After having an issue with a call back I have spoken with Service who gave an apology and the tech has come out to repair our oven. Very courteous, kind, and thorough during his service time here. Unfortunately the oven is not going to be able to be repaired at a cost effective price and I will need to purchase a new one. I will be going to Flicks for my purchase.
Went in to buy an upright freezer today.... I couldnt be happier with the customer service! Preston was polite and helpful. We were in and out in 15 minutes with the exact freezer I wanted and the best price around! I will never buy appliances from a big box store again!

Called to get dryer fixed. It wasnt heating up when clothes were drying. So 2 guys from Flick Brothers came out next day. They were here about 5 minutes and said they fixed it. So finally did some laundry. Went to dry the clothes, nothing was fixed. It was still not heating up. I called to let them know its not fixed like they said it was. That was over a week ago and Ive called almost every day since, explaining the situation each time and every day I wait for a phone call and NOTHING! No phone call. No nothing. Very disappointed with Flick Brothers service as I have used them many times before.*UPDATE: For whatever the reason it was, as to why I didnt hear from any1 for a week, in the end it didnt matter. I was just grateful he made it back to my house, fixed my dryer and was polite as ever doing so. Ya know, Life happens. Things happen. A lot that we may have no control over. So lets be more understanding of one another. Lets be; slow to speak, quick to listen, slow to anger
This is a great place to buy your appliances. They have a huge selection with everything from the base models to the really nice high end stuff. Their staff is warm and friendly. Sharon is amazing. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Id come here before going to either of the major chain places.

The delivery folks were friendly and took great care on the installs. I am pleased and glad to have had the opportunity to support a local and well respected business.

I purchased an Electrolux washer from Flick Brothers because I heard that they took care of their customers when their appliances needed servicing. It was also an added bonus that I got a discount for paying cash.At the end of January 2020, my washer began throwing an E11 code when I ran the clean washer cycle.I called Flicks on 02/05/20 and left a message but received no call back.I called again on 02/07/20 and spoke with someone in the service department who said they would call the manufacturer and get back to me.On 02/11/20 I called again because I had not heard anything back and I was told they would pass the message on.On 02/18/20 I had to call again and leave a message because no one would return my previous phone calls.On 02/21/20 I called yet again with no response.On 02/25/20 I called and was told that they would send someone out on Thursday (02/27).On 02/27/20 a technician finally came out and attempted to fix the washer. They claimed to have replaced a part and reported it was fixed but when I tried to run the clean washer cycle after they left, it was not fixed.On 03/02/20 I called to report that the issue was not fixed and left a message with a female that it was still throwing the E11 code.On 03/19/20 I called again because I had not heard anything back. The female checked with the service guy and told me he will probably come out next week.As of this posting, I have still not received a return phone call.This is by far one of the WORST customer service experiences I have had. Phone calls do not get returned. It took me 6 phone calls to get them to come to the house to service the washer, which was never actually fixed. I had to hire another person to fix the washer.Bottom line, if you want to pay cash and not expect any customer service after the sale, call Flicks.If you are like me, and customer service after the sale is important to you, stay away from Flicks. I would have paid more money in a heartbeat from someone who would stand behind their sales.

Very poor customer service, have called three times for service on my washer as they are an official Maytag repair center. There is never anyone available to schedule service with, so you leave your info and first time never called me back. Second time same thing, third time they finally called me back. A week later. !! I contacted Maytag directly and they were able to find me a repairman in Danville, who by the way called me right back and scheduled for the next day... As a local business thats been around for so long, youd think their service would be much better, just lost this customer.

This is as good a place to get high end appliances as well as some used items.Had an issue with my washer and they helped me trouble shoot over the phone.I checked one of the items I was instructed to and that solved my problem. My feeling is that if you will help me save money then I will be a fan of yours forever. It might have cost them money to do that but it was the right customer service move to make. These folks are now my go to for appliances new and used : even for repairs.Nicely done Flick Brothers.

These are great people to deal with. Selection is good, prices are reasonable, and they can fix anything. Just one tip: have some sort of clue as to just what you want when you go in. These folks are honest old-school merchants. They dont have much patients with the sort who would, ... like to see these four refrigerators side-by-side. And, quite frankly, neither do the majority of other customers in small-town stores. In short; if your looking for big-box anonymity, bottom line, and on-floor selection...maybe you should try somewhere else. If you want genuine help, commitment to your satisfaction, and place where they will remember your name (for good or ill), here you go.

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service. After asking a bunch of questions they said they refuse to look at ANY appliance that was bought somewhere else.Beware! Positive reviews seem to be paid for as well.
Stay far away! Nobody there seems to know what anyone else is doing and there was never a manager available to talk to.I first called Flicks in April after the tornado came through because we had lightening damage to our heat pumps. They were quick to respond and someone out to check on us. That is where the positive ends.It took 2 months of us calling regularly to check on the status before they came back to actually make the repairs. They accidentally (I presume) threw away a part that was good and refused to cover the cost of replacement because we couldnt prove they were the ones that threw it out. There were many phones calls where the people we spoke to did not have any idea what was going on and a few times where they were downright rude. We will never spend another cent there or recommend them to anyone.

