If I could give them negative stars I would. This is the WORST pharmacy! They are always busy and never get the RX correct. None the less they are extremely rude here as well, as if their mess ups are because of us. Save yourself and go else where.

The photo center took the passport photo which was not good quality and had to wait more than hour to get the photo as the printer was having multiple trouble. The worst part the lady was not addressing customers with good behavior.

Got scolded today for returning an item that I had bought earlier in the day, it was unopened with the receipt. It was just so inconvenient for the cashier - isn’t this your job ?!! Mostly a good store, helpful staff but this one person today, oh man! She actually said “ you people…..” and threw the returned item in a bin. please train your staff if not in customer service then in basic manners.

The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were great. Very friendly and professional.The cashier however was extremely rude. This is why I rarely shop Walgreens

This is the worst, Im mean absolute worst pharmacy in town! Every single time I have gone to get an RX from this pharmacy they say it hasnt been called in. I have called doctors time and time again and every time they have called it in. I will be going to a different pharmacy. I dont have time to waist with their lack of effort and their obvious disinterest in patient care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This pharmacy is a joke. They weren’t even busy and it took an hour for them to fill a prescription for ALBUTEROL!!! Then when I came back to the counter they claimed they did not have my antibiotic prescription. When I called my doctor the next day to see if they sent the prescription, they called and said the pharmacy told them that they had the prescription ready and that it had been sitting there. What a joke. It’s like Doc Mcstuffins and her friends are working behind the counter.

The guy working at curbside pickup right now is the best guy I have ever seen... patience calm and very nice to customers.. 👌👌👍👍👍

Horrible, nothing to say about this store, please close the store and do something better, horrible support and horrible wait times, no one bothers about anyone here.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this Walgreens at all costs. They are extremely slow, they never have prescriptions ready, they are ALWAYS out of stock of medication, and to top it off, theyre rude. I will pay more money to go literally anywhere else.

Hands down, the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. It’s not even close. “It will he ready in 30 minutes and we will text you”. So, I decided to stay. And hour later, no text and still not ready. “It’s being filled now, so it’ll be right out” 45 minutes later, still nothing.

Great service, they filled my prescription very quickly after I was not able to make it to the other Walgreens to pick up in time. Awesome staff!

The oh-so-pleasant person in the drive-thru couldn’t have been less helpful and was just the cherry on top.Only positive is that now since it’s morning, I can use my regular pharmacy, which had it ready in less than 15 min.

The employees are a TEN but Walgreens as a business needs to get it together!!! 10, 20 years ago Walgreens was excellent as far as the pharmacy and customer service. Every Walgreens! I have never had an issue with employees but your pharmacy is awful. Everywhere! I just happen to use this pharmacy currently. I blame that on Walgreens Corp. They need to hire more people and provide better training. To sit in line for 45 minutes every time I come is unacceptable. Or having to call and repeat myself to a pharmacy rep after having spoken with their call center AFTER a nurse calls to ok my prescription yesterday. They used to short me on my insulin in FL and various other craziness. I have spoken with Walgreens Corp and they dont care. This inefficiency wastes a lot of time and money. Ive been loyal for years but I think its time to go elsewhere.

The staff that works in the pharmacy definitely needs to be coached about the customer service and how theyre representing Walgreens. When I called the store to complain the manager was trying to excuse it saying they have a lot of stress from the business traffic..smh. & I came at 7am, only car there.I had a great experience when I came to take my passport photo and Im thankful for the lady positive service experience.

Just dont.

99.9% of the time this store, the employees, are great. However there has honestly been a few times when Ive been treated poorly and have witnessed others treated poorly. I try to address those times accordingly as it is important to remember not to hold those scattered employees who dont act professionally against your overall opinion of a great company like Walgreens, they really strive to keep things running smoothly.

Its about what you expect.

