My salesperson, Sandy was awesome as usual and worked to get me a great vehicle at the price range I was looking for. Additionally, the Technology Specialist Alexandria who went over with me step by step the new technology features that came with my new vehicle was great. She was very thorough in explaining how to operate all of the technology features. Also, Danny in the Finance Department did a great job of getting me a great finance rate which ended up lowering my payment. I am very happy so far with my new vehicle and completely satisfied with Blue Springs Ford in helping my new car buying experience be another very positive one.

I had my car towed there to replace my electric power steering assembly. Not only did they charge me roughly $800 more than any other service location I contacted, but they told me I needed to replace my coolant pump and they were going to charge me $4600 to do so. That price is $3000 over the average cost across the nation.After denying them the right to work on my coolant pump, I took the car to a Ford mechanic in Kansas and confirmed that there was no coolant leak and absolutely no need to replace my coolant pump.This one place will rip you off if you’re traveling from out of town. I would definitely suggest doing your homework and finding another garage to take your vehicle to.

Blue Springs Ford did an excellent job of sending a porter to pick my son and I up at the airport on time and dealer prepping the GT500 with the install of the handling package; the car was superbly detailed/cleaned inside and out; and Chip Long did a great job coordinating the transaction that was quick and went very smoothly so we could get on the road after they filled the car up with gas to start driving back home to Vermont.

Very disappointed with my experience with Blue Springs Ford. Made arrangements on 8.30.2021 with Kayla Jeter to purchase a 2021 F-150 Platinum pickup at 4:00 PM. Informed her I would be there at 6:15 PM as I was driving from North of the River (40 minutes away). I arrived at my scheduled time only to be told that the General Sales Manager had driven the truck home but I was welcome to come back tomorrow morning. No apologies were given. With so many dealerships in the Metro to choose from, I will personally not be attempting to do business here.

They do NOT care about you once you’ve bought your car. They guarantee a lot of great services after your purchase, but make it really difficult to actually use them. They are currently being super difficult about something our warranty should cover, and are hard to get in contact with. It also took us several months to get a spare key that we should have received with our purchase and we’re very shady about it the entire time. And on top of that, they fit the stereotypical misogynistic car salesmen mold during the actual sale. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.

We have bought two vehicles from Javier Ferrer over the last 6 months. Both times Javier was always easy to work with and wasnt aggressive or pushy as some salesman can be. Hes even taken time to answer questions that arent related to sales. Both purchases went pretty smooth. We have our current vehicle, 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid, going in for warranty work on a faulty rear speaker. Hopefully everything is as good in the service department. Inventory is pretty tight among a lot of new dealers, but give Blue Springs Ford a chance. You wont be disappointed.
Any dealership can look good when everything goes right, but it takes a dealership like Blue Springs Ford to shine when things dont go right. I bought a 16 year old used Thunderbird with a little over 96,000 miles on it. I started home and a radiator hose ruptured a few miles from the dealership. They arranged to get me, my wife and the car back to the dealership and I went home. They diagnosed it, ordered the part, repaired it and then delivered the car to my home which is 380 miles from the dealership, all at no cost to me. Thanks Connie, JW, Chase, Tyson, Ron and Nick.

Got a little double talk form the manager from one day to the next. From the first day saying were flexible and our prices are not hard and fast, to the next day saying this is our price and well give you only 250.00 for your trade-in. Which was a slap in the face by itself. Ya the car had some issues but blue book value was higher than that. We finely got the car we wanted but not without a little more of a struggle than I was lead to believe from the day before. And while we were still trying to figure out our next move between that car and another they let someone else test drive the car that we wanted. Over all buying a car is like going to the dentist you dont like doing either one, and its stressful, and it can be like pulling teeth.

My local mechanic was way more help then anyone that worked at Ford. They wanted to make us pay 3,000 for something that should of been not even wrong with if was correctly service checked when bought.

