I had an appointment on a Monday that was confirmed through Angi. The day of the appointment, I called 10 minutes after they were to arrive to get an ETA. No one was on the way. I was told there was a communication breakdown with Angi and their office. Though I was annoyed, Jeff (the owner) said he would be at my house the following day. He said he is a fireman too, so I figured he had a call. He was personable and seemed professional. He told me I would have an estimate first thing on Saturday. Saturday came and went. I emailed to inquire with no response. I texted a day later with no response. A week later, I called and was told Jeff would call me in a half hour. No call. We are ready to build and were ready to book the work. I dont know how they stay in business.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Awful, awful customer service. We have been ready and willing to have an awning put over our back door; they gave an estimate (for the whole house) then we called them back and said we want just two in back and they would never return our calls. Got the run around from them every time we called. I think they didn’t want the job because it was ‘too small’. But it was still A good chunk of money so idk what their deal was. Not sure how this company is still in business. I discourage anyone from calling there and I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
