We love this UPS store. The owner is always so friendly and helpful. I drive by other UPS stores on the way to his because its always such a pleasant experience.
Absolutely horrible place to go. I have never met one nice person here, customer service is terrible. They need to re-evaluate who they are hiring because these people do not belong interacting with the public.
Tried supporting the local ups store and it was a mistake. I tired dropping off two larger packages. Initially it was totally fine and then I asked for a receipt and was meant with a rude response and was told it would be a better idea to take them somewhere else. I also had a return to ship back and they tried to charge me $9 for a shoe box size box. Overall, I would recommend trying somewhere else to ship stuff back.
After an initial mix-up and some back and forth trying to print through the website, the manager here worked with me to complete the prints that we were looking to make. They were complete and correct with an hour of speaking to him. Thanks a lot.
I wish I could leave zero stars. I went today to mail a package to a friend. The lady in front of me had wonderful service so I thoughts things have changed since I used them a few years ago. Nope. I got horrible service. He was nice and pleasant to the lady. When she left I greeted him good afternoon and I got where is the package going. I asked for the cheapest shipping available. I don’t think the cheapest is $12! He went over the receipt to the lady in front of me and threw mine in the counter. Apparently he picks and chooses who he is nice to. Not worth dealing with that rudeness when there is a FedEx around the corner.

He kept looking at his watch and customer service was awful. Charged to tape and stated customers could donate to his charity or get charged. Do yourself a favor and go to the location in mason they’re much nicer give you candy and offered me a water. Had tape on the desk for clients use freely and were just so kind and down to earth !!!
Love this store. Love the owners/managers and the employees. ALWAYS polite, helpful, pleasant and capable. They have packed and shipped things for me and have always done a stellar job.AND the music is always great!!!!
They are rude and nickel and dime you. My free Amazon return cost me money to send. They charged me 6 dollars for taping it shut.

Twice in the past week, our family members have used this store with less than satisfactory results. Today I brought material to be shredded. Had a discount coupon from website for 15%. Woman curtly told me they don’t accept coupons and asked me where I got it. She wouldn’t give me the discount.My wife was forced to repackage a box while in the store (her issue). However, staff wouldn’t let her use a minor amount of package tape to reseal the box. Made her buy a whole new role of tape to reseal about 24” of seal. Not the friendliest place to do business.
Very disappointed - they close 5 or even 10 minutes early, so make sure to take that into account if needing to send last minute packages. I arrived 2 minutes before official close time, and their lights were turned off, computers were shut down, and the gate inside the store was closed. This is not a normal practice for other stores - UPS store in Newport is open until the very last second (not that I delay sending my packages, but I did see people rush in with piles of them.)
Some old Indian gentleman, I guess he is the manager. He is always rude and makes the service experience so hard & irritating. I drive 3 miles further away to 7672 montogemery road, the people in that store makes service so easy and comfortable. I don’t mind driving further and paying extra if you just smile and be nice about service.
I love this store so much, i will just buy things and have them shipped just for the fun of it.

I have been to the store several times the store manager has always been short and rude. The last time I was here for Amazon return package drop off asked for a receipt the store manager made it seem like a very large request for a drop-off receipt something that other places have done without issue. Today the store doors were locked even though the store hours are posted that they should be open. The store manager was inside and made the signal that he was closed from inside. No signs or note posted. The phone was also turned off. I will look for another UPS Store to go in the future.
Extremely rude & unprofessional husband/wife owners. They will assault you with unsolicited political opinions & rants on every visit. Such an odd thing to do in this day & age. You should assume you are instantly insulting half of your customers. I made a suggestion to the wife that she might want to keep her political opinions out of her business dealings. She told me I dont care & proceeded to say you must love Trump I was absolutely shocked. I will not return to this location & I will tell others to avoid it at all cost.
If you are interested in the cheapest method to ship make sure you tell him. He will offer you the most expensive methods as if they are your only choices. Has done this multiple times and got me once on it.
They overcharge for printing here. All the other ups stores charge 1.07 for printing, 3,30 to print something? A little much.
Manager not very friendly. Had an Amazon return. Didn’t offer me a printed out receipt like other locations do. I had to ask for one and he appeared to be inconvenienced about it. Montgomery, Ohio location which is only 5 minutes further has much friendlier staff.
Working with UPS in Blue Ash is the best. My needs are always taken care of immediately and accurately. I appreciate their service.
Ive had the pleasure of renting a mail box at the Blue Ash UPS Store for almost a year now. I have encountered the friendliest service from every one I have encountered, even the young man that opened my account who is no longer there. Hamon, and Gretchen are Kind and always curtious professionals. When I went back to NC during the Pandemic for three months 🙃 they made sure I received my mail. They made it happen, and for that I am greatful! Excellent customer Service!

