Steak burgers are my favorite, with that being said this is my choice for burgers in the city. Restaurant is clean and the outside sitting area, although not big is kinda cozy. Just wish the chain had more locations. Especially with steak and shake being gone. If you know that menu then you pretty much know this one.

Smashburger is WOW. I got the sweet potatoe fries, brussel sprouts, and the double cheeseburger. The fries were amazingly crunchy and yet soft and the brussel sprouts had great flavor and were not soggy. The burger was really good and the meal was very filling. I ordered to-go. The girl who took my order was very patient and offered me recommendations since it was my first time. They do not have honey mustard but the smash sauce is similar. Ill probably go again before I fly out of Cincinnati when my job ends!

GREAT food but EVEN BETTER staff! The customer service was awesome-every employee I interacted with was smiling and upbeat. I left a pair of glasses there, too and they were very proactive in making sure the glasses were secure and available for pick up. Place, including the restroom, was VERY clean, too! Cant say enough good about the store, the food and especially the staff! Keep doing what youre doing cuz you kick butt!! 😁👍

Came in hungry, left happy!Quick lunch while working, stopped in for my first smash burger experience. Josh made ordering a breeze and the food came out quick and was excellent!Had a classic, fries, and a salted Carmel shake. All of it was delicious and the shake was really tasty and was two full shake glass servings.Staff came by to check on me while I was eating and asked if I needed anything. Everyone was super polite and helpful.Pretty sure they are also part of diners club rewards too so that’s a nice perk!Overall, really enjoyed my visit and would come again!

Ive been here twice now, and this location seems consistently out of ingredients. The most recent meal I got was particularly bad. A Truffle Mushroom & Swiss Chicken sandwich w/ no bun. There was so much salt on it, I figured I made someone in the kitchen mad by ordering it without a bun.

First time ever trying smash burger so for lunch my co workers and I decided it would be a good try. While all their orders was correct, mine was not! It clearly states on my receipt what I asked for. A smoked bacon brisket burger. Instead I got a regular burger with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on it. I HATE mayo so therefore I didnt get to eat lunch and now Im out $12 (cost of burger) and no lunch. Thanks for ruining my lunch. I will never go back or recommend!!!!

This was the Worst. I asked for a single with just lettuce tomato extra pickles mustard and ketchup. They kept screwing up my order.. even made a black bean burger. The manager came out and apologized. Wrote down my order and it came out with no pickles mustard. Or ketchup. Dont bother going to this place ...you cant have your burger the way you want it.

These burgers are really good! Having a restaurant background, I can tell fresh ingredients when I taste them. Smashburger doesnt disappoint. The dudes at the restaurant are always polite and friendly. Good vibes. Good food. Also have interesting sauce choices such as truffle mayo which is banging good.

I walked in and Josh greeted me right away. He told me about the new burger and fish. He helped me through the ordering process. After I paid Josh told me about the reward program and how to enter it.My food was just the way I ordered it without tomato and pickle. I had the smash fries. Both of the items were fantastic.

The staff here was amazing during my visit! Food had been messed up and they were fixing it before I got there yet they still refunded me nearly my while bill without a word said by me! Highly recommend!

Great burgers and fries! We did not even know there was a SmashBurger anywhere near Cincinnati. Place was clean and the employees were very nice and friendly.

Online how’s say it is open until 9:30 pm, sign on the door says they have new hours and they close at 9… u showed up at 8:30, got my toddler out of the car to walk up to a locked door and the workers ignored us walking around to both doors thinking maybe I had used the wrong one. Extremely unsatisfied and clearly still hungry 🙄

Bring back the chili!!!! The burgers and chicken sandwiches are much much better than the other fast food places. There is no drive through and you have to sit and wait 10 minutes but they do offer internet ordering with almost no waiting.

This is the worst Smashburger I have been in. The staff didnt double check if they heard us well and got our order wrongly typed in. We waited for 20 mins on 4 burgers, and it wasnt even that busy. The kitchen seemed fully staffed. And when we got the order home we found out that the actual burgers did not match what was on the receipt. I wouldnt recommend this location.

Great location & atmosphere but a bit pricey. Prices are more fit for a sit down place like TGIFridays but love the ambience & the burgers, fries & shakes are perfect, more suited for sharing.

I just tried Smashburger for the first time last week as I was passing through Cincinnati. I must say I was impressed. The food was great and the service was truly amazing. I was concerned the price may be high however it was right on par with most burger joints. The burger tasted good and the sweet potato fries were delicious.

Location is TERRIBLE. Constantly makes incorrect orders, items are missing, and bags are unlabeled. Do not recommend for your company lunches especially.

If you are looking for a good burger, this is the place! This location is clean than the staff was friendly. The service is also quick. I order their sweet potato fries with my burger, which are not usually an option at places like this. They also have milkshakes, if you want something sweet and will even give you the extra shake leftover in the mixing cup so they dont waste it. They have kids meals that are fairly priced.

It was slow, it took about 15 minutes to be served. I ordered a cheeseburger, mustard, catsup, pickle onion. They forgot the pickle and onions. The burger was lukewarm. Very disappointed, wont go back k to this one.

