Not only an ice cream place but they have a good amount of hot food available too- I got the steak torta right under $7 and it was huge, comes with avocado and jalapeños on it don’t forget to ask without if you don’t like spicy food. The wait to order was a little lengthy but they were short staffed and made up for it with how fast my food came out. Mexican owned and the food and desserts reflect that in their authenticity, a great place to try something that you’ve never tried before and you wont be disappointed

I love this place, good snacks, but sometimes they dont put enough cheese on my nachos. Besides that I love it, the prices are cheap and the snack taste DELICIOUS.

The place was good bit service was HORRIBLE and the people working there were VERY RUDE. Whomever runs this place should really tell the employees that they should be more kind.

Real fast service. So good I went in twice in the same day. The only bad thing is that the prices for stuff isnt written anywhere like the ice cream. Other than that the people were nice as well and fast service

Horrible customer service. We waited an exceptionally long time for a simple order. We finally ask about it, we were ignored. After 10 more minutes, other people getting their orders they bring it out to our car...it was wrong. The attendant told us we ordered wrong. She was super rude in telling us how to order in the future. We won’t be back.

The ice cream looked semi-melted. Other michoacanas are better and friendlier too.

Best place to get treats! They have so many choices! Try their fresas con cream and the yogurts with fresh fruit! They also make milk shakes from your choice of ice cream! It does take a while, so it’s better to call and place your order ahead of time😉 great service, good quality! Totally worth the wait!

I Was refused service because I was black didnt know it was exclusive to eat or spend money here. Im shocked because its located in a diverse neighborhood. The lady said to me no English I said ok is there some who speaks English here she said no yet on the menu there were items in English Im confused. Never been treated like this before and I was very nice no reason to be mean.

Love this place, great corn in a cup, raspados, paletas, and more.

They never answer there phone in a place of business you should always answer the phone when the phone rings not very happy I always have to call a hundred times and never no answer ..

The worker kept staring at me like: 👁👄👁 and i waited 10 mins WITH LITERALLY NO ONE IN LINE .

It is a place where they serve without cleaning, they do not put on gloves to slice corn, the nachos with keso bring hair and you do not even notice until your house, the fruit of the yogurt is sometimes rotten (papaya) strawberries you do not know until you eat it) All this already being outside the greengrocer, the uncovered dirty spoons put them in the yogurt and the flies standing in everything is a place not very clean or hygienic and much less friendly ... I would not recommend it to anyone !!
