Love this place. The people are always helpful and knowledgeable. The usually have anything I need.
Love this place. I get all my parts here form washer, dryer and even kitchen aid mixer parts. Great parts with low price.
Had the part I needed! Very helpful.
Seamless process. Made a phone with a Model # of my washer and a need for a belt. In stock. Picked up at Covid safe counter. The reps were professional.
Customer service is abysmal. It’s like they don’t want your business. I will be sure to get parts elsewhere.
I didnt care for the young man that waited on me he seamed rather grumpy, but they did have my part that my son put on hold for me so I got what I needed
Great experience this morning! Brought my defective part in, provided the model number of the washing machine I have and walked out with a new part in 5 minutes at a fair price. Service was great.
Purchased a part to fix my washer even though the part is almost $40 cheaper on amazon. The front desk lady who answered the phone discredited Amazon and said at least I would know what I was getting if I bought from them. Drove 30 minutes to get the part to get all the way home and it doesnt work. I called the next day Larry answered. Told him the problem. He never apologized or anything. Poor customer service. Then said he would have to order a new part. I called later in the evening to get an eta. He goes on to explain that because of the holiday season it may take longer. Still no apology. They dont care about the inconvenience they cause others. All about the dollar not pleasing the customer. Still waiting on part that I paid $178 for. Clothes are piling up.
Great service! Online stores kept showing the wrong damper for my Frigidaire refrigerator based on the model number. The team helped assess a wrong cross reference from Frigidaire and found the correct part for me and had it in stock!
Good experience no problems
This place is a gem - and the employees are too! So helpful!
I needed a part for our washer and I did not trust the online stores as these seem to offer knockoff parts. I went in and told the employee the part I needed and he found it right away. He even found that the part was cheaper as part of a pack instead of individually. I appreciate his honesty. This was the first time I was a customer but I will be one in the future as well!
The staff was friendly and helpful. However I think I payed too much for the part.oh well I have the part today!
These people are outstanding! They help me solve my problem in less than five minutesSteve in Cincinnati
Always seen to have what Im needing. Prices not much different than box stores.
The guys at Appliance parts are amazing. They are helpful with appliance questions, they know the parts, and have everything Ive ever needed in stock and at prices close to what I could buy online and wait for days. Thanks fellas and keep up the good work!
Went in with a model number to replace a stove handle. Was told by employee we needed end caps also. Got back to stove, opened handle box and it included the end caps. Tried to return end caps and was told they charged a 20% restocking fee. Thats fine if the salesman didnt sell something to us we did not need. They tried to pass on $50 of un-need parts to us in hopes we did not return or to sting us with the restocking fee. They are either unethical, or didnt provide full customer service/support by knowing that the stove handle already included the end caps. BUYER BEWARE at Cincinnati Appliance!
Very friendly and helpful counter staff! In and out very quickly! Great place for all your appliance repair needs!
Was told the part was in stock. Drove all the way from Kentucky (about 45m drive), willing to pay a higher price than Amazon just to get it today. After getting here, they laughed in my face and said sorry about my luck because the item was out of stock. The people working the counter were very rude, making excuses, and I will never shop here again. It’s worth waiting a few days to order from amazon.
Excellent experience. I was unsure of the part number, but when I described the stove, the person knew what I needed. He was right! It was an obscure item, but he knew the stove gas burner part I needed, and soon it was in my hand. This has happened every time I have gone there. They also were very helpful telling me how to install the parts I bought, and which pieces of the old one I could still use vs. which needed replacement. Their advice has been useful and valuable, saving me plenty of frustration and failure. To get the right things all in one visit is fantastic. That is what I got.
