Its a mediocre over priced liquor store. If you want the drinks though they got the stuff to make you forget your sorrows or remember them

If you want booze they have an amazing selection...I just grab the High Life🤣

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Linda and Nate are always super helpful courteous and kind. The only reason I am not writing this location five stars is because a lot of times they rotate out their beers. I usually buy the same thing. So I get sad that I have to go to another MGM or give my business to another place because theyre rotating flavors again. If it wasnt for that it would be a Solid 5 stars

The staff is knowledgeable and the selection is good. Prices are comparable to most other liquor stores in the area. Good craft beer selection with a lot of local choices!

Prices why to high. Beer boxed wine crazy prices. Guy at the register did not even acknowledge me . Didnt say a word not even thank you. Not stopping there again.

The peoples are very nice and clean store but you can see broken glasses in the parking lot every time, one time I was ran over the broken glasses and Dameged the tire, I had to replaced all for tire and it cost me $986 that the very expensive Toyota Rava for tires, in about a month I see the same places the broken glasses again at this time I saved, I will never ever go this place again ever

The Worst Customer Service I have seen in a long time. I went in today and spent $120 on a selection of beer, wine and spirits. The staff seemed helpful and packed all my bottles in a box. I set the box in my trunk on a flat surface and drove 2 miles home. When I unloaded it my entire trunk smelled like wine. The bottle was not packed properly and had banged against my other bottle and had broken and wine spilled all over the box and the entire carpet area of my trunk. I called the store to at minimum get the bottle replaced as it was a gift for an elderly friend. The man said that “ there was nothing he could do about it” I said maybe it was the stores fault for poorly packing it and he was unwilling to have any liability in it. I am so angry at the terrible customer service and the lack of ownership that the store took in the packing of the box. I will return the non broken items and will only shop at Total Wine from now on. I will also tell everyone I see in my business and in my community to steer clear of this establishment. I wish this store cared what it’s customers think.

Not family friendly. Horrible cuatomer service because they all drink from time they open and get smashed after they close. Watch out for The Fairy Dre because his bf Diego is a loose cannon. Say the wrong thing to him he will threaten to beat you, knock you out etc. He will call the cops and because they are all drunk they lie. So the ones that give this dump a high five is only because they drink and use drugs with them. Sadly even the owner.

Even though they didnt have the special reserved bourbon I was looking for, the workers here were very knowledgable and helpful.
