Disappointing first experience. Ordered a contemporary arrangement and got nothing of the sort. Knowing availability of stems change I called prior to my order to be sure they were able to create what I wanted (or darn close to it). The women I spoke with was very nice. However, what was delivered was a cheap looking grocery store version of an arrangement (I even upgraded to the deluxe blooms). If Id had know this is what it would look like I wouldve ordered something else. Would not use again.

Called to order for a flower delivery around noon and they stated that there would be no problem getting it to the destination by the end of the day. She asked if I had any ideas for a bouquet or should she work her flower magic. I opted for the latter and WOW! Just amazing. They do amazing work, were so friendly, and super personable. I will definitely be back.

Buy, some plastic watering globes and send with flowers! May need to give some basic instructions on how to use the globe.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend and went with “floral magic” (designers choice) at the highest value available, since this arrangement was from a large group of us. My friend later sent us a photo of the arrangement, thanking us, and we all quickly realized the arrangement was nowhere near the dollar value we paid. I showed the photo to multiple florists who all agreed it was closer to half the $130 value (we spent $155 with taxes & delivery) - even factoring in the stems of lilies that hadn’t opened up yet. I reached out to the shop via their “contact us” page on their website and never heard back. I called today and spoke with the owner who was unapologetic for her “email being down” and not receiving any messages since July 2nd and insisted I was wrong on the arrangement and would not offer any reconciliation in the matter. She snarkily told me I should just use my “other florist friends in the future”. It’s one thing to under-deliver…it’s another to fail in customer service.

Placed an order to deliver to my love place of work, requested it to be there by noon, got there by 12:30 which I didn’t mind. Because prior to delivery, Laura that works there called me to inform that it will be delivered before 1. Very informative customer service which is amazing for being sent to a business building. The only issue is her birthday is not the day it delivered, they sent the flowers 3 weeks before i requested, so I called Design a Bunch to let them know of their mistake and spoke to Laura again, (professional friendly service) they informed me, it was their mistake and they will be sending something on the date I requested, so now we are waiting until my love birthday (will update this review once her birthday).. overall my wife is super happy with the flowers and is feeling very special, she even mentioned her coworkers “oooooo’d” her as they were delivered.... Great customer service, beautiful flowers, I would use this place again for sure!

I ordered from Design A Bunch to surprise my grandmother and they put their MAGIC into the arrangement. I asked for bright colors but wasnt too picky. Well my grandma loved them and called me on tears. They were beautiful! The flowers were perfect. The colors were perfect. The arrangement was perfect! What I though I would get and what I got was so much better. Following a bad review is hard because my experience from what was delivered was so much better. I was floored, it so beautiful and what I envisioned in my mind was what I got which was a three flower arrangement and I never told her that. Yes, I did ask for a baby breath arrangement with flowers accenting it. This came out of talking to the nicer person and she helped me shape my ideas. I told her to be creative an she definitely was. The price was definitely reasonable for what i got. I did talk to two different people and there was a definite difference in their customer service.

Very disappointed! Ordered for Uncles funeral from out of state because reviews were so good. NEVER again. Flowers were stuck in a vase, not even arranged. Vase was nothing like image shown. Could have picked up a bunch from local Walmart and stuck in a clear vase from a dollar store and it would have looked nicer. I emailed shop and heard NOTHING back from them. Horrible

Laura did a great job on short notice for my wedding. I sent her a few photos of bouquets I liked and the colors I wanted. The bouquets turned out wonderful and I was very pleased. Reasonable prices and beautiful work. I highly recommend!!

I sent a bouquet to my wife at her work just for the heck of it. It was $95 dollars for delivery and everything. The personalized card that I had sent with the flowers was not in an envelope. The wrapping around the flowers was transparent plastic. The flowers were delivered to my wife by her boss (the company delivered to the front office as requested). She was extremely embarrassed that her boss and anyone else could clearly read the card from me. She was mortified actually. This is definitely not the reaction I was hoping for from a $95 dollar flower delivery. Extremely unprofessional! I tried emailing design a bunch via the contact page on their website to let them know of my disappointment. Absolutely zero response! They lost a repeat customer. My orders are usually pretty expensive. Oh and also, this $95 dollar bouquet (with vase) didnt even include the little pouch of extra plant food, along with the envelope for the personal card that they had filled out per my online order. They could have at least faced the personal side of the card inwards if they had made the envelopes a budget cut. Extremely poor service. How hard can it be to make a beautiful bouquet, put it in a vase, put the dang card in an envelope, throw a thing of food inside, bag it and deliver? Unbelievably ridiculous service and communication!!

Design a Bunch did the bridal flowers for a wedding a was recently a bridesmaid in (June 2018) The bridal bouquets were the prettiest I have ever seen in real life!! So unique and beautiful! We decorated the farm & reception area with babys breath and pink roses, the babys breath they provided was very high-quality!! The arrangements looked great!! I cant say enough good things about our experience with this florist.

We ordered flowers for our daughters wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous and unique. E had showed Laura a picture of what we were hoping for and she just ran with the idea. My husband sent me a flower arrangement from Design A Bunch and they were amazingly beautiful!! They lasted almost 3 weeks. To all flower lovers out there, the key is- you have to cut them every 2-3 days, change the water and clean the vase very well. Design a bunch saved our wedding day! The day before our wedding we went to check out our flowers at the florist we chose. It was terrible. They had the wrong colored roses for our wedding. We tried every place in the south metro and no one had the rose color we needed. We were getting desperate at it was 4pm the night before our wedding. My last call was to Design a Bunch. I spoke to a woman 30 minutes before they closed for the day, (cant remember her name) she put me on hold and called her vendor. Came back on the line 5 minutes later and said my vendor has them! (We needed 75 roses) She gave us the vendor info and off we went to pick them up. She was the most helpful person and I would HIGHLY recommend Design A Bunch for anyone who is doing wedding flowers. Ordered wrist corsage, arrived with another customer, both our orders were wrong, had to wait for it to be corrected, no discount offered for inconvenience, over priced for what I received, pictures on site were exquisite!!!Also wrist band was silver and I ordered all black, was told it can not be seen anyway, this is a flat out lie!!I have ordered many wrist corsages for formals and weddings never been told such a thing.First and last visit, and everyone that i meet will know as well.