The guy working the counter today, 7/1/2020, was rude and unhelpful. I had two boxes and label for an amazon return, and he refused to tape it. Like most people, I don’t carry packaging tape around with me. I wasn’t asking for a box or to print a label, just a piece of tape... If it was the owner, as I assume after reading the reviews, he should realize he is in the service industry... I managed hotel properties out of college, and if my staff treated a guest that way, they’d be given a warning and then fired the next time. Really, it’s just common courtesy to the customer. Go to another location like Loveland, where they are friendly and helpful. They’ll tape your box if you forgot or didn’t have packaging tape readily available and will do it with a smile. First and last interaction — that’s how fast you just lost a customer.
Don’t even consider going to this location. Dealt with an extremely rude and condescending staff member. The woman who was working really needs to watch her mouth….waste of my energy.
The owners are super nice and went above and beyond the call of duty for my orders! Sometimes things happen and their printer went down and my order wasnt ready on time. HOWEVER, they personally drove my order to my event so I could have my brochures on time! Thank you! Will definitely be back!

I had an Amazon drop off. The guy behind the counter would not take without the box being sealed and the label taped on the box. He said he would sell me a strip of tape for $2.99!!!!! Amazon clearly states that UPS will package for free. Stay away from this scam artist!!!!!

On 3/5/20, I contacted the UPS Store in Blue Ash to ask if they have a copy machine and the cost per copy. The man told me yes on the copier and its .15 a copy but you get a discount if you copy more. I told him that I only needed to make a few copies. I drove to the store, said hello to the man, saw the machine, and started using it, but for some reason there was a glitch (an error) and although my original documents went through, they did not copy. I told the man my originals ran through but I did not get copies. He stepped over to look at it, pressed a couple of buttons (the same ones I pressed earlier), placed my documents back on the copier, stood there for another minute while I continued copying, then left. When it was time to check out, he went to the copier to check the number of copies made, stated I had 18, when it was only 11, then suggested I erased them...what!!!. Then he proceeded to charge 4.79 for 12 (the 12th page was blank - the backside of a page with print) instead of 11 copies for 1.65. I told him thats not right I only had 11 copies, why am I being charged 4.93 (tax included)? His response, because I helped you and there is a charge. He never mentioned a fee over the phone, when I arrived, or even when he stepped over to fix the glitch. Very interesting...I am sharing because I thought it was deceiving. I paid the small amount and left. I used to drop off my Amazon return packages there but will find another place. Normally I go to the FedEx store around the corner for copies (they are great!) but thought I would try the service at the UPS Store. Never again!Response to owner: Thank you for follow up and the offer to refund the charges. The interaction with your staff member was uncomfortable and I will pass on your offer to refund the charges.

I would not recommend shipping anything from this store. I’ve had multiple issues and the manager has a very bad attitude.
On multiple occasions he says he’s too busy or the “system is down” so he can’t help me. I feel like more of a burden than a customer when I come here sometimes. I won’t be coming back that’s for sure.
Well, I suppose they do what they claim to do...accept packages to be delivered. Just dont dare ask for a receipt that proves you actually dropped off the package. You get a ton of attitude. The guy claimed that the shipping label that I already had attached to the package before coming in was somehow a receipt for actually dropping it off??? So according to this guy, who I think is the manager, by simply printing the shipping label i, had proof that I dropped off the package??? Even if I didnt actually bring the package in???Absolutely baffling.

My daughter and I came in here to get our passport pictures done. Previously we had gone to the Kenwood location and they denied our pictures when we applied. Victor was very careful to make sure all requirements were met when taking our picture. Been in here a few times before where his face has been friendly and helpful. I just dealt with a very rude man at a branch that I don’t typically go to. My box was all ready to go, but just needed one small strip of tape because I literally just ran out at home taping up the rest of the box. The man basically made me purchase a whole roll of shipping tape for $6, then proceeded to tape the box with the tape dispenser he had in his hand and just told me that I could use the roll I had just purchased next time. By far the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen from UPS. Usually, the employees are so friendly and willing to help, but not at this store. I will not be coming back to this location.
Owner is rude and only ups store around that does not give receipts for dropped off packages. Rudely will tell you No when you ask for a receipt and to take a picture of your label on the package.... well how will that prove it was dropped off is the logical question? Totally unacceptable and is just a cranky man who doesn’t want to get onboard with ups partnership with amazon. UPS should take notice of this as this is a common theme from everyone I’ve talked to about experience with this owner .
If I could give them 0 stars I would. This location is shady as can be. They locked the door 30 minutes before closing one night as I was walking towards the door. Now today, my package is 5 days late from being delivered, I was informed it was at their location. They of course denied this and their only answer was to call the 1-800 number which was of no help. I came to the Hub in Sharonville where they see that someone AT THIS LOCATION SIGNED for my package and then handed it back to the driver. They all lie. I wish there was a way to report them to corporate. Now I have spent hours trying to find a package that they lost. No one there cares about the customers or the packages. Save yourself a headache and go to FedEx around the corner.