Service department is excellent. Sales have been very poor. I have been waiting for a refrigerator purchased over a month ago. Never received any updates without my request or call. Clearly no effort by sales. Still have not received it yet. Regretting my decision.

I bought a refrigerator at home depot-had to return it and its replacement for a poor paint job. I contacted Flick-they were absolutely fantastic. Had a new refrigerator here in 3 days.
Needed a replacement water valve for my dishwasher. They ordered the part in for next day pick up. Staff supper friendly and super helpful. Tested my bad valve to ensure it was faulty. Tested new part to make sure it was funtional before leaving. Great people, great support. Should add price was same as internet pricing, but no shipping cost!

Since Flick Bros is apparently the nearest Eureka retailer (more than an hour from our home) we had to drive there for repairs to a vacuum cleaner that was still under warranty. An employee we spoke to on the phone beforehand said it would take 2-3 days to repair. But upon arrival, the employee behind the desk was extremely rude and ignorant when we brought it inside. Left it with them anyway since we had driven so far, but received no receipt, confirmation number, etc... Waited an entire week with no word, so I called to see what was taking so long; I was told they needed to order parts (why werent they ordered yet?)... Waited a 2nd week then called again; was told the vacuum couldnt be fixed, therefore Eureka was sending us a replacement model. When I inquired about Eureka sending the new vacuum directly to our address (to save the driving time & the hassle of dealing with Flick Bros again) they failed or refused to contact Eureka, and instead had it delivered to their store... After the 3rd week had passed, I called yet again, and found out that our new vacuum had arrived 4 days earlier, but no one bothered to call and let us know. Had to drive 2+ hours there & back again just to pick it up. Once again, the employee seemed like he couldnt be bothered by assisting us. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! I will never do business with them again, for any reason, ever!!!

Have an older custom refrigerator which stopped working - wasn’t getting cold. Called Sears; the technician came and couldnt figure it out. Flick’s technician came the same day ans fixed it immediately. Super professional, honest and competent. Definitely 5 stars.

If you are looking for a fridge do not go here. My family purchased a fridged air refrigerator from Flick Brothers. The fridge was horrible and froze all of our food on the refrigerator side. Fruits, vegtabels spolied, bottles of water busted. When Flick Brothers came to try and fix the fridge they told my family that it was normal for a fridge to freeze food on the refrigerator side. The flick brothers ended up comming out another 4 times and it still was not fixed nor was it replaced under warranty. Our family bought washers, dryers and stoves off the flick brothers and they worked fine but you think as a customer who has bought other stuff off of them they would want to replace or even attempt to try and get their customers a fridge that works. Your warranty at flicks doesnt mean anything. If it breaks you have to go buy a new one. Not to mention the owners sister is highly rude and unprofessional when you call to try and explain what is going on with a faulty product that the flick brothers sold.

I rate them a ZERO. Charged me a $50 service fee to repair a tv that lost video. They said they couldnt get it to lose video all day. If they had thought to take the back panel off, they would have noticed that one of the capacitors in the inverter board was damaged, most likely do to a power surge from a recent storm (I had taken it to a competing business who discovered the problem in a few moments) Flicks didnt do any work and kept my $50. They have a D- rating on the Better Business Bureau website. Flicks never returned the BBB calls or letter. I refuse to do business with them again..

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I thought it was a joke. I called to set up a service call. The rude punk who sounded like he was 12 yrs old took my information and said they will call me when they are on there way. I said ok is there a day and a time frame? And I get told no, just whenever they are in the area, they make there own schedule. I laughed cause like I said I thought it was a joke. I asked him if i should take a whole week off work and not make any plans then to make sure I dont miss them when they feel like comming. All he had to say was well they will call you when they are on there way to your house. I told him to forget it Ill call a professional and hung up on him. I hope who ever reads this will not use this company for anything. The 3 minutes I spent on the phone with them showed me they are very unprofessional, they are rude and unorganized. I never review anything or any company but this one got me so aggravated I had to bash them. O and by the way. I called fridgedair back to get a professional repair outfit and told them about my experience with flick brothers. They told me they will remove there company from there service list in my area,so good for them. Less money in there pocket.
Owners attitute sucks! I am new to town and I called them to repair a dryer and then a refrigerator, although it took them a few of days, they came and repaired them for $60 a pop. I called to fix an over the range microwave oven and they took almost a week to show up. When they called me to let me know they were coming I had just ordered one on line, so I asked them for the cost of getting it installed. The owner gave me the worst attitude I had ever received in customer service. It would have been enough to say sorry we will not install it because you did not buy it from us he gave me a whole rant about how I was calling to get something installed that I had not purchased from them. Sadly, I did not even know they sold equipment appliances.. I thought it was just a repair shop. I am not calling them again for anything... the owner does not deserve my money.

I contacted your company today as I needed warranty work done on my washer. Maytag set this up for me. Instead of being polite and telling me you do not do outside warranty work, only what you sell, the lady I spoke with was rude, condescending and hung up on me. I had no prior knowledge of your policy and I think an apology is in order.
Any appliance, any problem, they can fix it. If it needs installed correctly, they got it covered.
