Over the last few months this place has gone down hill. Everyone who work there has a chip on their shoulder, and they take it out on their customers. I was a daily customer, but I cannot take the negativity any longer. Every one of them has something bad to say about the other not doing their job its not a comfortable environment and can ruin a good mood. My 14 year old son got upset because he overheard one employee training another you cannot ask these people (meaning customers) to put in their phone number, you have to tell them... all so their numbers look good for the Murphy rewards. I had sent my son in to grab a drink and literally one of the employees came out upset to tell me my son was refusing to put in my phone number. Really... we were running behind and I told him he didnt have to enter it. Its fine to stop in on occasion but daily will wear you down.

Waited 5min for a pump ten in line just to get asked for my ID even though she didnt ID anyone of the 5 men in front of me. Even when I told her the woman behind her knows me and always serves me. Still refused. Rather than wait there another 15 min I left. If it wasnt for the non ethanol fuel I would never go here.
