I like the location of this Speedway and it seems to be fairly well stocked, restroom is clean. The problem I have is with the cashiers, they can be rude, unprofessional. I know its not an easy job as I have done it myself but dont take it out on customers. Not returning a hello or refusing to make eye contact is disrespectful. This isnt just occasional it happens on a regular basis. Have also gone in the store a few times where there has been no one in sight for several minutes, strange place.

Such a horribly run gas station. Used to be my daily stop. But cant seem to keep employees, inventory or the ability to use cash as per the notes on the front door. Stay away, and lets help them sell their location to a more competent owner.

I pumped my gas this morning, the machine said see cashier for a receipt, the store had a breakin last night and was closed to instore shopping, but had many employees working. I asked for my receipt, and was told my the black male/female dont you see we are closed and to go to a different store if I want a receipt. If the employee was actually doing their job and refilling the pump paper I would not have too. I will be taking my $5-6000/year I spend here in gas somewhere else. Avoid this store as the employees think they own the store and do not care about customers.Avoid this store! Customer service is just as worthless as the employee who threatened me.

Friendly staff especially 1 particular woman named Samantha. Every time I go in the store and she is there she is working very hard. Multitasking in the pure definition of the word. And every time she greets me and everyone else with a big smile. I personally have witnessed a few different times that she helped people out in what most might think is a small favor but the reaction of the customer clearly shows she significantly improved and impacted their day where as others from another shop probably let them down. I must give credit where credit is due and Samantha is someone that deserves being mentioned as a fantastic representative of Speedway. Thank you for all you do, it’s the small things that really makes the biggest impact

My husband came into your store at around 6:40 PM and the on May 17th Monday evening and the Cashier greeted the two customers ahead of him politely and bagged their items.When my husband reached the window, the cashier threw the bag at him and told him to Put his items in his own bagHe was extremely RUDE to my husband who is a regular Customer there.He didnt greet him smile or act friendly AT ALL!Obviously this person has an attitude problem. You need to correct this situation!Or I will call your corporate office!!!

Poor customer service did not greet or suggested I have a good day ! Store dirty employees were listening to vulgar music. Never returning

Fix your parking lot its embarrassing to see so many pot holes at a gas station. They dont even stock the shelves!!

Workers here are VERY nice. The other day i only had a few dollars on me for gas and the woman at the register ended up rounding it up to $5.00. I was floored about how generous that was. She does not know me and yet put a few dollars out of her pocket to help me out. I hope she knows it was one of the nicest things anyone has done for me. It was only a few dollars but it was the action. They will have my business for life

This place just gets worse and worse. I can’t tell you how many times I have walked out empty handed because they refuse to stock their shelves they just sit behind the counter and stare at their phones. Even when you approach the register they will stay on their phone the entire time...the customer is secondary to whatever text they are sending or video they are watching. Oh and they have a very peculiar way of picking and choosing which customers have to wear a masks.*several months later* store is still non compliant with mask up order. Will be speaking with health dept.

They must advertise gas prices. The sign is always lower than what’s at the pump.

Horrible. I was at the register buying some items, and the man behind me pushed me to the side, so he could buy some swisher sweets.(apparently he didnt want to wait 30 seconds) And the cashier laughed, and helped his homie. The cashier didnt do anything, didnt tell the other man to wait. Nothing. All of there employees are like that. I o only live about a half a mile from there. But I would rather go anywhere else than that store. And I do. Awful store, from the management down. Dont go there.

It would sure be nice if this not-so-super America would fix its damn receipt dispensers at the pumps! Almost none of them work! They also never have hot food and are always under staffed! Put in a Kwik Trip, please!

I prefer this gas station to others in the area. Good selection of snacks and attentive cashiers.

The sales clerks here have no idea what customer service is they rather finish up their text message or chat with friends before ringing up your purchase because thats more important. There is an exception an older gentleman is always on top of it and greets people who come in. Otherwise if hes not work ing service is always poor.

The people who works there are good people and help the customer thank you

This is the worst Super Americas I have been to!It needs to be torn down and replaced! This Super America is not very Super, although it dies make the Neighborhood look Super Bad.Old pumps dont print reciepts. Store is always dirty.Please tear this place down!