Custom burgers, good side options (what other fast food offers Brussels sprouts?). Needs a lettuce or spinach wrap but I always stop for a Smashburger.

While on hold, I decided to just order online.Ordered online at the Blue Ash location on Tuesday, 12/1/20 at 7:20pm. The gentleman apologized right away for keeping me on hold. Customer service was great, they were polite and very attentive which we appreciated very much considering customer service just isnt the same these days.The food was ready in 10 minutes. Food was HOT. Fries were surprisingly hot considering how fries chill quick.Bags were nicely taped shut.Ordered 2 classic smash burgers, smash fries, and sweet potatoes fries. One chicken tender kids meal w/ tots and organic chocolate milk. Their smash fries are AMAZING! Theyre tossed in rosemary, garlic olive oil. Sooo good.

I ordered online, when I picked order up, 3 workers in the food prep area werent wearing their mask correctly. I ordered a specialty burger with avocado, bacon & cheese & sweet potato fries. I got the order home, it was a plain burger mustard only & both kinds of fries were dumped in the bag. I called to get a refund on my order & was told I had to bring it back, which I did. An hour later still hungry. Very disappointed in quality & service.

Me and my husband split every meal as we work together doing food deliveries. We were there for an online order and when we arrived they didnt even knew they had the order. Since we had to wait anyway we ordered a double smashburger and smash fries. Side note: I never order single burgers as there is too much bun compared to other fixings. When we went to eat after our delivery we realized he had rang us and gave us a single. It barely had any condiments on it which made it even made it even more dry. He gave us a free drink for waiting on the online order but please give me what i asked for. I was not at all satisfied at all with eating that burger and the fries were extra extra crispy today as well. I didnt get the receipt to put on my app either. I usually dont have an issue with this location but this was not the service expected.

Let me tell you about Smashburger.... Its so hard to figure out different places to go when your trying to do a keto diet. I tried the baja guacamole chicken (no bun) sandwich with bacon added. My side was the roasted garlic brussel sprouts. The sandwich was good but the chicken breast was very thin (hints smash) 😂. So I know now to add another one and the cheese wasnt on there. The best part was the roasted garlic brussel sprouts!!! They were soooooo good! 😋😋 If you love brussel sprouts that are soft, a lil bit of salt, & tasty .... you gotta try em! Overall I would give my meal last night a 8/10. The customer service was good. Definitely gonna try other sandwiches n ofc wit the Brussels sprouts! 😂😋🙌🏾✌🏾

Excellent place to get a quick burger. Im a fan of the brussel sprouts and like the variety of burger patty options (fried or grilled chicken, beef, or black bean). The smash fries are tasty (rosemary parmesan coated). You can actually taste the chocolate in the chocolate shake. It does not hold up well as take out though. Mine got a little soggy on the way home. Best if you eat in fresh off the grill.

I travel to Ohio and stop by to get salad dont have much time and they forgot dressing so how am I going to eat it? Dont go this place

I’m a door dasher and I have waited 20 mins on a shake no one has got to me usually they have everything ready for dashers so no contact with COVID 19 but more and more people came in front of me no one said hi or welcome or ask me what I need. I would never come here my self just to see how the talk to each other and how they act I’ve worked in food and I have never acted like the cashier did Friday July 24

When you order for delivery make sure you check your food, they only brought half of mine so had to go pick up the rest and of course the rest of the food was ice cold.

Order a classic chicken burger and and the chicken was completely burned also order a mushroom double burger and the burgers were so salty I couldnt eat it.

Courtney has the WORST customer service Ive ever met in my life. She should not have a position of working with patrons.3 people on one ticket, yet the food was served at different times.The prices for burgers are ridiculous for some cheap corn filled beef. I could have gone to McDonalds for the same quality meat for less. And I say corn filled because I have an allergy to corn and had a reaction. And my burger was bunless so it obviously wasnt that. $40 for 3 burgers, 2 veggie sides and 2 drinks and a water. Thats outrageous. I will never be returning to any Smashburger again.

I love Smashburger but this location is very inconsistent. I have had great service here and I have had the worst dining experience in my life here. They did offer to make it right though. Still the experiences you have here is never consistent. Some days its worth rolling the dice for their delicious burgers.

Burgers were not great and service sucks. Ordered two burgers. Recieved one had to go up twice to tell them we never recieved second burger before we recieved it. 20 minutes later.

The onion straws were hot and breading was light and crispy, the hamburger was your typical hot, fresh, burger.Smashburger is my favorite Cincinnati burger place. Other than the fact that they play the music to loud for my taste, going to Smashburger is always a treat.

They forgot to do my Smash fries and gave me regular fries. They fixed it quickly and the food was pretty good for the road trip. Quick stop and filling.

I called ahead to see if they still had the PB&J milkshake. They didnt on the menu, but they had the ingredients (peanut butter and strawberry jam), so they said theyd make it for me! I then went in for a burger and fries pickles. The fried pickles were good but I think the batter can be improved. The mushroom Swiss burger really good! Service was great here & friendly. Tasty burgers and very good fries. I like the basic Smashbuger with a beef patty, lettuce, tomato, mayo, cheese, and bacon. You can add a fried egg for a small upcharge. Its a pricier burger than a food place, but its also a different experience. Ill definitely be going back.
