We bought our bullfrog spa years ago and get all our supplies here. I picked up a replacement cover yesterday and was very pleased to find they had one in stock. Travis was extremely helpful with tips on how to extend the life of the cover. They have an extensive inventory of spa and pool supplies.

These guys know their stuff. From pools to hot tubs. We had them come out and give us a quote for a pool. They can handle everything from construction all the way through landscaping. We are also in line for a spa but everywhere is on quite a back list. As big as they are they are able to get more than other dealers.

Went in to order a hot tub, a small one they said it would be 6 to 8 months before you could get one, I asked about the floor samples he said theyre all sold? They were all sold, said our salesmen pretty dry pretty matter of fact, didnt really want to take the time to talk to as I felt...

The ladies here were absolutely the best! My mom and I brought my teenage daughter up there to find a swimsuit. Needless to say, teenagers and moms have different styles and levels of appropriate coverage. These ladies helped her find some she loved and I approved of. I couldnt have survived those hours without their help!!

I have never written a review before but feel need to in this instance. Swimthings is a company that fails to communicate, is unorganized, inconsiderate and disrespectful of the customer. What should be an exciting time, has become one of the most frustrating & worst experiences I have had to deal with.In June 2020 I paid my deposit for an inground pool. At that time, I was told construction would start either late fall or l would be one of the first ones in the Spring of 2021.In January I reached out to Vince & was told the excavation date was 04/12/21.When I signed the contract in February, I was told the start date moved to 04/19/21 & allow 1 month for completion.In April I took 3 days off work to be home for excavation. I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I contacted Dallas on April 18th & told date moved to 05/03/21.However, May 3rd came and went. No one showed or called. Again, reached out to Dallas told date had moved again to 05/07/21 but yet again, no one showed up or called.On May 10th I contacted Dallas he stated, work would start “in the new future” told him that was unacceptable, and I would find another contractor.Vince then called a few hours later & said excavation would start Tuesday, May 11th. On May 11th Vince called said they would be there Wed, May 12th. At that time, told Vince I would higher the landscaper to put in the retaining wall. I asked him to give me a few days’ notice when they were going to be ready the retaining wall. He said they would.May 12th – No one showed up or called. I reached back out to Vince he stated they would be there May 13th by 9 am. Excavator showed up but the dump truck did not so he stated he couldn’t dig much.Next week & half it rained so no work could be doneJune 5th Vince stated they would be ready to pour the patio this week if retaining wall was completed. (Did not get the few days’ notice I asked for). He stated they would grade yard & liner would go in the following week.June 10th Vince was going to let me know what time to meet him to mark the area for the concrete. I told him that the fence was scheduled for June19th. He reassured me that was no problem that the equipment should be gone by that time. However, in order for the fence to be installed I had to move their trash, 2x4’s, and empty pallets out of the way.June 11th I never heard from Vince on a time so I asked again what time we were going to meet. We made arrangements to meet at noon. I left work and waited for an hour – he never showed or called. I sent a text letting him know I went back to work. I marked the lines for the concrete myself. Asked when I could expect completion. Told concrete by next Thursday, June 17th. Then they would need to do floor and he was going to check on the liner.June 15th, I notified Vince their equipment damaged my neighbors side walk when they added footing to the pool. Asked if it could be fixed at the same time, they poured the concrete, but got no responseJune 17th, I asked to have trash & dirt removed from the yard so landscapers could finish. Vince stated it would be the next day. 1 truck load of dirt removed but the other one remains. No trash was removed. In fact, more trash in the yard.June 22nd Asked again if they could remove the dirt and trash. Vince stated it would all be removed the next day. Stated liner been on order 3 for weeks. (Don’t understand why the liner wasn’t ordered in February when I signed the contract or even in May when excavation started). They were still needing to install plumbing for the equipment.As of June 26th, trash and pile of dirt still remains. There has been no work done since June 19th.This has been going on nearly 2 ½ months & I still don’t have a pool. Seems I won’t for a while longer, apparently the liner has not come in and pumps still need to be installed. Not to mention weather forecast is for rain next several days.Buyer beware.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Swim Things in Blue Springs, MO. My salesman’s name was Kyle.The people there are friendly and very attentive.They delivered my new tub and took away my old tub on a Friday morning and it took less than 75 minutes.They took great care in setting the new tub up and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it.My electrician couldn’t make it for a few days so I called Kyle and they recommended an electrician to call and hook the tub up. I called on a Friday afternoon and A&A Electrical, Inc was there at sun up Monday morning.Filled the tub it heated right up. Young man named Tate came out Tuesday and showed me how to run and take care of my new tub.This is my 3rd Hot Tub and my first one from Swim Things. My wife and I love it!Main buying factors that made me choose Swim Things. The BullFrog Spa brand, the 5 year warranty, they delivered and hauled my old spa away and I call Swim Things when I need service.Throw in the great treatment I received from Kyle and Tate and it was an easy buying experience.

I was in the market for a pool and was told it would be in September 2021 before it would be installed. I told them its okay so I came in to chat about it and get an estimate in June 2020. I never received an email or phone call back. I am not sure if they forgot maybe or if they just dont have time but a simple follow up would have been nice. Weve since gone elsewhere but wanted to share our experience rather than not saying anything.

