Always love going into Harbor Freight I find alot of deals and find things I didnt know I wanted til I saw them there. Lol They are always very helpful and the prices are good also.

Sour employee at the checkout! Why do people take jobs they either hate? Or they just hate people and should not be in the service industry!!! She had a additude about her ( Get what you want pay for it and get out!!! Dont talk to me!) I am seeing this a lot nowadays jobs are supposed to be hard to find today but yet the put people between the customers and the company without hesitation. What Is this world coming to? The only other reason for her additude would be I wasnt a local with the correct accent for the area? I hate thinking that but it still does happen today (Unfortunately)

Customer service sucked they wouldnt help us out at all they didnt have what we need and we needed it today, so instead of offering us a compromise and a percentage of a more expensive one they just said they couldnt help us.

Good assortment of tools for me. They had a fairly priced entry level paint gun for me to use on hobbies. Got a pretty nice tool chest from here with a coupon for under $200 as well.

Buy most of my tools at HF. Thing merchandise is good as well as the prices.

Found what I was after and couple more things. Bought ratchet straps to hold bigger stuff. About a mile up 460 rachet strap broke

Lots of the same items in different places all over the store. Great cashier. Found mostly all that we wanted. Love the coupons and the free lights.

I have been to Harbor Freight several times to get 3 different items. Stock is very low...call before you go.

I always like going in to harbor freight what ever u buy here they check for coupons to help u save even more $$$$ some of the tools are cheap an break with over use but so far been great for doing exchanges

New tools are expensive miss the everyday tools and low prices. New battery tools no cheaper than dewalt. After you buy the battery and a charger.

Large selection of tools at good prices, some are good quality and some are not, but with the warranties they offer it’s no problem. If you don’t use tools but for the occasional repair here and there then they’ll last a while but being used everyday they may not hold up.

Went to get a refund didnt have enough cash to complete the transaction what a joke.Have they ever doing a loan from the safe to take care of the customer for such a small amount twenty four dollars what a joke and there tools are just one time use if that!!!

Not the highest quality on tools but the prices are fantastic. Bought a drill driver 18v for 20 bucks.

This is my go to place for my tools that are not used very often. by that I mean lets say I need a angle grinder for a project but might not use again for several years. I dont see a need to go drop 150 dollars when I can get one here for 40. The store is always clean and well layed out. I can always find what Im looking for and be on my way within ten minutes or so. Staff here are top notch always eager to help with anything you might need. prices and sales cant be beat. Great place to get your tools 🔧. Clean store in Bluefield Va

Cheap tools at cheap prices. I like their stuff because lets be honest no one wants to spend 700 dollars for a 48 volt DeWalt Pneumatic Stapler to hang Christmas lights when you can get a $1.99 Arrow compatible stapler that you can also throw at the neighbors dog from a 30 foot ladder. Also, their electric flyswatter badminton rackets are not in the sporting goods.

The cashier was very friendly. I believe her name was Tammy. She was the only cashier on the floor.

Some people talk down about harbor freight and the quality of the products. I have yet to purchase an item, after reviewing the products,that have given me a problem or not worked to my satisfaction. This and along with very friendly staff who are welcoming and ready to help in any way keeps me coming back to the bluefield location. Keep up the good work.

Stock is starting to get back up during the start of covid 19 was getting low on stuff but had everything I needed today 🙂

Excellent store for tools,Electrical, Etc. but they seemed to be out of stock of a lot of merchandise that I had went there for.

Got a sprayer from there and it separated from the cast and they would not exchange it out so dont buy the sprayers from there they are junk!!!
