Music use to be nice for an adult shopping experience. Now the music is loud and suited for the young. Love this store until lately. now because of the music I want to get in and out as fast as possible. Remember it is adults that are shopping and spending their money, not teenagers and rockers. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service at this location’s pharmacy. They don’t care about their customers or how rude they talk to you. There is no accountability. I will happily take my business else where. Sadly, this was all service through the pharmacy’s lead tech, if she is this rude, I can’t imagine the rest of the staff. Stay away from using this location.

Debbie was so friendly! She quickly checked my groceries and wished me a safe healthy evening! She was the nicest cashier Ive ever had at the Blue Springs, Mo market!!

Dustin was very polite and brought out my stuff even though he didnt have too. Of course I was 5 mins late! From 1 Dustin to another 😉 u Rock!

This was all through Point Pickup DeliveryToday at 4:45, I went to pick up an order from the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Blue Spring, MO. When I arrived I was accidentally 5 minutes early, so when an employee came up to my window I gestured to her that I didnt need help at the time. She came back 5 minutes later with my order. I showed her the names of my order and without speaking I confirmed the names and any questions she had. When her and the young man helping her left, I signed in ASL thank you, twice to the young man and once to the young lady. They didnt respond or acknowledge my gesture. When I had a failed attempt to bring back I called the pickup and the same young man from before answered the phone and told me I had to bring in the failed attempt order for Savannah Price. I dropped off the order like I was told, but was never told to give a reason for dropping off the order. I left for about 10-15 minutes and when I came back to pick up an express order, I was met with an verbal agressive manager named Samantha, she then went on to yell at me in front of other customers and her employees telling me that I mistreated her employees by leaving a cart of items without telling them the reason of bringing it back. She then threatened my job and told me she would allow the order that I was their to pick up.I never mistreated her employees once, I never spoke a word to them the entire situation except for the call because my brother tried to commit suicide the night before and I was trying to keep composure while trying to make money for bills. I dont feel safe going back to this location with this employee being there. My little to non-verbal exchange was apparently rude and mistreated her employees when I was on the verge of having an anxiety attack and breaking down from depression and my brother.

I definitely enjoy doing part of my grocery shopping here. The store is always clean. Check out is always quick and easy. If I need assistance during my visit it is never difficult to find an associate.

This place is a joke! Every aisle had one or more associates filling online orders depleting the shelves and getting in the way. One register was open with carts of in person shoppers lined up waiting to check out. Need to vastly improve the customer service!!!

It was clean and well stocked. The fruit and veggies were fresh, like how they are supposed to be.

We have been going here for years. Workers are very friendly and professional. Store always seems tight and well stocked. I have never had any complaints about this store.

Excellent selection of vegan food. Best in KC I think. Eggs are cheaper here than other Walmarts, like half the price. I dunno why. Other than that its just another Walmart.

Would have given you zero. I get tired of your older white women employees acting like they can’t help you. Or like your bothering them. Today I waited for Betty to finish her conversation with a customer before she could respond to Tammy who acted like someone was bothering her. I have had an issue with Tammy before. And there is another lady whom I have had issues with before that monitors the self checkout line. (White older lady). If some of your employees have issues with certain customer and the color of their skin then maybe they shouldn’t be employed at business. Or maybe they need more training on diversity.

I love shopping there, but I dont like self check out period. Better off ordering on line and picking up. They have to be losing money because ordering on line you dont pick up things that wasnt on your list, their lost.

This is the cleanest Walmart I have ever been in! All the staff I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everyone that I asked for help dropped what they were doing to show me exactly where a product was!

Always have what I need instead of Super Walmart, I know now where to do my shopping. Fresh looking fruit

This old white gal was hovering over me at the self checkout. When I asked her if there was a problem, she replied, just watching weve had shoplifting and theft today. Oh okay, but youre over on top of me and nobody else. Well its been mainly at this register. Lol. Yeah right. if you dont like shoplifting n theft maybe dont trust people at all To check themselves out how about that.

I always find everything I need. The store is small enough not to be overwhelmed like the Supercenters.

Went to customer service to put money on my paypal card and it was closed at the middle of the day. I inquired with an Associate and they said it would be closed for two more hours they had nobody to run the customer service center. This is actually happened twice since Ive been going to the store pretty disappointing

Was in and out! First time I had been in a market walmart.

