We were looking for dessert while at the Mall of America and we love leige waffles, so when we found this place, it was an obvious stop.We got the Cinn City and the We Be Jammin. I enjoyed both. I liked the frosting on the Cinn City and the jam was amazing on the We Be Jammin.I thought they could have used some more toppings. Whipped cream and some actual fruit would have added well to the flavors on the waffles.These werent the best leige waffles Ive had, but they were still very good.

Just the right balance of sweet, soft and crunchiness all in one! Must try the Wafflewich and the Cinn City.

Had the wafflewich. I was a little skeptical when I saw them make it but it’s a great sandwich. Ham and cheese on a liege waffle. Tastes like a monte cristo but better. Great as a brunch.

Waffles are somehow even better tasting than they look! Crispy outside, soft inside. Im not sure how Im supposed to eat regular waffles from now on!!Separate note: Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream is still one of the best Ive ever tasted. Best cookie dough to ice cream ratio too

This place has about 20 feet of space at the hall, but dont miss it. Are the waffles good? Yes. But the ice cream is transcendental, like I might have brushed up against Brahman. They also have live basil for the savory waffle sandwich and I took that to be a sign of commitment. Every bit of the food has something that elevates it above normal. Skip Coldstone.

Awesome yeast based waffles! The guy that served me was really nice, we chatted about hockey and football while the waffle was made fresh. My 1 year old loved the waffle as well. Will definitely have it again next time I am back in Minneapolis!

Absolutely underrated place. Great coffee, incredible ice cream, and wonderful waffles. If you havent tried this place you need to the next time you visit the MOA.

By far, one of the best hidden gems at MOA. My wife and I stopped by to try a Belgium waffle and not only was the food amazing, the customer service was incredible. My wife asked to try an ice cream and she enjoyed it very much. The owner then gave her a small scoop for free for her to enjoy. We have told our friends about this place and highly recommend!!

Amazing ice cream, worker was helpful and funny. Has some humors signs and flavor names as well. (I will NEVER forget flavor names like Exhausted parent or this $&@! just got serious)Only issue was the quality of the waffle cones. They tasted like card board. Worst waffle cone I ever had. But that only slightly detracted from the over all experience, and I was happy overall. I would highly recommend it.Just dont get a waffle cone

What a great small spot at the mall. Being from out of town I wanted a snack at MoA that wasnt a chain I could get at home. This place was amazing. Where else can you get true Belgian waffles? The waffle sundae was fantastic. I came back a second time. They claim to be the best ice cream in the mall--and I agree!

Very tasty waffle and very nice staff the day we went. Unfortunately it took over 15 minutes from when we ordered it until when we received our waffles and that was a night when the mall was empty. I get the drive for fresh made but at the end of the day all things have a balance of quality versus cost and convenience. I would say the cost is a bit high for what you get but the time spent standing there and the fact it was good but not great makes it a check mark for having tried once.

Super nice staff, food was made fresh, and amazing coffee. We got the wafflewich and we be jamming. Both had fresh toppings, with a great combination of flavors. The only thing I wish the had was chicken & waffles!

Unique taste Ive never had from a waffle before! Theyre made from dough instead of batter and it works so well with the sweet crunch of this waffle. Excellent service as well. Go support this family business!

We had the Cinn City waffle (waffle with icing, cinnamon, and crushed pecans) and it was AMAZING! It tastes similar to a Cinnabon, but fresher and less doughy. The waffles are made to order so you know theyre fresh. We also sampled a couple ice creams, and both were delicious, but the salted caramel was to die for! The owner, Joe, was wonderful and very friendly. We cant wait to visit again!

Really good bread like waffles. Just be ready to wait about three min for them to make it. Very good!

Savory waffles are delicious (with ham and gouda!), sweet waffles are delicious (my favorite has Nutella and banana!), its all delicious.

Overpriced food and rude workers.The food was nothing special and charged way too much for what you get, but the rude treatment was what turned me off the most.A large group of people walked up after I placed my order and was about to pay, but for some reason the cashier cancelled my transaction and helped them first...I dont know if he gave them preferential treatment because he knew them or because he thought he could treat me dismissively because Im in a wheelchair, but it was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Damn I didnt know waffles could get this good. Im not a waffle connisour (normally I have them at continental breakfast stops while traveling) and first time trying a waffle with very distinctive inner and outer textures. The outside is crispy and chewy and the inside is soft and fluffy. I went against my initial insinct to go with the cinnamon and instead did the we be jammin with cherry. Love it, will be back.

We split the we be jammin and the wafflewitch, and they were both AWESOME! True Belgian waffles with lots of great topping options. They also make a mean mocha, with real espresso machine, instead of the super automatic machines the chain places are using. Theyre a fantastic addition to all of the chain type restaurants we have. My husband even says hed prefer this to his beloved cinnabon!

This is a gem! Hard to compete with all the other restaurants near it, but dont be tempted by the others....the ice cream, coffee and sweet and savory waffles cant be beat!

The waffle which is one of the greatest sandwiches Ive eaten in my life! Tge carmalized dough and smoked gouda are spectacular. Seriously try it. Its amazing.

Walked up at 9:15pm hoping to get a waffle before closing, was turned away saying they started to close already. It says closing at 9:30pm online? During a previous visit, took +15 minutes to make a waffle.

Closed an hour early for no explained reason. My daughters were really upset.
