I just visited this past Saturday to find products to make intimacy with my long term partner more pleasurable for the both of us, as I have an interesting condition that makes intimacy a bit painful. The cashier was extremely helpful and open about what she thought would best suit my situation, she definitely made it easy to share what I was looking for, and the products she recommended are top notch. We will definitely be back in the future!

When I purchased my toy, the clerk started charging the toy before ringing me up. I asked if this was because of the no-return policy, and if I should be worried. Another clerk chimed in - he assured me there was nothing to be worried about, he had bought the same toy for his gf a couple of months ago and it worked fine, was durable, reliable, ect.It broke within a week.A $100 toy should last longer than a week, regardless of return policy. I wont be returning.

We (my husband and i) used to be regular visitors at this place, however after tonight well not be going back. We have never, in 2+years, been treated so poorly by the staff, nor have we ever felt so unwelcome. I guarantee we will NEVER visit this place again. And other customers were saying the same as we were walking out.

The lube here is phenomenal and there are so many options! The place is a dump, and I can see why it scares people away, but its close by.

Wife and I decided to get out of indy and take a drive. Ended up in Bloomington on a whim. Saw the reviews and thought itd be fun to swing in just to see what the fuss was about after diner (and we needed some new lube anyway).Unsurprisingly the place was not the burning trash pile of bad service that the reviews made it out to be. We didnt need any help because we knew what we were getting but browsed the store anyway. A few guys came in behind us asking about different types of lube and a couple shelf items.The 2 lovely ladies behind the counter werent shy about hopping right in there and giving them the info the needed. Explained the difference between water based and silicone based lubes, explained how they interact with the body and with the specific products they wanted, and did so while being down to earth and professional.oh and btw. Any store that DOESNT confirm that the product is functional before letting it out the door better have a cash in-hand return policy. Just sayin.

Respectful clerks, clean store, and quality products

I hate this place! I went here with my fiancé five minutes ago and the man claimed he was going to check to see if the remote vibrator worked... I thought it was a joke at first, it was not! He proceeded to plug it in charge it for 3 minutes and talked to us about the charge life of it. I felt how he spoke to us made me very uncomfortable and I didnt like having another man holding and touching the vibrator I was about to buy! And at the very end he said before use register it for a 90 day warranty online. I thought the reason he inspected all of it was because there were no refunds or exchanges. I would never recommend a woman anywhere near this place!
