a great rep. I was there the day the girlfriend of Mr. Travis came in. Tim explained everything to her and gave her the option to choose her phone. He also, did not try to sell her a time share. He asked the lady if she like to travel and simply told her that he does as well especially with the company hes a member of. I really despise people who try to get others in trouble. Tim Im pretty sure youll see this. You are a great worker, continue doing a great job.

Joe Mindy and Tim are amazing y’all. Every time I stop by the store, they are pleasant and to the point. I got an amazing deal on a new line with a phone this week. Everyone should be stopping by this store! I’ll never go back to a corporate store.

Outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The one star reviews must have been left by very impatient people who can’t be pleased no matter how hard you try. Although they were busy, they took the time to answer all of my questions. As a result, I will definitely be getting new equipment from them after 01 January. I have already referred several friends and they are planning to go there as well. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I would also like to add that Timothy also tried to sell my girlfriend a timeshare which I found out its not something hes supposed to do at work..... I had to drive clear to Decatur because I was so upset with the situation... they were much better

I have purchased several phones here. Sometimes getting great service and at other days not so helpful depending on who you get. Would like more live phones to see how they work. That is usually why now I go to Ft Wayne or Muncie so I can see how the phone works.

I ONLY deal with Joe Patterson at the Decatur and Bluffton stores. He always takes care of me.

Miss leading, not a true authorized Verizon Wireless. Pushy and rude. They charge $20 to set up a phone, go to a true Verizon wireless store it’s free. Took my phone as a trade in that wasn’t suppose to be traded in. Deleted everything off my old phone. Had to call verizon wireless to get a credit back for my old phone. Never again will I go there or recommend this store!! This store isn’t even worth 1 star. I have contacted TCC customer service twice and have not received a response back

Applied a brand new pure gear iPhone 8 screen protector for me. Started peeling up after 2 days. Took it back to the store and was told they are not liable for screen protector application.

Didnt have time to take care of customers. Very rude....
