Roughly twelve weeks ago, I finally decided to stop sitting on the idea of owning a Moto Guzzi. My interest originated in 2017 when I went for a test ride with my brother-in-law on a crisp Saturday morning. We each did some throttle twisting on a lovely V7III Special, courtesy of Cadre Cycle. This was a short visit, with no intention of making a purchase, and limited time. I knew I would be back, eventually.Years went by. Suddenly, the Guzzi bug began to stir.Fast-forward to May of this year, 2021: I saw crated motorcycles in a warehouse down in Erlanger, Kentucky. Painted in red was the name -- Moto Guzzi! I took this as my sign to revisit my interest in investing in one of these fine pieces of machinery. When I discovered 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the Moto Guzzi brand, and that exclusive models were available at Cadre, I committed to starting the pursuit of a purchase! Some may argue, the pursuit of happiness.Fortunately, for me, Cadre Cycle is so close to home. This is great for service/repairs, shopping, or just stopping by to see whats happening. Within these twelve weeks, Ive dealt with each member of the cadre, except for one. That interaction will come with time, Im sure. When I finally decided to invest, the process was hassle-free, with an accompanied test ride. My excitement began to immediately build. Since that day, Ive phoned multiple times, and stopped in often to deal with minor bumps in the road. With each visit, I find myself welcomed, educated and accommodated.Admittedly, I have much to learn about my 2021 V7850. Im confident in Cadre Cycle continuing to support and educate me along the way. The Stone is not my first motorcycle, but riding it is truly a unique experience; one that I grow more fond of with each mile of travel. Very recently, my bike received its post-break in service. Now I can learn even more about my Guzzis personality! My rating of four stars is for this reason: my relationship with Cadre Cycle has only just begun.Ive no doubt in future experiences being positive. I extend my thanks to this cadre of gents, and encourage enthusiasts to consider doing business with them when theres an itch that needs scratching.
True story: A number of months ago I went on a hunt for a hard to find bracket for my motorcycle and I called almost every shop who I thought might have one, including Cadre Cycle. I had no luck in my search, so I stopped looking after a while. Jump forward to this month, I suddenly get a call from Cadre that they found the bracket and they offered to give it to me for free! Where, nowadays, do you find the kind of service where they not only remember something from so many months ago, but they even still have my phone number!? Too many businesses are about the quick buck these days and wouldnt have bothered with my insignificant bracket, but Cadre still has the personalized, quality service that truly warms my heart. Thanks Cadre Cycle!
Did a great job getting my bike running again. Will be taking it back for tires and rear brake caliber.
Stopped in just to have a look at Moto Guzzi after getting the run around at Triumph Cincinnati for a couple months. 1 day later Im riding my new V9 Bobber! What a difference great service can make. And of course the beautiful bikes helped a little? Thanks Enzo for a great experience and Im stoked to be part of the Moto Guzzi family!
Just bought a new guzzi from Enzo, what a great place !!! They are very professional and very nice !! Tom Senour
Worst experience at a dealership ever. Bought a serviced and detailed Suzuki Bandit 1200 from them. Get a call from owner Enzo stated that the bike I was buying was serviced and detailed and ready for pick up. After a 4 hour drive I find the bike filled with road grime, dirty chain and oil that smelled of gas. After a quick test ride the bike ran awful. The Salesman Joe walked away when I said the bike needed carb work. After the mechanic road it he immediately returned to find recently serviced bike had the choke stuck. After that the bike ran okay but very lean(backfires & studdered at 3k rpm). Bought the bike anyways against my better judgement. After a few days at home I decided to take it for a ride the oil drain bolt falls off! Oil all over the road and rear tire! Almost lost control thankful to be alive!! Mechanic should be FIRED he was rude as can be anyways!!!
Unprofessional didnt want to work on my suzuki, said it ran fine, but when shifting it stays reved up. So if you dont have one of their moto guzzi DONT TAKE IT TO THEN. A waste of my time and money. Ill be taking it to a professional motorcycle shop.
Absolutely
Today was our second motorcycle purchase at Cadre Cycle. As usual, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The transaction was very smooth. They make you feel like you belong there. Simply an excellent experience.
Picking up my husbands bike 🏍
Clean showroom with a colorful selection of neat Italian motorcycles. Very pleasant staff.