Very poorly run business,I used to look forward to shopping at this location because of the WM on Coronado,in BS,its pretty sad when a store customer cannot be checked out because there are only TWO employees doing the work of six, the isles all have the grocery shopping for the lazy, at least two per isle,yet the on foot customers cant get checked out,all self checked is full and customers there,as well,need help...store should replace mgmt

Had more to choose from than the super center down the road. shelves were full. pleasant an helpful associates.

Tried a new delivery app called point pickup. Asscoiate were very patient during one of the busiest times. Many people at the Walmart were not familiar with the app or what to do. Had items that I didnt understand where they were supposed to be delivered. Explained I was new to this and associate was very understanding and helped me document everything I had returned to the store

I like this store particularly for their drive thru pharmacy. Pharmacists and assistants are so very helpful. Vaccines are available there.

Lower prices. This was our first time there. She says we are coming here from now on. Regular prices one to four dollars less expensive than the Independence, MO Sunfresh, Hyvee, and Price Chopper.

They were efficient and friendly with my prescriptions being filled for the first time at that location.

Just went in to pick up a prescription. Its so much faster than going to the big one on Coronado. I parked right in front, walked in a went directly to the pharmacy. I was in and out in 5 or 6 minutes. It would take at least twice that long to just park at the other one. Its small. Mostly food, paper goods, cleaners, etc., but great if you just need a couple of things or want to grocery shop and not spend all day at Wal-Mart.

Order not ready to pick up when we were texted it was ready. Waited 20 minutes. Workers are nice but not enough. Walmart skimping out again. Would not recommend on line ordering at this location.

Online ordering is super easy and plenty of times to pick from. You can check in on the app when youre on the way and youre order will be out within minutes. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Employee verifies your order and lets you know if anything was subsisted and if you are okay with it.

We love it a whole lot better than independence one

Its layout is different but nice. once I get used to it I think it will be okay its just getting used to a new path but nothing was wrong with it at all

My first neighborhood market visit. We have plenty back home but this one was the first visit. Staff was not very interactive, but being walmart i wasnt really expecting much. But the store was very clean and the staff at entry(due to covid) was welcoming. So thank you.

It is always a pleasure going there and shopping those people that work there has such great attitude so I love going there and shopping the quality is great and fresh produce.

Finally found Gluten Free Oreo cookies for Amanda.

Went in for 4 items. They only had 1. This is more common than uncommon

It was great! The soups were priced lower than at other stores, the hamburger was better looking, leaner, and was not much higher than other stores. Their bakery products were super and priced reasonably. You can bet that we will continue to shop there.

Great for Most of what ya need. Obviously not a full sized store but all the essentials plus some.

I was there just after Christmas and the store was empty but being restocked so it was a bit of a mess but I found what I was looking for and got into a self check out line there were three people in front of me but all together I was only in line for 30 seconds to a minute before I checked out so other then the store being a bit messy this was a quick easy shopping experience!

This market seems to be better stocked than some. It seems when I go in one, the shelves are half bare. Nice location, eady in and out. Lots of self check, just a couple of full check so if u half to go thru that, its a little slower.

Stock was fine but sparse (Thursday evening at 7). Store was clean and carts were good. Love their self check out. Always available stations and well staffed to monitor them which keeps crime down. Bathroom was out of drying towels but was generally clean.

This is a great place to get groceries. They have more stuff in stock than other Walmart food places.

They are constantly changing all their food products to different areas of the store so every time I go in there I dont know where anything is at. I can see them doing this occasionally but youre doing it way too often and I will stop going to that store if they keep it up. I have to stop and talk to an employee to find out where something is at

I have asthma and recently changed insurance providers and Lidiya took the time to help me find the medication that worked best with my insurance and saved me $50 a visit. The staff was kind and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

This is not your usual Walmart. Food only, household items. Alcohol is available here Yellow stickers offer very low reduced prices on fresh grocery items still good for days or can be frozen for later. Only one attended checkout. All others are self-check and can be frustrating until you get used to the system. Clean restrooms, friendly employees and check cashing of all printed checks at $3 surcharge & two party handwritten checks now up to $300 until 8 pm. Very handy. Always reasonable prices. Love the rollbacks!

Its good that they do curbside pickup for groceries. That is the best

Very convenient, I do despise self check outs and the cashiers are always so incredibly slow here. Has all the basics though and then some. I do like the set up of the store and its smaller so quick trips for a few ingredients or a snack or just an in and out trip is much easier.
