This particular shop has one particular manager that makes me come back time and time again he is super knowledgeable and always has kind words every time you walk in the door.

I really cant say enough good things about this store. Jermaine the manager is absolutely amazing and will bend over backwards to help you out. I had to exchange a generator and he help me load and unload both in and out. If anyone at the corporate office reads this please know you have some amazing employees at this location.

This store is one of the best harbor freights I have been in! The store and parking lot is super clean and the staff is so courteous, kind, and helpfull!! The manager went out of his way to help us with every item we purchased! Superb!! Highly recommended!!

If I could leave a negative review I would. After driving 30 minutes to the Bloomsburg PA store I purchased a Chicago Pneumatic air needle scaler and it worked about 30 minutes. I returned it for another and that one worked for about 30 seconds. I have driven 2 hours and the only thing the store would do is bring the tool back for another replacement or a refund. I will NEVER shop at Harbor Freight again. The only time I will ever go in the store will be to get my money back.

Tool prices: You cannot beat the prices on tools. Beware - the “hot sales” are just banners which are always up and rotated. Get the coupons (20% off single item) and swing in when it is convenient for you. That will be likely the best price you are going to get on an item. I stop in regularly and haven’t found something which was a “blow out sale” that I had never seen before. You cannot beat the price on sockets; screw drivers; and other hand tools.Location: Very convenient right off interstate. Many stores in the area to make a half day out of shopping.Store: Always clean and organized. Items are generally always in stock.Only complaint: Some of the electric tools and smaller items don’t last that long. That’s where you have to weight in how many times you think you are going to use something versus the cheap price. Generally - things are so cheap, if it lasts a year I’m comfortable with it.

Newer location, so its clean. It seems very small, but i havent found any normally stocked items that this store doesnt have. My cashier was SUPER friendly, and very professional. Like. Way too happy to be a cashier dealing with people all day. That guy deserves a raise. Wish i could remember his name to give credit. Derrick? Something with a d...maybe? I did notice his badge said supervisor. Also had, other than the 2 cashiers, the only other employee in the store get me an item from the back that was not on the shelf, who also took the time to give advice on the purchase ace was very helpful. All stores should strive for this level of service.

The place to go for all your yard and home needs to do repairs and spruce up. They carry all kinds of animal feeds as well. And clothing for guys and gals. Something for everyone. They hold lots of sales and are very helpful.

My husband went in, thinking they werent going to have what he needed, he came out with everything he needed.

I was super surprised to see a place like this open up right down the road from the Big Boys, but glad to see some competition which I think is healthy. Theyre still here after a good bit of time since opening so thats a good sign I guess. They have a lot of your basic stuff, for great prices, but dont have EVERYTHING you could ever need like the bigger guys do. Im a big fan of supporting local businesses either way. Thanks guys

Drove 30 miles for a tool box said they had 2 in stock they had one and it was sold online guy that took care of me was not very friendly second time I had a problem at this store someone needs to clean house

Harbor Freight is kind of like the Dollar Store of hardware stores. You can definitely find some good prices in here on items that arent going to be used and abused.Need some work gloves, a magnetic bowl to hold your nuts and bolts, or maybe a right angle? This place is great and youll save money compared to big box stores.But it you need actual tools...wrenches, sockets, power tools, etc, etc, then I strongly recommend paying a few extra bucks for the higher quality products available at big box stores. Ive owned a few of these products from Harbor Freight and find their build quality to be substandard and their durability to be practically non-existent.

Drove 45 minutes to see the shelves and peg hooks empty. When asking an associate for the location of products went to look and nothing. Told me they will have there truck coming in next Saturday. Small store. Horrible.

I like harbor freight for the price. While the tools may not be of the best quality they carry a lifetime guarantee. In the case of most homeowners the tools wont see hard service and usually hold up quite well. While I was an active flooring contractor I used their products because of the replacement guarantee. If I pay the cost for say snap on tools they will last a very long time. If I break a tool they replace it. Harbor freight does too. You might have to replace some items several times in the same period as a snap on but free replacement is free replacement.
