I had a fantastic experience with this store, especially with Melissa. I had purchased a watch that had its battery die within a few months of wearing it, so I took it to the other Fossil outlet in the metro to get the battery swapped first. There, I was told that they weren’t able to get the back of the watch off, and that I would need to pay to mail it in to be serviced at the Fossil repair center in Texas. Instead, I came to this location to see what they could do. Melissa and team tried valiantly to open it, but still no dice. Rather than send me home with another package envelope, they offered to send it in for me to be serviced. They even kept me updated throughout the repair process, which took faster than expected. I received it back today good as new, and with no shipping or repair fees! I really appreciate the above and beyond, no hassle service. Will definitely be coming back.

Exchanged my smart watch today after my warranty was up. They not only were super helpful and friendly. They were also very easy to talk to and answer all my questions. I dont live close to the mall at all. So Im so happy to say I love coming to this store they have always made every purchase so easy thank you!

Went there just to browse on my vacation to MOA, was surprised its was a very nice store and freindly staff. End up buying a very nice watch from them and might return in the future.

This is an authorized Fossil store, but it is pretty limited and small in terms of offerings.

Horrible Service!! My husband bought me a watch from fossil online and it was rose gold rather than yellow gold. I went to MOA 2 different times to return it...but they didn’t even process the return. The first time the store didn’t even open...waited for 45 minutes. Went a second time and interrupted the 2 employees drinking coffee. Presented them with my watch and receipt. They told me they couldn’t do a return, but they would send it out. What retailers don’t take returns in store?? Don’t buy fossil...they won’t be helpful!! Now I guess I just have to hope that I get a credit for my return 🤷🏻‍♀️

I called looking for a specific watch to be shipped to Georgia. Alaina answered my initial call and provided superb customer service! She walked me through the process of getting a fossil gift card so I could have the item shipped and went over and above expectations in communication. Absolutely just the best service from this crew! I walked in with a broken Explorist 4, had half my story out of my mouth, and they knew the issue....one popped into the back (Forest, I believe), while the other started my return. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. I was beyond impressed, and very thankful. Great job, guys!

Been going there for years for my watches. I have ALWAYS enjoyed the experience. The manager is amazing.

I bought a watch for my husband when Fossil had a Christmas sale going on based on the recommendation of the employee working at the store, only to find out that the person completely lied to me about the capabilities of the watch. I specifically said the only thing I cared about was that the watch had the ability to send and receive text messages, which the watch I bought could not. When I exchanged the watch of course the watches were no longer on sale and I ended up having to pay a significantly higher rate than I would have if I had gotten correct information the first time around. To top it off, the person that range me up the second time was questioning me about my purchases (because I wanted store credit, as I did not have the same credit card I had used to originally pay due to the fact that I had gotten married and changed my name). It was incredibly insulting and embarrassing to be questioned like that! I was just trying to buy my new husband a nice gift. I will never ever return to this store after being lied to, interrogated, and cheated out of money.

We visited the Fossil store at MOA with a dying rechargeable battery on my husbands Gen 3 smart watch. We purchased the Fossil watch at Macy’s but the service at the MOA store today was outstanding. The watch was still under the 2 year warranty so we were offered a free battery repair (3-6 weeks by mail) or they offered us $100 off a Gen 5 which comes with a different battery style that has hopefully addressed some of the longevity issues with the battery life. In either case (free repair or the money off) we were pleased with the way we were treated from the moment we stepped foot in the store.

Store wouldnt honor coupon. Mall of America coupon book has 25% off which doesnt exclude smartwatches in the fine print, however manager wouldnt accept it on a regularly priced watch. Do not recommend.

I was in a hurry yesterday when I came in. They took a look at my watch, which my light went out. They checked it out and thats what was wrong with it. Battery was fairly cheap $10 bucks and I was out on my way again. It only took about 5-7mins in the store. I was a happy camper!! Thanks to the fast and helpful service I had by the employees I had a great experience!!

My Fossil smartwatch completely stopped working - had received it as a gift. I brought it into the store, and without any hesitation, the salesperson replaced it with a brand new one. Ive always had great experiences at Fossil stores, but this further solidifies them as a great business to buy from.

Went there with a friend. The store is nicely set up. Went in and got what was needed.

After walking a half a mile to find the store, the clerk knew immediately they were sold out on line and in the store for a very popular item. But they were quick to point out an alternative. No waiting.

Went in the other night and Kelly and KP were very energetic and helpful, teaching me about the new Fossil Q hybrid smartwatch. I went in two days later to purchase it, and Kelly expressed her excitement and told me I would love it! Well so far so good! Go talk to Kelly at Fossil!

An employee, not sure if the manager, Bre was extremely helpful in fixing my watch. It had broken once before and I had to buy a new band for it. I love the new band I got and did not want to have to replace it again. She promptly took it into the back to see if she had the parts and came back a few minutes later with it as good as new! This is my favorite day to day watch and I can now wear it again thanks to her. I really appreciated the help.

Horrible. Will definitely not wear a fossil watch again because of this horrible experience. Due to a manager that did not give all details, I am stuck with a watch that has a design flaw. Forrest needs to be retrained or let go due to his very unprofessional appearance and interactions with customers. The owner of this store needs to take a closer look at their staffing and fix the problems before they close. Fossil has lost a customer for life because of this experience and will be sharing with everyone I can to avoid this brand.

Nice retail, pricey, loud!!! Definitely for younger people - not Grandmas. Most of the younger staff and customers were borderline rude. Some were plain out rude.

I received a purse from a family member as a Christmas gift. I tried to exchange the purse in store for another product, and they said they couldnt accept it because it was bought online. (My family member lives in another state.) They also told me I couldnt exchange or get store credit for the purse. Ive never been to a store that doesnt allow online purchases to be exchanged or returned. I was interested in exchanging for another product, not just a return, and was told I could only return and get a refund. But the refund wpuld be on my family members account. Not really impressed with that logic and in store experience.

I bought a watch battery there yesterday and it is already slowing down/not keeping time. Not enough fossil locations in the Twin Cities, have to drive all the way back to MoA.

I went there to get the battery replaced for a traditional analog watch. Went in there, asked them about it and they said it would cost $10 ($10.75 with tax) and 5ish minutes. 5ish minutes later, they had my watch battery replaced and ready to go!