I hate to give this store even 1 star. After decades using this pharmacy and overlooking many things that show poor management, Im done. Will be looking for a new pharmacy and a new Walgreens ASAP. Current issue: Third try to pick up 2 prescriptions. Each previous time, the scripts were not ready. You can count on at least a 20 minute wait no matter what day or what time. This time, I wait 35 minutes behind a man who obviously is having insurance problems. But why couldnt one of the 5 people working behind the counter wait on the rest of us? A man filling out paperwork jumps to the front of the line and the rest of us all continue to wait an additional 10 minutes. I am finally at the counter only to find out that AGAIN my prescriptions are NOT ready. She insists that they were ready for the past 2 weeks and I neglected to pick them up. But, if I want to wait another 20 minutes, they could fill them and I could shop. I refused. Time to find a new pharmacy, as this is not the first script issue recently. I took my other purchases to the front registers to check out. But, no one is there. No one. Another lady and I stand and look around. We see 2 young men talking in photography. Eventually, the one that looked like a customer slowly makes his way to us. Turns out, he is the cashier. Not an apology, not a word to us. We could literally have walked out of the store. This caps off my LAST visit to THIS store. Obviously, some really bad management of both the store and the pharmacy. And obviously, they do not want my business.

Walgreens is a terrible place to get your medicine! I’ve had multiple problems with them, refusing to fill my medication that I need to take daily, and also trying to switch out my medicine without dr approval. I have went days without my medication after they refused to refill my medication and spoke to me rudely. Stephanie Stewart the pharmacy manager, told me she controls what goes on and that included refusing to fill my medicine. I won’t post on here but I also have a video of her cussing at me. I think everybody should see this. And I do not recommend going to Walgreens!!!!

Your able to walk in and buy Milk, Pillows, Make-up, Prescriptions, Candies, Walkers, Birthday Cards, And Have. Photos Developed.

Waited over an hour for amoxicillin and then was told they didnt have tamiflu available at their store and I would have to wait till the next morning to get it filled at another Walgreens in the morning . Thank you for not caring for the health of my child that has strep and the flu!

I was reminded today of why I need to remember to tell my Doctor that I do not want to use this pharmacy location any longer. I get my scripts electronically sent over by the Dr and I could not remember if it was today or tomorrow I was able to fill it. When she rudely replied with you will have to call back tomorrow bc my dr put do not dispense until the 2nd. Which is fine I was simply trying to reply with Im sorry I couldnt remember. Its no big deal she rudely interrupts and would not let me say word, she just kept saying nope you will have to call tomorrow. Doctor said do not dispense until then. ..If she would of let me finish talking she would of heard me say, ok no Big Deal I will call back Tomorrow!!!! I have had so many problems with this location!

If I go to a Walgreens pharmacy I go to this location. You can park conveniently, they are open when I need something even late hours. I can find the products in this location and the people are helpful.

Very rude staff with long waits

Theyre the worst! I dont know who all the people are that can wait an half hour to pickup prescriptions but I cant get near the counter, driveup, etc without 2-4 attempts. I got up early and ran over this morning to speak with a phantom tech behind a microphone somewhere who told me my order was ready but he couldnt find it. I had my prescription transferred to Ft. Jesse Rd. which Id advise. He had no idea when theyd be ready or how Id know, but itll still be faster than GE Road if I got there now! This is how people go off their meds.

Definitely the worst pharmacy in town. Been dealing with them for years and its either, rudeness, slow lines that take 45 minutes to get to the counter or when they call in your script they seem to magically not get it back even though 5 different doctors send them in and all 5 state they have been sent in.

Had to use them because they were the only pharmacy that carried my RX. It took 3 hours for them to fill my prescription that they told the other Walgreens would be ready as soon as my husband drove over there, which it wasn’t so he came home. And then after the app said it was pending due to reviewing my insurance, it disappeared and when I called, they didn’t have it on file. So the original Walgreens pharmacist called them back to have them fill it ASAP and what do you know, my husband had to wait another 20 minutes when he got there 30 minutes after we had called. Extremely frustrated.

