Absolutely never again the lazy hippy that needs his split ends cut off has no business holding a management position because he clearly doesnt know what how. At 2 in the afternoon there are at least 6 people in line and the new lady that he is supposed to be training but kept leaving her alone then instead of him helping her with the line he decided to stock the already stocked cigarette shelf until I said something and still he waited until it was my turn then he to jump on a register just to give me my refund. Ridiculous!!!!

If you are a person of color I do not recommend. Cashiers had a attitude when I walked up to the counter. I asked for something behind the counter she told me they did not have it when I was looking at the product the whole time. She refused to sell me the product even though I had the correct identification and was of age. She grabbed the product of my hand then continued to say words in a low tone. I end up walking out and going to a different gas station which I was in and out working 4 minutes.

The last 3 times that I have been to this location, it has been very busy inside. The manager (Kim) will be behind the counter being rude and refuses to open another lane with 9 or 10 people in line. Its ridiculous when customers are waiting 15-20 minutes for service. Tish, is wonderful. She hurt her arm so can only use one arm and she is faster then any other employee there. Please retrain Kim on how to have good customer service skills, cause I have no idea how she got this job with being as rude as she is to customers.

Most of the gas pumps are out of order and have been for a long time. The working gas pumps have limited options.

Gigantic potholes in the parking lot that have been there for months. Pay attention, especially if you have racing lowylow profile tiresbtires, or youll be replacing a bent rim.On the plus side, the lot is always well lit, they cleanh constantly, they have a lot of food and snacks, and a great alcohol section that is almost as good as going to friar tucks.They are one of the only stations in the area with 93 octane.Fix the dangerous potholea, and this would be five stars. Even putting up traffic cones or tape would have me bumping to 3 stars.

Rude & disrespectful cashier. We will never use this gas station again. People who work hard for their money and choose to stop at this gas station should know to spend it somewhere else where it’s appreciated. 💯

I paid at the pump and put 10.30 in gas in my car, nothing else. I have a 75.00 pre authorization charge (hold) out of my acct now for 24 hours ?? Who does that?!! What if I needed the rest of the money in my acct to pay a bill or whatnot today ? 😠 This is ridiculous, they said its been that way for awhile, yet this is the first Ive seen it ever ..I live around the corner and have been getting gas here for a long time and MANY times.. whats the deal qik n ez???!!!

Extra money they are charging after pure the gas. Worst service and call to number also, no one won’t pickup. I thought to give -ve rating but no choice.

Service is hit or miss. Somedays you come in and the customer service is horrible but then there are days like today where its not bad and the cashier is friendly. The only thing is getting the parking lot directions on the one side fix (its a bit confusing) and the pot holes on the other side fixed.

Rude and disrespectful cashier... Seems as if every time I make a stop here now I have an issue with something or someone. Its a shame since its such a convenient place to stop too. Guess Ill take business elsewhere. You guys used to be my favorite.

Customer service is gaurbage that old woman is grouchy as hell and told me I could get a mney order with my debt card has to be cash only