Im in another state and dont have the pleasure of going to there shop but I have called many times and tim has always been great and I will use them many more times. Wish they were closer but I have never had a problem.
I took delivery of a V85TT Travel that I happened to see advertised in Lexington KY. From the first contact to the completed sale Enzo handled everything. Cadre is one of those motorcycle shops that exudes character befitting the Moto Guzzi Moniker. The place was busy with friendly customers who were obviously enjoying themselves. Good vibes all around.
Okay so this is my Cadre Cycle story. Ive had the bug to buy a new bike almost since I wrecked my last one several years ago. The timing and finances were never right but that doesnt stop me from looking at them. I wanted something different than anybody else so my intergoggle research lead me to Cadre Cycle and the Moto Guzzi Company. Four times I went into that place with very little intention to buy but only to look and EVERY time Enzo and the crew took all the time in the world to answer my questions, let me poke around the showroom and the shop. Never once was I pressured to buy, not once. I dont even think he asked me if I wanted to buy. He just answered questions and talked about bikes, like I was his friend or something. So a Couple of days before the state lock down prior to Covid-19 I stop by the shop and he has the Most beautiful V7 III. The carbon dark edition with the red cylinder heads. Its new older stock. The price is unbelievable. I wanted to buy one for me and another for my wife but we had no gear for test rides so I told Enzo Wed be back in a couple of days. Needless to say the entire world closed the next day and several weeks passed. I made that motorcycle my screen saver and was checking it out on the internet every day. I couldnt wait to buy it. So last tuesday I figure I would swing by and see if my bike was in the shop and just look at it through the window. (i thought they were closed on tuesdays) I get there and I see the most mostest beautiful thing in the lot. A white V9 Roamer with red stripes. I think to myself this is better looking than the V7! Unfortunately i can see my wifes face and she is thinking the same thing. Enzo comes out and says hello we talk for a few minutes and I decide to go look inside at the V7s cause Im going to let my wife get the V9. I come out of the shop heartbroken because the carbon dark is gone. Enzo tells me he just sold it. He sees the look on my wifes face and asks her Whats wrong? She tells him that we both love the V9 and we Just wished he had two of them. His response...I do have two, one is at my storage facility. Joy!! I dont want to give out the financial details but the deal was phenomenal. Enzo handled everything and arranged for us to pick them up on Thursday of last week. They were perfect. He went over all the features making sure we were both comfortable and sent us on our way. Happy with out new Italian beauties. The bikes are Great!! He calls me the next day just to make sure we were happy. The story doesnt end there however. Saturday I took min out on its first good long ride and dropped it coming around a gravel covered corner of a parking lot in anderson township. Yep Ive had it two days and laid it down. So I call Enzo to see if I can bring it by to have him look at it. He offers to come and pick me up! in Anderson. I tell him not to worry about it and I bring it in my self. He meets me in the parking lot of the shop and fixes the break lever and head cover I damaged on the spot. This place is the best. ALL of the crew are the best and the bikes are lovely visceral works of art. I kinda want Moto Guzzi and Cadre Cycle to be my little secret but They deserve your business and theyll have mine for life.
So far everything is good my bike is still there I can give a better review after its completed.
Moto Guzzi... Enough said. If you dont know, buy a tricycle.
Came down from indianapolis IN to purchase a 2020 Motto Guzzi V7 III Stone S. Enzo the owner did a fantastic job in selling me a new motorcycle, going over the controls and loading/securing my new bike on u-haul trailer I brought with me . The rest of Cadre staff were very helpful and informative.
My new go to for Moto Guzzi parts ! Thanks for the parts .
I’m a firm believer that folks need to hear when they are doing something good. I have had a long standing relationship with Cadre, and wanted them to know how I feel. I just picked up my old BMW airhead this past weekend. I’ve been waffling back and forth about getting into something newer, but decided to move forward with the necessary repairs my RS needed to be right. After putting approximately 100 miles on her this weekend I’m glad I has the repairs done. Performance was perfect. Enzo, Dave, Tim, Joe and Carl were all great to deal with. I thank you for your patience with me as I was making my decisions on what to do. Keep up the good work. Doug
I had an enjoyable purchase experience all around. Enzo delivered the bike to my home and provided a thorough overview of my V7 III Stone Sport. This is my first bike and this team has answered all my questions. I look forward to stopping by the shop this summer!
