I have ordered twice from Sherwin-Williams and both times the local store screwed up the order. They say it will be here on a certain time and it does not show up. I had to contact the area manager to help get my order. They are very bad in the communication area. Dont trust them.

Best service and the best paint available in my opinion, my dad was a professional painter 58 years in the business, it was his favorite as well

Stellar customer service! Kudos for taking time to discuss what I needed and custom mixing a brilliant purple for me, but wait there is more! I got ambitious and painted more than anticipated so I went back to get more paint and it was out of stock. No problem- there were calls to several stores until what I needed was found and they had it sent to the store. When it arrived I got a call immediately. These guys are the best! Thank you so much.