To counter the negative reviews, keep this in mind: Small business like this deal with rude, time wasting, psychopaths every day.Without giving any thought as to the name of the establishment, or the fact there are shelves of appliance parts behind the counter, people will walk into a place like this and ask, Do you guys sell appliance parts? or other similarly silly questions, it gets tedious. Or they will want to waste time trying to impress by telling about their amazing adventure trying to repair an ice cube tray when the counter clerk really has important stuff to do. Ever wonder why it took so long to get a call-back answer to a question from a small business?Customers will not have given any thought as to trying to be specific about what they need, again, wasting time of the counter staff, Its just a basic refrigerator, its white. I dont know the brand or model! Why dont you look it up or something?!?They will pick the brains of the counter staff to get an education, buy a part, just to get the part number then go home order the item online then come back to return the part, or even install the locally, same-day, procured part then attempt to return the identical online purchased item. Then theyll complain loudly about the price of the part as compared to online sources that dont have to waste time educating, providing emotional counseling, and paying taxes to support local infrastructure, even though the part is in stock, locally, now. Convenience has great value, but customers will waste much wear, tear, fuel and time to save 50 cents. The buy before you decide if you want/need an item mentality brought to us by big-box and online stores with their no-fault return policies, makes customers lazy. Restocking fees only make-up for a fraction of the lost revenue from time-wasting customers. Imagine, you stock only 1 of some rare expensive item. What a great convenience for someone who needs that part. A customer buys it casually, not sure if they really need it or not, you reorder it, the customer returns it, now you have 2. Walmart can absorb this kind of excess inventory, a small business cant. This effects prices.Customers can get their retribution whining on reviews but small business staff have no such public forum to vent & identify trouble-making customers, or believe me as a small business owner, most customers would have dismal reviews. Instead, the anger from the abuse starts to build and sometimes cant stay contained. So next time a clerk at the counter appears to be having a bad day, remember what theyve likely already been through before you got there. Come prepared, be respectful of their time, appreciate the value of their service to you. Give them a buck or two tip so they know at least someone appreciates them. Dont be part of the problem., as the saying goes, like some of these negative reviewers, Be part of the solution!
So I read the reviews of this place and figured I had a 50/50 shot of it being a good experience. Let me tell you the negative reviews are 100% accurate. The staff is rude, and dismissive. The gentlemen working the front counter was courteous, I will single him out for that, he doesnt go out of his way to help you or anything and pretty much just says.. well sucks to be you thats the only part for your dryer, your probably not working it correctly and then goes to someone else. The woman treats customers as a child and is hostile and aggressive, dont even bother with her. The parts are not high quality parts like some reviewers have argued, they flatly just arent. They tried to sell me the same cheaply made part I bought on Amazon several months before for more than double the cost I paid. They assume that because I wasnt dressed like a repairman I must not know how to repair a dryer or how to work a dryer. Even with model number, and the physical part I took off my dryer they are unwilling to do anything but bare minimum, and that is given over the counter with attitude and contempt for the customer. I am not a noob to self repairs or working in customer service. I want anyone reading these reviews to not make the same mistake I did. This place is some of the worst customer service I have worked with. You get better attitude from the Time Warner Cable CSR who can barely speak English than you do from this place.
Returned after a bad experience with the lady working the front counter, who was as helpful as a wall. Found other employees to be helpful and able to locate the very common part immediately. Which was in arms reach of the lady of previous visit. You will pay more but parts are OEM and available immediately when working with a knowledgeable employee.
The complaint about higher prices than on the web is true but youre getting genuine name brand parts. In addition to the higher price, the sales tax is tacked on too. Return policy is pretty stiff too: either no returns accepted or 20% restocking fee. If you expect technical and diagnostic assistance, you will not find it here. However, if youre available during the 9-5 hours M-F, its hard not to appreciate the convenience of going in and getting parts same day.
Great
Pleasant experience, called and spoke with Dave. I gave him the model # and part I needed, he quickly gave me part number and price, a little higher than internet price but I can pick it up tomorrow and support a local business. I purchased several parts from them in the past and always have had a nice experience.
Disregard the negative reviews. Learn how to fix your stuff, find your part number, call ahead to see if they have it in stock, and go get it. Im not sure what else one would expect. Their job is to sell parts. Their job is not to be your buddy, teach you how to fix your appliances, or even to be friendly. Ive been several times and have never been talked down to or experienced rudeness.
The woman at the front desk is definitely rough around the edges but dont take it personally. They had the exact part I needed and it was very affordable.
I have bought parts here for many appliance repairs. They always have the parts I need in stock.

Horrible return policy. Bought a part that was 200 bucks. Comes to find out the part didn’t fix my refrigerator and I can’t return it that day. Horrible return policy
Not very friendly, or helpful. Probably great if your a repair tech, if not know exactly what part # your looking for or they will treat you like a child.
Always has parts and frienfly
Knowledgeable staff. Had my part in stock and for cheaper than any web site

Nice people, very helpful.
Very knowledgeable and very polite
I needed a dryer belt. Its true that it cost a few more dollars than buying online but it was an OEM part and they had it in stock so I could get it same day.
Very very expensive parts that can be found easily elsewhere for a fraction and on top if it charge a 20% restocking fee. Go elsewhere
Helped me fix a part I thought was broken for no charge, instead of selling me a new part!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff
Staff was very helpful.
Never had a problem with it
Got the dryer parts I needed...
Always patient and friendly customer service.
Rude person answered the phone on 6/30/2015. No patience and expects customer to be expert at his job. Not a fan anymore!
