Went through drive thru quickly especially how busy they were. Polite, positive staff. Great ice cream as usual for DQ. Sucks they only do hot dogs and ice cream though. Over all, Id go here again.

I love Dairy Queen because they have such good ice cream. I sure wish we could have one in Bedford it would be a huge hit. Id like to have a franchise but I dont have that kind of money.

Currently sitting in the drive-thru, I was wondering why it was taking longer than usual. There is literally one person running things! Me and my kids love coming here, my 6 year old love to order herself, they are always so patient & friendly!

We ordered a football cake and it was absolutely adorable AND delicious. Ive ordered from various DQs over the years but never had one this nice. Usually, theres hardly any center, but this one had enough so that we could enjoy it. They are so friendly and clean. This is where we are getting our cakes from now on! :-)

Always excellent....I tried a oreo brownie earthquake.Omg the best.Im a regular there and I always get the twist cone.So now Im hooked on The oreo brownie earthquake..I absolutely love the owner and the employees are always nice....Thanks guys...I was there 4/16 and 4/17 2021

Overall, this place is great. Theres a good selection of desserts and the blizzards are delicious. Everyone is friendly and the service is good.The drive-thru line can get long, sometimes extending to the street, but it tends to move quickly. I wish it stayed open later than 10:00pm, but thats probably more a result of my sweet tooth than anything else.

The lady was super friendly. But we had no hairdryer, which was ok. But we also didnt have a shower curtain, and the floor would make your feet black and the beds are not comfortable, but they are a good price

I am glad that they are open. But sometimes they are so busy that the line is actually on the street and other drivers have to merge into the other lane. I am surprised that there have not been any accidents. But they are still as good as ever.

Great little place. Our second visit in years. We ordered through and the middle aged gentleman who took our order was extremely polite and courtesy. We where not rushed. We had multiple transactions and he went through all if them without rushing. Menu seemed a little toned down but we got what we needed. The young lady assisting the older gent was efficient also. Positive experience overall. Will visit again.

Food is OK.Employee handling the money and credit cards uses gloves. The same employee wearing the same gloves also handles my food.The employee preparing my food wears no gloves at all. That employee also touches the cones, not just the paper on the bottom of the cone.I suspect these are health code violations.

Always amazing! They need to reopen the walk up though to reduce the insane drive thru line.

Usually the line is SO slow for the drive thru but recently it has been amazing! Keep up the great work!

For the past year, the line of cars for the Bloomington DQ has been spilling out onto the road every time we’ve gone (doesn’t matter which day/evening we’ve tried). We’ve had to just turn around and either drive back downtown (to Chocolate Moose, Brilliant Coffee Co, Hartzell’s) or drive over by the mall (Baskin Robbins, Jiffy Treet, Brewsters). Why is there still no walk up service like there is at other ice cream shops in Bloomington? Not only is it a very long wait at DQ, the constant long line of cars running is bad for the environment and a traffic hazard on S. Walnut. We are DONE trying to go to the Bloomington DQ!! There are better options elsewhere!

Service was.pretty quick. Hard to understand speaker on both sides.

Remember how they use the blue dry erase markers to jot down orders? It ends up on your sandwich. Other than the skimping on drinks and meat, the ice cream is good.

Best Dairy Queen around!! My mom took us there when I was a kid still the same and I’m 60!! The footlong coneys is still the same great taste to this day! Family owned all these years! If you haven’t been you need to try it the line is long but it’s worth it! Saying if the line is long that must tell you everyone loves this place and it good!! Delicious on everything they have!

Ive known the owner for at least 35 years. Best ice cream and their sloppy joes are awesome. Les is a wonderful man.

The whole family loves this place! We consistently order five ice cream cones of various sizes, dips, and coatings. I will let you in on a little secret, that not all Dairy Queen’s offer.....order a vanilla ice cream cone with “crunch-coat”.....it is the bomb dot com as the kids would say! And everyone else is correct, the owner here is a genuine, respectful, delightful person!

Great DQ located in btown. This was my first time at this location. No dine in, only drive thru! The lady didnt flip the blizzard upside down so that the only real reason for the 4 star lol. Always has a line/ busy so beware!

Locally owned, owner is a great supporter of community and still works there almost daily. Would be nice if they would eventually get an electronic POS so they could tell you your total before pulling up but Im nitpicking:)

They have vegan dilly bars here!!!! I was pleased that the owner offered me a free bag of dilly bars with my order. This location has always had great customer service and once again, they did not disappoint!

Amazing ice cream everytime

The walk up window was closed so I walked through the drive through with my dog which was funny lol. I was in front of a large pickup truck. He waved. Ice cream was good.

Delicious as always. Blizzards are tasty and the classic dilly bar makes for a perfect after dinner snack.

They made a very long line move quicker than I thought possible. Very polite, and I was even asked if I wanted extra napkins! Im used to getting zero napkins.

Great dairy queen and a cute looking building! You know youre going to get good ice cream. This place gets absolutely slammed in the summer, so expect a long trip via the drive-through, but there is plenty of parking to walk up to the window. Doing this seems faster than the drive-through during the busy season.

Been good food since I was a kid now at 37 why do they use sliced cheese for the footlong? Other than that service is fast, food and ice cream are definitly worth the money!

Was very busy. We need a DQ on the west side of Bloomington. I love DQ but only have one in Bloomington makes it hard . when I get there there is always a long line I was in a long line today took 15 minutes to get to order . but no matter how long it takes I will keep going back❤

Busy, busy place but, worth the wait for a yummy cone!

The food tasted fine, but the area where it was prepared, which is visible from the window where you order, was absolutely filthy. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in quite some time. The tables out front are likewise in serious need of a deep cleaning. This place is a treasured part of my history, but it appears to be slipping in a big way.

Service was fast and friendly. They have good ice cream. Their hamburgers are pretty alright. they do have one of the best ice cream selections as far as fast food joints go. They have some pretty good onion rings as well their fries are decent. However you dont really see a lot of Dairy Queens around here..

I had not ate there for a long time. The BBQ Sandwich is great. I feel it has a good price for it to. I will have to go there soon and get it again.

I was surprised to see this Dairy Queen was a stand instead of a walk in place. The only thing missing that I could see were the cakes and such you can get from normal DQ. Unfortunately, the place was understaffed, and it took about 25 minutes to get some simple ice cream. Most of that time was spent waiting in line. The staff did admirably under pressure, I guess, though they were a bit terse with me. Ice cream was good, as expected.

How can you go wrong with their Ive cream!!
