Sleep expert Kristen was superb, very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.After covering all the bases, answering all our questions we did make a purchase.Mattresses are a boring subject and frustrating to purchase, but Kristen did her best to make the time spent enjoyable, informative and worth our time.I would recommend this store and both sales representatives we met. Wonderful experience at this store. You can always go purchase a mattress at Sams Club for cheaper but you’ll be buying the bottom of the barrel of any manufacturer line. We did that and after five years we were ready to burn it (it didn’t hold up and we’ve had back pain after about two years). Those big box stores work for economy but for the long run invest the money (you’ll save on physical therapy and chiropractor co-pays).The experience was wonderful as the salesman tolerated my two year old running around the store with my wife chasing after him. We tried out (laid on) about eight total mattresses and finally decided on one. The price on the mattresses are definitely a sticker shock but just like buying a car; he worked out a better price. My wife chimed in at the end of the deal to ask if they gave a military discount (as I’m retired Army) and he provided a better price. Purchased late evening around 6:30 pm on a Thursday and free delivery to front door Saturday. Sounds great to us.Overall - The experience has been great so far and I can update the review later if the mattress doesn’t hold up. I give them five stars at this point. Thanks again to the salesman for his expertise and tolerance!!!

I was a bit hesitant to shop here for a mattress initially. I’m glad now, that I went in. The salesman was knowledgeable, and helpful. Not pushy, as I had sort of expected, his female co worker was also pleasant and engaging. I had been told by family and friends, to avoid this store. With an open mind, I’m happy to report the complete opposite. He worked well with several last minute changes (when I ordered a larger size of the Purple, and then also needed sheets, pillows, and a platform), answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and was personable. Delivery was incredibly prompt. The delivery crew was professional, though a bit unpleased initially, as they had to carry it up a big flight of stairs. They wore shoe covers, and masks and worked quickly. They didn’t need long to assemble the frames in the spot I had already cleared out. Once the mattress was unboxed and cut from it’s plastic, they cleaned up the packing materials, left the sleep masks, samples and pillows took a photo and left. Granted, I’m writing this review only after this single time of laying in the bed, but the entire experience couldn’t have gone any better. As a veteran, I only wish more things in life would go this smoothly! Thanks to everyone involved, outstanding job guys. I’ll amend this later specific to my choice in mattress.

My experience with her today in the Bloomsburg store was absolutely wonderful. They were quick to meet and greet me .I had gotten one of the bed frame that the top only goes up and a cheaper mattress. That was about 7 years ago .I like the bed but it needs a new mattress .So I stopped in to get a price on a new mattress. They were so nice and did everything to try to get me a payment plan .Well I just have my Direct Express, due to my checking getting fraud on it. So we made it as a lay away worked . Not sure who it was,but a elder man. He was really nice,he gave me a mask so I didnt have to get mine out of the car .It was so friendly,when we were talking he mentioned my husbands income and I said he had passed in April,due to hitting his head, he had Demitia bad .He said he was sorry and asked how I was doing. I would never go any place, but your store.

The gentleman who helped me at the store in Buckhorn gave me great customer service! There were issues trying to get the mattress I wanted so he took the time to call and try to figure out why it wouldn’t let him order it. There were 16 of them and when he went to purchase it the number changed to zero. With no help from the wear house I picked a different mattress. After purchasing it the date changed on when I could receive my mattress. He called again with no answers from them. A few hours later I received a call from him saying he knew I was upset about not getting the first mattress so he found a way to get me the one I originally wanted. I know he is not originally from that store so I recommend driving a little further to his store to purchase your mattress!

Bernard was very nice, and he was able to find me what I needed below my max price range. I didnt feel pushed at all to buy something that I wasnt sure about. I had previously looked at Mattress Warehouse in Bloomsburg and had a completely opposite experience, so I highly recommend Mattress Firm instead. The delivery was also a very quick and easy experience.

We were acknowledged by the employee only as we walk in. We werent looking for any overprices mattress over $1,000, just something budget friendly mattress for employees. Then another family walked in and went to look at the better quality mattress. We found a couple mattress that fits the budget, yet trying to call the employee several times brought no acknowledgement so we walked out. They do not treat customers fairly, if you want the staffs to treat you like Gods, just go in and look at the most expensive mattresses.

With Covid 19 the store was still close on Memorial Day weekend and when you call the number the call was forwarded to a different location. The sales person Jeannete answered the phone and was great. She helped talk me through the sale and made changes to make sure I felt good about the sale. I couldn’t have felt any better if I was there in person. I felt like I was in the show room. Thank you Jeannete for your professionalism and patience. You have made a difference

Terrible service at this location. None of the employees even acknowledge that you are there and possibly need help. Plus when they do show you beds, they only want to show the 4k ones that dont even have a good feeling and they know nothing about them. Ended up going across the street to mattress warehouse, where I was greeted by friendly staff and purchased a Temper Pedic which she knew all about and it had a good feeling which was worth spending the money. Plus they have interest free financing, which I have no clue if Mattress Firm does because no one ever offered it.

I had a great experience in getting my new bed. The sales staff was friendly, helpful, and happy to give me the space/time I needed to make a decision. Delivery was prompt. I actually needed two deliveries because a queen-sized box-spring wouldnt fit up my stairway. They got me set up with a spit box-spring that was delivered within 48 hours of my original delivery. By the time all was said and done, I dealt with 8 people total (drivers, sales staff, etc.) and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Great people to do business with.

The sale stated a free upgraded adjustable bed frame if you purchase $1699 or more mattress. I did that and the salesman wrote it up differently. I questioned him and he said it all works out the same. He said the bed frame would work with our bed. The frame did not work with our bed and when contacted they stated they do not return the frames. The bed without the adjustable bed is uncomfortable; however, because he wrote up the sales slip that way, I can only exchange for a mattress with a value that is over $500 less than the quality one I originally paid for.
