My drink was delicious. Service was fast and kind.

We got holiday drinks and they were wonderful. Its so festive this time of the year at the mall. The lady that waited on us was so nice.

Never need to go to dunkin or starbucks again.

It takes a little bit to get your drinks made, but not too long that youd be dissatisfied. I have been to the Gloria jeans a few times with a friend and their drinks are pretty good and they sometimes have unique flavors for their drinks that are very tasty. Overall Id rate them a 4/5 because their drinks have a bit too much sugar for me personally, but they were really good as well, and because the service was good.

You cant get them to make the drink the same. Each day it tastes different. Ive had one good one out of 5. All ice today so I took back for $5 and the same girl fixed and no apology nor taste if its good. She even made the first one and the 2nd was nothing the same it tastes like ice milk and not a hint of caramel. No more and Ill tell my employees dont bother

This place is inside of the Eastland mall, they have good coffee, you can also buy their brand of coffee in k-cups if you want to drink it at home too!

I go here all the time. Love their coffee, both cold and hot. The full bean you can buy is excellent for gifts we always buy a couple bags for family. I reccommend the Irish Nut Chiller with an extra shot of espresso.

I ordered a latte here. All I could taste was milk and caramel and a very slight stale roast flavor. It was almost like they forgot to add espresso. Then I saw them refill their big hopper at the end of the shift, and realized thats where all my coffee aroma and flavor went. I wont be going out of my way to go here again. I may try a different location if the opportunity arises.

I like Gloria Jeans. They might not have quite the selection of beverages and light desserts, but the baristas are pleasant and hard-working, and the coffee isnt made strong by using over-roasted beans, unlike Starbucks. Seating at some the Gloria Jeans coffee shops is quite limited, but at others its quite lovely. Also, it seems to me that the prices are a little lower than at Starbucks, but I dont know for sure since I tend to avoid Starbucks if I can make it to a Gloria Jeans, instead.

Gloria Jean used to have awesome coffee but it seems like they fell to the waist side

Everytime im at the mall i aways have to stop and get a large iced mocha extra espresso. Good size cup and cheaper than starbucks. Drinks are amazing and very quick to get my order.

I dont care what anyone says but screw Starbucks coffee if you would like a great cup of coffee and good service go to gloria Jeans coffee in eastland mall in Bloomington.

The selections tend to be more about icecream than coffee ~ but they have great flavors and its a great place if thats what youre looking for. The staff is always upbeat.

I got an ultimate cookie espresso chiller and it was fantastic. Staff is very friendly.

Coffee from Gloria Jean is just colored hot water. I didn’t realize this $2.00 coffee would be pathetic. I would not recommend this to any of my friends.

Really disappointed that I couldnt buy a cup of black tea, not flavored with fruits or herbs!!I was told that most people ask for ice tea!!! Surely it is possible to carry one variety of plain Jane black tea, please :-)