They give one option for shipping and the price is out of this world. I paid for two day priority usps shipping and received 5 day ground ups. Just wish I got what I paid for and I reached out to see if they’d resolve or answer and no reply. Unprofessional get your items else where.

Purchased a Bullfrog spa from Swim Things a few months ago. We have been very satisfied. Kyle Luster is very knowledgeable, service oriented, and always tried his best to help us! I really enjoyed visiting the business and ordering our spa from the factory. Do your homework but I believe Bullfrog has a superior spa.

Our experience was phenomenal! My daughter recieved a Hot Tub from Make-A-Wish and Swim Things was top notch. There was a very small issue when the hot tub was delivered but Kyle worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for my daughters wish and didnt stop until it was resolved. She absolutely loves her hot tub and we cannot thank Swim Things enough for all of their hard work.

I highly recommend Swim Things! We purchased a Bullfrog spa 11 years ago and have had very little trouble with it until this year. Swim Things came out the first time and said it was electrical, so I pursued electrical help. After two electricians made 3 visits they finally decided it was electrical. In between the electrical visits Swim Things continued to stay in touch by making 5 visits (tested everything possible) and several phone calls. Bottom line the service department did a great job! We had a great experience with Swim Things. We wanted to get a couple quotes and the first place we talked to instantly said we couldn’t put a pool on our lot. I went to Swim Things and talked to Chuck and he worked it around and figured out how we could do it and then went to bat with the city to get it approved. They also put our pool in while our house was being built and they were really good with working around our other subs. I would highly recommend them!!!!!

You can’t go wrong with this company. Quality work and very professional. They must treat their employees right b/c the guys showed up on time no matter what the conditions were and did an expert job. If you are on a search to get a family pool, hire swim things you won’t be let down!

Everyone at Swim Things was very helpful and the pool opened Spring 2018. The auxiliary pump had an issue when first started and it shorted out. The staff worked to get a new pump and get things corrected and all was good. As with any project, there were a few very minor items to address. But, the first season of swimming fun was enjoyed by all. Were looking forward to the next and many more seasons.

I ordered some new foam cores for my mothers hot tub cover and when we got them they were too big. Swim Things apologized and attempted to order the correct size. When the manufacturer told them how long it would take to get them in, Swim Things decided that was too long to wait so they gave us a whole new cover. Customer service at its finest. A+!

I took a pool pump into the store yesterday to have it diagnosed and the two gentlemen in the back of the store could not have been nicer. They immediately looked at the pump and tried to fix it. When they saw the pump was beyond repair they quoted me an excellent price on a new pump and promised to have it ready in 24 hours.The ladies working in the front of the store seemed courteous and professional.5 star service!

Wow! Kyle went above and beyond all our expectations, today! The heating element went out in our hot tub and kept tripping the breaker. I realized this just as the storm hit, yesterday. So, I was panicked that the hot tub’s motor and pipes would freeze and break.I called Swim Things this morning and got an immediate call back. Love the mix and match options on suits since my top is a different size than my bottom. But I was not able to find a extra plus size top that fit well. The staff is very friendly!

I have used Swim Things several times in the last 7 years to open and/or close my pool. I was always pleased. This year, I was charged $500 for them to remove my safety cover and for them to clean crystal clear water. After discussing this matter with Mike, I was told that most people have dirty pools in June...therefore they charge more. The only reason I waited until June was because Ive been out of town for several months and wanted to be in town for them to open it. My pool water was clean and clear. Very unhappy. Never using them again

I tried five times to give this business my business...to no avail. Went in once and was told by owner hed do the job. Nothing, nada, zilch. Called four other times and got nowhere. I had liner work, waterfall fountain purchase, patio deck repair and paint, all sorts of work for them and they didnt act interested one bit. One star is too nice, how about zero stars.

Swim Things built my in-ground pool in 2014 and was tremendous from start to finish. Their subcontractors were on time and worked well together. A few minor issues were addressed after the fact with no cost to me. You can have a pool built for less money by piecing it together yourself, but I cant stress how important it was for us to have it all handled in an efficient, professional manner. They were on time and on budget. As a real estate rehabber, that type of service is quite rare.

Called to buy a new pool pump. The guy who answered asked some questions and suggested I try a repair. Long and the short it only cost $35 instead of the hundreds for the new pump that I was ready to purchase. I look for honest businesses like this and they will always have my business.

Dont have a pool. Had a hot tub. What I do have is a koi pond that uses similar plumbing parts. No matter what weird request or part I throw at them, they are 100% nice & great at handling the situation.

Build great pools, affordable. Hot tubs are available as well as patio furniture and swim attire and toys.

Wanted to purchase a pool cover pump locally but had been researching them online. Went into the store and they wanted $91 more than what I could purchase online. If the sales associate would have offered $20 or so off purchase I would have bought there but they were not going to budge on their price.

Had a swimming pool installed, they did a great job and everyone was very professional and helpful with all our questions.