I will just start out by saying that it was one of the most phenomenal experiences I have had at a dealership, and I’ve had quite a few. Nick was great, he took all my energy and anxiety and stride. I brought along with me some family for moral support and we can be quite the party, Nick was great in joining in the laughter. I was very very nervous about purchasing a car, his humor helped make that anxiety go away.The finance department was quick and easy as well, I went in, and they worked with me to get me where I wanted to be, I asked so many questions. Added things and took things out a hundred times, and it was still a quick process.They offered me window tinting and other add-ins and I didn’t feel as if they were “pushed” on me as I have at other dealerships. If I said no, or seemed un-sure they were absolutely okay with that, which made me feel so much better.Nick went over all the information on the vehicle, making sure I knew all the features, and controls the escape has. He definitely made sure I was comfortable driving the vehicle, and let me ask ALL of my questions. Let’s just say, I had ALOT. Bought my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander sport at blue springs ford they tell me I get 1 free oil change, when I go to lady to set up account they give me independence Ford card, I make appt for so called free oil change and said I bought it in blue springs ford, they like you still come here ( independence) came in 8 28 2021 at 9am from nevada mo for oli change and they said no you have to go to blue springs ford, I call blue springs ford a d they blame the internet. I didnt drive all this way to go back w nothing pso now Im having to pay independence Kia- ford for oil change. Not happy at all. Went in for service for System Off to Save Battery message on a 2 year old truck. Advisor Mike didnt communicate well about how long to expect the work to take, and couldnt provide a loaner. Got my truck back at closing time, with the warning message still on the screen. Technician Keith wrote a note that he was UNABLE TO VERIFY CONCERN. Did he have his eyes open? It was on the screen right in front of him.Keith also took it upon himself to perform warranty work for FORD TSB #20N03 - unintended tailgate opening. Ive never had that issue before, and the very first line of that TSB says that it should only be done on vehicles where the customer experiences the problem. Now my wire harness is all hacked and spliced up, and my original problem was totally ignored.Looks like BSF tends to respond to these reviews and ask the customer to call them to talk about the issue. I am not interested in calling you. This is such poor quality service, I cannot see myself doing *any* kind of business at Blue Springs Ford.

Thanks to the helpful staff today at Blue Springs Ford! They was able to get my car unlock this morning! We called this morning and Chris G was his name spoke to my mom and told him I locked my keys in my car and he was able to help me get it unlock by getting me the door code in no time at all! He called my family back and let them know and I was able to make it to work on time. I will say that Chris just step up and so glad we bought our car there. And now I have my code save for now on!!! This all happen at 8:30 in the morning.

My wife and I were passing through Blue Springs on our way from Wyoming to visit grandchildren in the south. On the morning of our departure from Blue Springs, our 2020 Explorer showed a transmission system fault. I called Sam at Blue Springs Ford, who made no promises due to the shop being full but said he would try. I had the vehicle transported to the dealership and was working on renting a vehicle to continue our trip. On our way to the airport to rent a car, Sam called and told us he had worked our vehicle in to the shop, done some diagnostics and was 90% sure the problem was going to be fixed (turned out to be connected to a recall). We turned around, had some lunch, went to Blue Springs Ford to pick up our vehicle, and were on our way by early afternoon. Sam was outstanding and we are eternally grateful for working our vehicle in to the busy shop to help us get on our way. 5 stars in my book. We are very appreciative and I would recommend this dealership to anyone that will listen!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Chance Baker and Javier Ferrer went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect truck. Javier went over everything inside and outside of the vehicle and took the time to explain the function of all of the new features. This might seem like no big deal but I can honestly say the vast majority of dealers I visited did not do this. With Javier as my salesperson I understood what I was buying and how every feature within the vehicle benefited me. Taylor Freeman helped me choose the right accessories for my truck and they were very competitively priced on a spray-in bed liner, wheel well covers, front film protection and window tint. Finally the financing terms I received were as good as I could’ve found anywhere. I know this because I work in banking! I would leave Blue Springs Ford, Chance and Javi a 10 star review if I could. Great experience, great truck, wonderful accessories at a great price and terrific financing. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase with Blue Springs and I can now say that I am a customer for life.
Everything was fine, except for the rude new car sales manager I had to deal with I dont even know his name. He came running out to my new Escape jumped in the back seat while the very nice lady was showing me the features of the new Escape. said I had not paid the $199.95 admin. fee like I was going to drive off after I had already paid cash for the car. He acted mad and was very RUDE. I will say Brandon the sales person I bought the car from was great. and all others I met with were very nice and professlonal but not this guy. I think he must have had a bad day, I will not deal with him anymore.

Very poor customer service from the service department. I had my F150 in for service a couple of months ago and didn’t have a great experience, but thought I would give them another chance. I called and had to leave a message for Mike Knot yesterday to try to schedule having my truck serviced. I know he was working because the nice lady who initially answered said he was on the phone which is why I had to leave a message. Here it is a day later and I still have not received a call back. So while waiting for Mike to call me back, I called Metro Ford on Noland road. They answered my call and are servicing my truck as I type. Brought in my 2017 Fusion because my transmission is messing up and my back window wouldn’t go auto up. Was told when I made the appointment that there would be a 99 dollar diagnostic fee. Never once was I told that there was two separate fees for window and transmission diagnostics. Got a call saying that my transmission needed the fluid changed (no problem.) But when I ask if the diagnostic fee will be taken off of the repair price, he says no because he didn’t charge me for a transmission diagnostic fee, only the window diag fee. When I go to pick up my car and get the repair done at a different dealership, the diagnostic fee is on the transmission and not the window. So why could I have not gotten the fee taken off of the repair cost? Lost my business, Metro Ford gained it.