Awesome feel, nice folks, cool cycles. The experience my have gotten me into European motorcycles!
Ive been riding for over 45 years and this is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I like them so much I drove all the way from Wichita KS to buy a bike from them. Enzo doesnt know it yet, but I havent purchased my last bike from him. Support these guys.
I went in to purchase a new Motoguzzi. I was treated like family. They took the time to meticulously go through the machine before i took possession. I will only purchase from Cadre Cycle from now on.
It was nice shopping at a dealer that only sales the brand of bike that serves your interest in lieu of the Walmart type/high volume dealers that offer several brands none of which they are particularly knowledgeable about. This has been my first venture into the Guzzi world but so far im loving it. A couple of months after i purchased my V85TT we went back and my wife purchased a V7 Stone. Very accommodating, in fact they arranged to deliver both bikes to our door which is about 90 minutes south of Cincinnati. Would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Enzo and staff :-)
It may have taken longer than expected, but James went above and beyond taking care of multiple issues, needless to say I was a very happy customer. Excellent customer service. Thank you Cadre Cycle! I highly recommend these guys, they know what they are doing!!
Fantastic and open communication.Enzo answered all my questions and it was definitely the best experience I had from all motorcycle dealerships!
Have always been treated with respect and care every time I have brought my motorcycle in for service. I have a Suzuki cruiser and wouldn’t trust it with anyone but Cadre Cycles for its maintenance. Highly recommend this place for all brands of motorcycles!
I had a great experience dealing with the staff at Cadre. Great price on my new bike and helmet!
All the 5 star ratings really surprise me. Guess I caught these guys on consecutive bad days. Maybe they just dont like working on Ducatis since theyre a MotoGuzzi dealer. Service work pricing was fair for what they did, but it was clear that everybody there had an attitude.Adjusted my rating from 3 to 4 after the owner, Enzo, saw this and called me back. That was nice of him to acknowledge my experience. He insisted on giving me a full refund, which was not my purpose or wish but he wanted to do it anyway. Thank you Sir.So... 3 months later, I decided to call them for a service appointment since the owner had been so nice about my previous experience. When the gentleman looked me up in the computer, he put me on hold and then came back and said they no longer work on Ducatis and I would have to go to the dealer. Interesting. So I called the owner, Enzo a couple days later to verify this. He admitted they do work on Ducatis but told me I should go to the dealer becasue it would be a better fit for me (there isnt a local dealer by the way). So I said OK and thank you, I just wanted to hear you say it directly. Funny thing is I was never negative or disrespectful in any way. The worst and only thing I said is in the first paragraph of this review. I guess if your business is strong enough you can pick and choose who you want to work for, regardless of the reason. Enzo basically told me NO SOUP FOR YOU! LOL!
I live out of state and always need parts for my sport bike. Cadre Cycle offers great service and friendly communication. They are always fair and honest when asking and getting part prices and shipping cost. I will always come to them first for my part / gear needs, and they provide great support on trouble shooting (even over the phone). Good team, always happy to work with them.-Joe
WE were at the show at the brewery on Sundayand enjoyed the whole thing. We met Joe Harris, who was very nice and informative. We expect to see him again when we stop out and pick up our new bike that we will have won in the drawing. Keep up the good work, Stu and Judy
Fantastic shop. Always interesting seeing what is parked out front. You never know what youll find. The staff is very friendly and they of course sell one of the most of not the most underrated brands. I constantly get reminded of my rides to school in the morning on my dads Guzzi. Wonderful place to start looking if you are wanting to get into bikes.
Enzo and Carl run an excellent shop. Bought my 2018 California Touring recently from Cadre and it was a great experience. Thumbs up!!!!!
Outstanding folks. Did extensive repairs to my older BMW. Great work at a fair price. Theyre great at discussing issues with you, and theyre very accommodating of your schedule. Very pleased. Id take any bike to them.
Friendliest and most honest dealer Ive ever worked with. You can tell theyre all great people who love what they do. They made me a solid offer on my trade in, allowing me to walk out with a new v7 racer. Great experience; great bike - I couldnt ask for more.