I brought in a box from amazon for an item I decided to return. I had a prepaid label, already in a sticker seal. I asked if he had tape so I could tape the box. He said yes, but he would charge me 2.99! For 3 pieces of tape. I left. Horrible customer service. The one is Fairfield, by my job is much better! Go there!

Went to ship a package using my corporate account. the manager was not able to make this transaction so I called UPS directly and on speaker. They quoted 115.oo for overnight delivery of my package. This store charged me 149.29 even though he heard the direct quote. Manager was aggressive, confrontational and rigid.On a positive note, the women working there ame out to my car and offered to help me with my packages.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at 5 minutes before closing we discovered my husband had left his overnight bag with his insulin in it in the wrong car. I called the UPS store to see what could be done to get it shipped to Souix Falls overnight. Hamo agreed to wait 20 minutes until the bag could be brought there after closing time. He went above and beyond to get my husbands bag delivered to him ASAP. It was delivered the next morning at 7:25 am! He even called me the next morning to let me know it was delivered. Hamo was most professional and caring. Prior to this experience they have always offered a warm smile and greeting each time I dropped a package off. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone. They are a great addition to our Blue Ash community. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible.

I didnt get a feeling of trust with this store. Tried to send my son a lap top while in college. It never got there, I purchased insurance and the claim was denied based on how it was packed. The store clerk packed it. Im out of 400 bucks. Not good customer service at all.
Let me preface this 1st, Ive used this store several times, the hired employees have always been great, the owner however is a scam artist. I have the receipt to prove the following statement: I was sick as a dog when I came in, I think its asinine that the owner would take complete and total advantage of someone that comes in sick. I came in with 1 small bubble wrap envelope (approximate size 6 x 8) the package only needed postage, 2 small envelopes with the prepaid shipping labels already printed, cut out and ready to go. My final item was a 2tcw diamond bracelet that needed to be insured and mailed to the jeweler for a replacement. My total bill was $79.78 I did not hear him state the price before charging my card, because I was extremely sick I had a hard time understanding him so I thought it was me. Theres charges for items I did not request and I was blatantly overcharged for what I did request. Heres the breakdown of my receipt:Ground Residential: $10.92 (weight under 1lb)Ground Commercial: $53.92 (Diamond bracelet)06x06x06 box: $2.53 (No idea)06x06x06 Mat Cust: $1.58 (No idea)06x06x06 Serv Cust: $3.34 (No idea)09x14 Bubble Mailer Qty 2: $6.50 (actually 2 4 mailers)Subtotal: $78.79Tax: $0.99Total: $79.78I did not mail or request anything that was 9x14, I dont have the 1st clue what the 06x06x06 items were and I did not need a 6 box (or any box for that matter) Now that I am feeling better I will be calling 1st thing tomorrow to get a refund. If I do not receive it I will be going to the BBB immediately.

The employee HAMO has been nothing but rude throughout our entire process at an attempt of getting our money back for a SERVICE that was never completed. Save yourself any stress and do not use this store. And before you use any DHL service to ship anything internationally make sure to look up the rules of whats allowed because the UPS employees obviously do not know what they are doing. Unlike the USPS and FEDEX who asks whats being shipped and actually checks the box contents. We lost $200 and our stuff came back damaged. This has been going on for weeks with no success.

While my sister and I live in different cities in Virginia, Hamo Gharibian has been SUPER helpful to both of us when we needed very fragile items shipped from EBTH in Blue Ash, Ohio. Not only were his packing abilities fabulous, he was very efficient and courteous, keeping us appraised of how much the packing and shipping would cost and offering less expensive, but just as safe, alternatives. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I didnt use UPS prior to this incident, but based on my experience, Hamo (not other UPS stores) has my business.