Beware when calling the local pharmacy number, you are not getting the local pharmacy. You are getting their off-shore support. I was given incorrect information on 3 separate phone calls over a couple of days and when I questioned the representative on their physical location (due to the heavy accent of all 3 representatives I spoke to), they lied and told me they were physically located in Bloomington, IL. When I pushed the 3rd one, and told them I did not believe them and giving incorrect information about peoples prescribed medications could be life threatening, they still insisted that they were physically standing in the pharmacy in Bloomington, IL. So, I said that I was going to drive over to the pharmacy and speak to them face to face, and they finally admitted that they were not in Bloomington, IL. I was then transferred to the actual pharmacy and the person I spoke to was very nice and correctly answered my questions. However, when i raised the concern over what i was told by their call center, he blew it off and said, yeah they only have limited knowledge and information. I asked him, what if I was an elderly person, or someone who didnt understand that way they were saying was incorrect, and they gave me this type of bad information and i didnt get my life saving medications? He didnt respond but just told me when my prescription would be ready. Frightening!

Every time I drop off prescription or pick one up there are long wait times! If youve got an extra hour every evening that you need a prescription and enjoy waiting in long lines with little service, then youll really like the store. Otherwise take your prescription someplace else

Had a terrible experience with the pharmacy as did the lady in front of me and the gentleman behind me. They were busy but the customer experience is complete garbage at this location. I waited in line for probably 20 minutes and then when I tried picking up my prescription it wasnt ready I was asked if I would like to come back or if I wanted to wait, I decided to wait as it should have been ready long before I arrived, but I get it things happen . They said they would call my name when it was ready. I took a seat and waited and waited. The lady in front of me was waiting as they had a major screwup with the information regarding her prescription and they couldnt figure out what the problem was and the issue was the first lady she was working with handed it off to a pharmacy technician that didnt know what was going on so she basically had to start over. The gentleman next to me and I waited over and hour and we both reapproached the counter to see what was going on. Turns out both our prescriptions were ready .No one came to tell us or even announce it. I looked at the tag on the bag, it had been ready for 45 minutes. Lousy lousy experience, I will never return to this location .

Multiple times where medications are days late. Pharmacy has delayed my medicines so many times that my medication is almost a month lapsed on when the prescriptions are written and when they are available for pickup. Finding a new pharmacy after over a decade using this one.

Drive through extremely slow. Doesnt know were to find scripts. Takes 20 mins if there is no line. Dont even bother if there is 2 cars in line. Takes 45 mins to exchange money for simple meds. Since I can only review once, they have also not filled script correctly twice now according to the doctors orders. Pharmacy needs some better help.

Wow, it appears the manager of this store needs to take stock in his employees poor attitudes and poor customer service. Most Walgreens are nasty but this one appear at the bottom of nasty.

Id give it a zero they told me 15 to 20 minutes and my prescription would be ready here i am waiting and waiting and hour later and still dont have anything so i got in line thinking maybe i didnt hear my name but no its not ready yet something is going on with linsurance like you couldnt have let me no? I had my two very anxious kids with me. I always have a long wait or theres an issure with something or it was sent somewhere else.

They are constantly out of prescriptions, often slow and poor customer service. We had a instance when they were out of a drug, we asked to transfer it to another store and they deleted the prescription. Causing even further delay, since they had to contact the physician to get the prescription reinstated.

They have hired some real lazy and dumb people.They won’t answer their phone calls.Out of the many staff members,only one does her job professionally.

They get my prescriptions wrong all the time. Even though I get them filled every fourteen days. They are very slow and not friendly

Slowest pharmacy ever, dropped of prescription night before and when I came back in the morning to pick it up it wasn’t ready because the made an entry error off my insurance card, waited over 1.5 to get my prescription, never again will I use this Walgreens on GE road .