Sort of on a whim I bought a bike here. The shop and owner was absolutely the reason that happened. I visited Triumph the day before and the difference here was astounding. This is the shop that feels like a real shop. There are plenty of options and several ready to test ride. I was riding two different bikes within 10 minutes. The prices on Guzzi bikes is phenomenal to start with and this place just takes it a step further by offering used bikes and older model clearance bikes.Everything just felt right and the price was right and the shop is a place I would like to take my bikes for years. So, I bought one. The paperwork was fast and I was given a good deal on some must have accessories and I was out the door!I’ll be back for service and I’m now a Moto Guzzi rider. Oh, and I absolutely love the bike itself.
Since they started this shop, the guys at Cadre have worked on my Japanese, British, and Italian motorcycles. They have always done excellent work, been cordial, thorough, prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone but especially those of you with older bikes that dealerships are inclined to turn away. Even if you were to find another shop with lower hourly labor rates (I havent kept up with that), I bet these guys will get the work done more quickly and consequently with a lower overall bill for the work. I have the utmost appreciation and respect for private shops like this that help us keep our older bikes on the road and running right.
These guys absolutely KNOW BMW! They are reasonably priced and honest! They even took money out of their own pocket by telling me what work would be covered for free under a warranty exception if I took the bike to the BMW dealer in Columbus. These guys are my dealer for life!
Diagnosed and fixed loose wiring problem within 24 hours. Best $50 repair job Ive ever experienced. And the beer is pretty good too.
Great place to buy a motorcycle or accessories.
Best dealership Ive ever bought from!! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with! Ive bought two bikes from them so far, and I couldnt be happier. When I eventually buy another bike, they will be the first place I look!
I emailed Cadre Cycle about a new V9 Roamer and within 6 days they delivered my new motorcycle to my home in Southern Indiana. Great people!! And excellent customer service!!!
I have only communicated with Cadre Cycle through e-mails and phone, and their customer service is absolutely top notch. Enzo was very friendly on the phone, even with his e-mail replies. The whole Cadre Cycle crew just seem to be amazing people.Their prices are very competitive and among the lowest in the U.S.A, dare I say THE lowest most competitive prices in the U.S.A. If I had a bike here in the U.S.A I would absolutely pick Cadre Cycle as my number one go to shop for parts and service.
They make search hijack spam ads against TOS.
Got a 2001 Shadow 750. Had em change the tire and look over an electrical issue, and the rest of the bike. Great work, cheep labor. Highly recommended
Best shop for Euro bike owners. Excellent and professional service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. They work on all makes and models. If youre looking for a shop to service your bike, this is the place.
Purchased a Guzzi V9 Bobber, extremely happy with the purchase so far - Enzo made special arrangements to stay late since I was coming from out of town. No pressure sale and then delivered the bike to suit my schedule. Very appreciated, went above and beyond expectations for good service. Highly recommend!
Cadre Cycle is the most honest & professional motorcycle shop you will ever find anywhere, period. 1st time i walked in shop 10 years ago i was blown away.. i have an older BMW oilhead that needed a new FD. Enzo had a used one on his shelf and installed on a Sat morning. Ive been a happy customer ever since. also.. his chief mechanic David is one of the top wrenches, specializing in European bikes. and will also take care of anything from a vespa to goldwing & harley, or indian. there are bmw dealers that soak the customer for every freaking $.. not true with Cadre.. the word that most describes Enzo and his staff is : Integrity
Having problems with my bike and got it in and out in less than a day and its running fine now.
Excellent dealership. Really easy to work with. Highly recommended.
In for service every time Searched for the right bike (my first) for 3 yearss when I stumbled upon Cadre cycle! Enzo was so helpful. Showed me several bikesThat fit me and my match budget.i found the bike I really fit. They also helped me select my gear and ordered it for me. I take my ride In for service every time. I fully recommend Cadre Cycle!
I bought a new Stelvio from Enzo absolutely the best dealer around,I highly recommend them!
Great service. Enzo is the best.
Great experience! I worked with Carl and I couldnt be happier! Straight shooters, no games! I will definitely be back!
Had a great experience with this shop and Enzo. Purchased a new Moto Guzzi and they were helpful, straightforward, and fun to work with.
Outstanding shop, great people, just bought a classic Moto Guzzi and couldnt be happier with the deal and the way I was treated. Highly recommend these folks. Their service staff can handle all your regular bike service needs, and is highly capable of helping with that old vintage bike or even a complete restoration. Check them out. One satisfied customer.
