It was amazing, we did a blessing of the bikes there, had great music with Pastor Larry Mitchell and the band from House Of Prayer Ellettsville. Sold some hot dogs, hamburgers & drinks.

The shop is a pleasure to work with and Zach as well as the entire service staff do an excellent job. I had them install a new speedometer and they did it quickly and effectively all while being reasonably priced. I also brought my bike there because of a shifting issue I had been having and they fixed it right up for me. Wonderful people and an awesome shop. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

My son sent me to an Indianapolis dealer where I am from and I got treated as if I was bothering them... So I went to Bloomington because I knew that there was a bike there that I liked. Was greeted at the door with nothing but respect and appreciation for the fact that I was coming there to buy a motorcycle. From start to finish this was a very smooth seamless and helpful process. Eric Johnson was my salesman and was nothing but helpful and professional when I got to Jeff and finance things just continued to get better. They gave me discounts on parts and had them installed in the timely manner. They did what they said they were gon to do and more I continued to ride from Greenwood to Bloomington to have my bike serviced the general manager even helped me and my son who did not buy his bike there on a Sunday get our bikes figured out. I will never take my bike anywhere else these are the nicest people that Ive met in the industry

We were very pleased with Harley Davidson of Bloomington! We bought a 2019 street glide special. The sales man Eric was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Jeff the sales manager was very good with all the paperwork. We had a small crack on rear finder unfortunately. Cory the general manager stepped up and took car of the damage to the bike. Unfortunately we are in Lafayette and most likely won’t be able to utilize the service department but we will definitely make it a stopping point in the future on rides. Its Harley. How can you go wrong? Ive been to some of them down south, and those are beautiful two-story, amazing shops. This one isnt anything extraordinary as far as clothing and bikes, but the staff are incredibly nice and they have everything you would need or want. The parts and service department are top-notch and the sales people dont hound you. Theyre doing a great job at this Harley.

Great Harley shop with loads of friendly, helpful staff! Easy to find and easy to access. Large selection of clothing, riding gear, accessories, and BIKES! Tons of new bikes, but a huge selection of pre-owned bikes as well. This is where I bought my motorcycle ❤. There is a service department for all your mechanical needs. This shop has some of the best clothing clearance deals too. Be sure to say hi to Gabby, the shops 43 year old parrot.

My husband and I have purchased a couple of motorcycles from Bloomington Harley Davidson with the most recent being a 2011 Ultra Classic. I obtained my motorcycle license via the all womens riders edge course. They took the time to teach me the basics and the class was very informative. It really boosted my confidence and everyone was great. We purchase many items from the parts department and the bikes look great! Great parts buying experience, but “great” ended and turned into a nightmare when my bike entered the “service” dept.I dropped a couple thousand $$ and left MORE than disappointed. The only upside was that ZACH, did all in his power to fix the problems that THEY caused, so KUDOS to Zach, but my experience there, will NOT have the chance to ever repeat itself.Goodbye Bloomington HD.
