When my fiancé and I went shopping for my dream engagement ring - featuring a sprinkling of diamonds around a center stone - a nearby competitor was quite rude and scoffed at the idea. At Ben Bridge, however, we found a welcoming atmosphere, helpful jewelers, and an opportunity to design our dream constellation rings. Our jeweler Justin was so talented and very patient in bringing this idea to fruition. I now receive countless complements on the design, and we really love the set as well as the memory of designing it together at Ben Bridge.

Excellent customer service! Bought a watch for my wife from Sarah for Christmas and they did everything they could to get it ordered and in my hands before the holiday. Arrived just in a nick of time! Then when we went to get the watch band sized, they were so helpful and patient with our daughters request to get her watch band sized, too. Mike was a saint to deal with and the other women we talked to were so helpful and personable while we waited. Highly recommended, couldnt have had a better experience

We’ve always had wonderful experiences with Ben Bridge. Beyond selling quality product, their service is excellent. Someone has always immediately come and helped me. When my last visit took longer than expected, someone was happily and patiently interacting with my 2 year old who was getting tired. They went above and beyond. I went in to buy a watch for my dad for Father’s Day and Chandru was amazing! He was so welcoming and friendly. He showed me a few selections and I choose a Chronograph Tissot. My dad loved it but needed bigger numbers and white hands on the face because he has a little difficulty seeing. We went back to the store to make an exchange and Chandru was very helpful and understanding. I’m appreciative of his professionalism and I’ll definitely be back.

Sarah did a great job helping me with my purchase. She was very professional and provided expert guidance when I needed to make a decision between two watches. I was in a bit of a hurry so she processed the transaction very quickly and efficiently.

There is no way these reviews at this store are real. I have been here on 3 separate occasions over a 6 month period to see if things would change to see what Rolex models they have in stock and potentially purchase if everything goes well. Staff is very uneducated on their watches, another women working made it seem like it was an inconvenience most watches have not sold yet due to the high demand of watches going, she was shocked their still in stock and to buy now because they wont last Well I can say thats BS... yes, there is a demand in the general market, but I dont see a line out their door right now. Horrible sales, intimidation selling asking if I have been looking at watches for long enough What a joke of a store. Will definitely never buy here or ever recommend to my business partners. Im headed to Wixon.

My original visit to the store was awesome me and my wife had such a hard time shopping for our rings. The sales rep we had who helped us picked out or rings was awesome personable and made both of us feel comfortable buying or rings from there. We did however have an issue with the ordering, my ring never got ordered and was not in for our wedding. They let us borrow a ring for our ceremony where it was sweet it would have been nice to just have my ring.

Even though he knew I wasnt buying anything... Will was the most helpful person Ive ever talked to when it comes to watches. The staff sized my Seiko and Will cleaned my Dads Rolex at no cost.Some day when I have the income to buy a watch of the quality that they sell; you can bet the farm that I will be buying from them.

I visit this store with my spouse (Mall of America) several times and every time we was approach with excellent customer service. Will, Justin and Sue the team makes you feel very comfortable all are very knowledgeable of the pieces they sell. If they dont have they will get. Which this is what they did for my spouse. they treat and respect their team members same as they treat customers they say thank you for helping me to each other I thought that was great. Matter of fact our sales person was not there but before we left the store he had email my spouse saying thank you.Thank you all for being such good team players

I took my Tag Heuer watch in for a battery, but they had to send it out as they no longer have a watch maker on staff. They gave me a quote for maintenance and it was more then I was expecting for a battery replacement. I passed on the extra service, but Will was able to get me a battery installed as a professional courtesy. I would definitely recommend their store and service.

Ive been treated much the same in almost every jewelry store Ive been in throughout my life and while I am a bit disappointed, I dont feel as though an apology is necessary. Youre no different than every other Jewelery Store out there, in that, you only see a person of low worth when I enter your store, and treated me as such. I have no business being in your high end, expensive shop. ( Though, the Rolex in question, is a GMT1675, circa 1960, Gilted ring, with pointed Cornini Crown guards, truly a transitional Rolex timepiece, and carries a price upwards of $30,000 dollars whenever this make/model comes up to market. I sold mine to a different jeweler for a fraction of that, because they treated me respectfully the very first time in their store, and I simply do not posses the means to care for a timepiece of this caliber.) Best wishes. ********** This place is supposed to be a 5 star jewelry store, but I wouldnt give it 1 if I didnt have to. I brought a Rolex that was a family heirloom passed down from my grandfather to my father, then to me, into this joke of a shop, traveling over three hundred miles to get there, just to have the salesman act as if I didnt belong there. I asked him what he might know about the watch, and if he could look at it to authenticate it, and have someone in house take the back off to verify it. He told me they couldnt help me there, rudely, and said it would cost lots of money to send it away for that and that in his opinion, it doesnt have enough value because of its condition (its got a few problems, but thats not what I was asking about) Implied that I wouldnt be able to afford it and cut the conversation short. What a contrast to a different store in Minneapolis that also has an almost five star review as well. The whole exchange took less than ten minutes, and I was sent on my way wishing I would have never came all that way for nothing, and I dont plan on ever coming back. Dont waste your time here people, this place is NOT a five star shop until they get new help.

Ive gone to several jewlery stores and only this one offered to clean my rings. Plus they had a great selection on rings, watches, necklaces and earrings.

I stopped in tonight and had one of the best jewelery experiences! Unfortunately didnt purchase tonight but will be back for their watch show later this month. I had stopped in a few months ago to look for watches and had the pleasure to work with Daniel N., who remembered me right away tonight! He was new a few months ago but his knowledge has greatly expanded and I was very impressed. After looking at 3 other jewelery stores at MOA Im glad to say Ben Bridge was hands down the best. All the other stores and their staff were unwelcoming and half heartedly, if at all, helping me. It seemed because I was young they would only show me pieces under 1k, which is unfortunate as I was looking for a high end watch and ring. Anyways to cut this review short, I would highly reccomend this store and location at MOA. Phenomenal staff beautiful pieces, and elegant displays. Cant wait to go back for the show!