Nice shop. My son bought a Moto Guzzi. Owner and staff very straightforward and professional. No B.S.
Great little shop that takes care of customers no matter what bike you ride. They ordered tires for my Vrod and mounted them at a great price.
Ive known Enzo (the owner) for a short time. Nice guy, very knowledgeable and experienced with motorcycles of all types. Good people.
Best experience Ive ever had at a motorcycle shop. Highly recommended.
Bought a used Triumph from Enzo. Every part of the transaction was above board and excellent. You should have no qualms about dealing with Cadre.
Nice shop that has real enthusiasts working on bikes. I have had 1 Italian and 2 Japanese motorcycles in for basic maintenence as well as more intrusive service work and have been happy with the quality of work, professional courtesy and dedication to small details that my bikes have received.
Great Dealership. Very Friendly. Great to their community
Great motorcycle shop. Very knowledgeable staff!
I took my honda shadow ace 750 to them to get some work done and I couldnt have been happier. Enzo talked me through everything that needed to be done, and was very upfront with estimates and the time to get the work done. When I went to pick up my bike, Greg took the time to explain everything they had done and even took the time to walk me through some things for future maintenance. Their customer service was excellent. I will be using these guys again if needed, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Great shop! Enzo and the guys provide great customer service. Thanks !
This place is the best . Enzo Carl and the whole shop are top notch. service sales it doesnt matter they are the best.
These are the only guys I trust more than myself to take care of my bike. Its always a pleasure doing business with them.
Such nice people they treat you like family.
Excellent service!
Probably the best business, of any kind, that I have ever dealt with.
Great bikes & Enzo is an awesome guy to work with.
Seems like the staff really cares about you and your bikes. Friendly outgoing people. Difenatly going back
Excellent service and quality work! Have had work performed here for over 10 years!
First off let me start off by saying that theres a Moto Guzzi dealership much closer to me (I live in central Indiana) than Cadre Motorcycle in Cincinnati, however, I would rather deal with the extra time to get there to deal with Enzo, Rob, and Dave.I recently pulled a bonehead move and took my bike back to them. I thought the issue was something wrong with the V7 Stone I bought from them. There was nothing wrong with the bike, there was something wrong with me. Even though there were slammed with business they found the time to fix my mistake and they did so with no attitude.I have been around bikes for the majority of my life and have dealt with a lot of dealers and mechanics but I think I can finally quit looking. Again, if youre considering buying a bike or need parts or service give the people at Cadre your business. You wont be disappointed.
Enzo and his crew are great. But the Stelvio NTX is a great bike. It puts a smile on your face and beckons you to ride. Had a lot of bikes but I must say this one has soulful character. If you cant pronounce Moto Guzzi say Moto Gutsy!
Very nice staff. Knowledgeable mechanics.
Great people, great buying experience, would highly recommend!
Very professional, technically sound, compassionate & friendly people. I will always bring my motorcycle to them for all major repairs.
This excuse of a bike shop is a jokethese guys were horrible about customer service they got an attitude with me and told me I didnt know what the hell I was talking about when simply it could have been explained in English to me instead.I should of known the second I walked out the door not to leave my bike with these people, as I was walking out they were bringing in cases of beer to the fridge in their shop. not saying drinking is why they ruined my bike but leads one to think.I took my bike there and they said it would be ready the next day for sure, 2 weeks later the bike was still not ready and it was a simple small job.finally got the bike home after the third week, started it up and the same exact problem was there as when I took the bike to them. On top of this these guys ordered parts for my bike but forgot to order the gaskets.these assholes put my bike back together with rtv sealant on the head and ignition cover and the bike leaked all of its oil out within minutes. THERE WAS NO GASKETS ON ANYTHING THEY OPENED when I got the bike back it was all rtv sealant!!!!!!!I called the shop up to see what the hell they were thinking and they denied putting the bike back together with the RTV sealant. finally I talked to the guy who actually did the job at cadre and he admitted to using rtv sealant. I RECEIVED NO REFUNDhope this lesson learned can help you outdont use this shop they dont know what they are doingthese guys are a joke.......................
I talked to Enzo, he is a true business man. Thank you for taking care of me!
