As many of us with hearing problems know, having a great support team to assist in the selection, set up and ongoing support of our hearing aids is very important. Billie-Jo and Kim at the Blue Springs office have provided me and my mother outstanding caring and attentive support over the years. You always feel that they have time for you and make every effort to help you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for caring and supportive help in improving their hearing results.

My mom has been struggling for years with hearing loss and each and every time I call or come in they go overboard to do whatever it takes to help! They are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!! Wonderful people!

When I receive my new hearing aids I can hear everything around me even a whistle far off. Im very please with them they are even better than the last hearing aids I had. Plus Kristy Schiesger is the best Audiologist she takes time to listen to what Im missing when hearing people are talking to me. She is a blessing and wouldnt go no where else my hearing.

Kristy has been extremely helpful for me getting the most out of my hearing aids. I have asked her to make some unusual adjustments and her understanding of my requests and ability to make those adjustments has really helped. She was also able to make an adjustment to an accessory for my hearing aids that another audiologist with a different company said couldnt be done.

Got HA adjusted after hearing test to update. It had been 2 years so was needed for sure!