My husband & I went in to look at a particular truck but when we got there it had already sold. Randy Smith helped us and we looked at another F150 but this one was platinum. We fell in love with it. Randy was super helpful with the whole process. If looking to buy a vehicle seek out Randy! We ended up staying longer than the closing time. Danny in the financial department was also super helpful. Because it was late, most people would have said screw it & picked the first one. He searched many lenders to help us find the best deal. Everyone here seemed to really care & be helpful. I brought in my truck for an oil change on a Friday and they did an excellent job, especially how fast compared to how busy. But, they came back telling me that the brakes needed to be replace. I had bought the truck used from them 3k miles ago... something had to be wrong if they had checked it before they sold it. I spoke with them about it and on Monday, they replaced my brakes like they really needed to do. All went excellent. The only reason it is only 4 stars, not 5 is their lack of correctly wearing their masks during a real pandemic. They should be adhering to the laws just like everyone else.
They dont back their product. Bought car on Wednesday, had tires replaced on Sunday and found a crack in the alloy wheel. Notified dealership on Monday and asked what they could do for me. Did they offer to make it right - no. Instead they wanted to replace at cost. When asked for the part number so I could research, they gave me one that was out of date or invalid. When queried further on the replacement cost and what all it entailed, they raised the at cost price.Blake Jennings is horrible. He refused to wear his mask properly during the sales process and left his nose uncovered the entire time. He is slow to respond to post sales issues and when he does respond the information is inaccurate.The true measure of a sales person and an organization is not how they treat you during the buying process. Its how they respond to issues after the deal is done. I do not recommend Blue Springs Ford and I would not buy from them again.
Bought a new 2016 f250 june of 2016 and their aftermarket division installed a backup camera as it wasnt factory on this truck since then the camera has stopped working 8 times and now taylor Freeman is refusing to replace the camera. It has not even worked for a solid year since Ive owned the truck not to mention the down time cost of not having my truck for at least 1 day each time. Also had the Zurich maintenance package and they shorted me 4 oil changes according to zurich rep. It has been more than 2 weeks since last contact with taylor telling him I wanted to hear from someone higher up and no calls
I want to say we have purchase many vehicles from dealerships in the area but, Chris Galvan went above and beyond what is expected in our experience. He was helpful when we called and let us know the paper work and our Transit would be ready. I cannot say enough in words to let those know that Blue Springs Ford gave us in our purchase. Thanks to Chris and the staff and we will be back soon.
Overall it was a good experience with excellent service. The Music in the Pre-owned Ford Building was extremely loud. It felt like we were at a night club and not a Dealership.
Our sales person Sandy was great to work with as I’m kinda of a jokester when dealing with people I’ve just met, she not only smiled or laughed but gave me in return the same medicine as I was giving her.Would recommend her if you decide you want a new Ford.

EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Had a common transmission problem with my Ford Focus and had the car towed here. I called and Steve said he could assess it same day if I got it here early, next morning at the latest.Received an automated text the car work was finished the following afternoon under warranty, no questions asked. Work was done around 24 hours after dropping off with no appointment!! Doesn’t get any better than that.Definitely worth bringing your Ford here for service vs any other KC dealership. If I were looking to buy new, I would come here based on the service experience alone. Thanks guys!!
We had excellent service from Doug. I really hate the car buying process, the back and forth, let me go talk to the manager, visit 3 different departments and sign a ream of paperwork but they made it as painless as possible. They did an excellent job with the touch-ups we ask for and the window tinting was very well done and efficient. If you walk in and the lady at the reception desk wont look up from her phone just go back to the concierge desk. That young lady is very helpful. Be sure you get the inspection paper out of the glove box and add it to the papers in the orange envelope. It will save you a second trip to the DMV.Overall we had a really good car buying experience and will definitely look at Blue Springs Ford when we are ready to buy another vehicle.
I purchased my 2013 Ford fusion hybrid from blue springs Ford in January 2016 (maybe 2015). I felt taken advantage of by the dealership. They did offer to resolve the issue by coveringmy $500 insurance deductible. I do not refer anyone to the dealership and actually take my car to a jeep dealership. I grew up a ford family, I love my ford but the team at this dealership is lacking. The reason for todays post, 2yrs ago I attempted contacting the dealership to find out who handles my paint warranty. I was transferred to everyone never got a answer. About 2 weeks ago I called again because the paint has many issues I would like addressed. Was transferred to 5 different people then asked to leave a message and someone would call me back. I still havent heard from anyone. I would like to regain the trust of ford. Would appreciate a callback at least
I had a very good experience with the staff here. Very helpful and even answered my questions on their day off. Working nights makes the process difficult but this staff handled it with ease.
I had my vehicle towed to Blue Springs Ford because it was having engine issues. Once Blue Springs Ford looked at the truck, I got a call from them stating that they recommended an entirely new engine to the tune of $11,000. Mind you, I had just bought this truck, 4 days prior from a different car dealer. I opted to discuss this with the place I bought the truck from, and decided I would get a 2nd opinion. I had it towed to another repair shop, and the engine replacement turned out to be VVT solenoids on the engine, caked in soot... which is a common problem with ecoboost 3.5 engines. So, the repair ended up costing me $800 instead of $11,000. The best part of all of this is that the service advisor at Blue Springs Ford actually said to me that they are recommending an engine replacement because they dont know the history of this truck, and there could be sludge on the engine. They didnt bother to tear down the engine at all, and if they had, they were ready to charge me another $750 for further diagnostics. I can tell you one thing, Ill never recommend Blue Springs Ford for service or sales. Pretty pathetic way to treat someone who could have been a new customer that had plans to have all maintenance done with them. Avoid Blue Springs Ford at all costs.
Was going to place an order but shipping seemed excessive. Called and they corrected sholipping costs snd was very pleased with my products!!
Bought/ordered about $700 in parts from blue springs ford. All parts looked like genuine oem parts. Only complaint is that they used fedex for shipping which required a signature and the tracking info was not very accurate.I will update in a few months when I have a chance to install all the parts. 4/5/21
My mother was shopping for a new vehicle for the first time in 25 years and she was NOT excited about paying for a new (used) vehicle. However, Chase made the whole process as painless as possible and we were able to leave with a 2016 Ford Focus. The staff was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. The car was beautifully detailed and that sounds simple but you would be surprised how many places the vehicles were filthy. Every step of the way went smoothly and quickly. Thank you for making this process as painless as possible.
Had an oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour. Staff were helpful and friendly. All staff had a mask as far as I could see.
Integrity will always bring business back. I worked with John Hollins 90% of the time I was trying to trade my new car for a truck. He always answered my questions and was up front with information. The day of my purchase, I received a phone call from management,.... 10 days after I had put $500 down and both sides agreed to a price, Tyson (management) told me that he couldnt do the deal. I was not happy with the price he came to. It was sad that no one seemed to step up and follow through with the agreement that was made. I lost out on a $1000 dollars. I had to compromise but the dealership (Tyson) didnt. I contacted via email the owner, and tried to contact Ron Combs, but didnt communicate with either. Im a 2nd time buyer but that didnt mean much. I did receive an email from Ron later but never heard back from him to what went down. I did purchase my truck there but I cant say Id buy another one due to Tyson cheating us out of our money and agreement. Everyone who we encountered there that night was excellent to us. I never met Tyson only spoke to him on the phone.
I had the MOST positive experience with Blue Springs Ford. They treat you like a person! I bought my Mazda6 there with my husband. Low miles and the best package possible. I have never had a great experience when it comes to buy a vehicle from those buy here pay dealerships. Blue Springs Ford is the real DEAL! I would like to thank Chris and Jerry for this wonderful experience. I am excited to say that I will be coming back for another vehicle in a couple years. They also have a fresh start program! Please do not hesitate people!

My salesman Javier did amazing! Originally went to look at an Equinox, but after test driving I didn’t like it. Instead of pushing to buy the equinox (every dealership I went to before tried to push me to buy a car that was either too expensive, something I don’t like, and/or had problems already) Javier showed us some cars and asked which ones I liked. Found one I liked and the price. After test driving and doing paperwork it was too late to call banks to get approved for a loan. So, Javier took my down payment and let me take the car home to get the feel of it and make sure that was the car I truly want. He came in on his day off so that I could buy my car. He went above and beyond to help me. Stayed after hours(both days) to do paperwork, make sure I knew all the controls in my car and answer any/all questions. He never pushed me to buy something I didn’t like nor did he blow my phone up from text and calls like the other dealerships did. Before coming to Blue springs Ford I lost hope in finding a good car at a good dealership that actually cares about the people and not just money. Forever grateful for Javier for doing everything he could to not only help me get a car, but make it less stressful and actually a great experience. 1000% recommend!
