The representative that helped us, was Mike and he was absolutely amazing. what a great asset sleep number has. Yet he was very patient with us he answered all of our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable our purchase Of the P5 sleep number bed was greatly influenced through him. We live at Warsaw, Missouri-so it was quite a decisionas to go to Columbia or Blue springs. As we were fromJackson county, until we retired we decided on Blue Springs.It was a good decision. Rachel, our store sales person wasvery helpful, as we were a returning customer to sleep numberwe have had ours for 18 years and needed to replace it with aQueen, and up grade we had a full size.Rachel helped us, was not pushy, she was well informedI want to stress that she went out of herway. Sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable, patient, and was not pushy at all. She listened to what we had to say and helped us find the perfect number for our bed.

Mike was my salesperson and believe me when I say I am extremely critical when it comes to customer service. He was not pushy yet very informative and answered every question I had. When I told him I need to wait a couple of days before making a decision (big purchase for me); he did not seem put off or throw any negative vibes my way. I appreciated that. I called him 2 days later and purchased. Im waiting for my delivery and cant wait. I have had 2 lower back surgerys over the years and I have never had a bed relieve my back pressure when I sleep; and I have had all the big name pospturepedic mattress so I know. Horrible dont waste your money. Mike was great when we bought the bed great customer service. The product is Horrible we have tried for over the 30 days and it is a expensive air mattress. I went back to exchange because the 4 is not good. The woman that I talked to when I was there to exchange has the worst customer service I have ever come across. She had no interest in trying to help me try a different mattress. Just gave me a card and said call customer service. After that when I called customer service they offered all kinds of things but the woman at the store in Blue Springs really turned me off of trying anything else.

Great experience. Made 2 visits over 2 days to research and then buy a bed. This was our 3rd bed in three years and we were desperate for a solution that worked for both of us.They did a great job of helping us try out a few different beds to make sure that we got exactly what we were after.Cant recommend sleep number enough

When we checked into the Sleep Number, we were approached by a gentleman by the name of Mike. This man was such a great person and listening to him tell us about the different beds, trying the different beds, and then actually having fun with him. Please keep Mike and hire more salespeople like him. Waiting for our bed to be delivered on the 21st of December!!

The bed you will absolutely love ! I have chronic neck and back pain. Sleep # bed helps me more than any other, that I have tried. They are expensive but well worth it in my opinion. 25 year warranty! I have had one 13 years. I just upgraded to I LE . Love it more than previous sleep# bed. Bought one for my son too. He is very excited. He sleeps much better now.

Clean store, good presentation. The beds feel ok.Salesman was pushy and kept trying to get us to buy right then. Glad we didnt after we went home and read reviews by other Sleep Number owners. There are a million negative reviews on different sites mostly about the warranty and the beds break because of all of the pumps and motors it takes to adjust the firmness.Do your homework carefully before buying an air mattress.

Worst experience every for spending so much money on a bed. Deceived by sales rep then the delivery driver was rude and couldnt put together a simple bed frame so our bed is sitting on the floor paid $199 for him to deliver and move our current bed which we are having to do most of the work on and he didnt even set up the remote right ont buy from this store

Rachelle and the team are great to work with. Yes, the beds are expensive but a good nights sleep is worth it . Hopefully this will be our last bed for many years ! So far, we love it !
