This is the second Chatime in the Mall of America and this one is just as great as the other. The pro about this location is literally its location. The third level Chatime is usually insanely busy. As of yet, it is not as busy here and the storefront looks a little nicer. Whether its fruit tea or milk tea, they do a great job here. Get their punch card, keep an eye on their specials, and personally Id recommend selecting the no sugar option. They wont add any extra sugar with this choice and any drink Ive ever had has never needed more. If youve never had boba, start with the classic milk tea or coconut milk tea and add pearls. If youre looking for something extra refreshing, get a mango black tea with pearls and popping boba. I visit Chatime everytime Im at the Mall of America and I suggest you do the same.

Nice location by Zara, HM and Pandora, I love Bubble tea and compared to other locations the boba (balls at the bottom) were sweeter and chewier than others, its neat that you can choose sugar levels as well to be more health conscious.I only had a Tea and thats it but I would go again If possible.

Service was terrible from the young man at the counter today. We asked about the different drinks and he couldn’t tell us anything about the different types. We finally guessed and hoped for the best. Served our order, no “thank you” from this guy. Tempted to cancel our order and go to Starbucks

The options and combinations at ChaTime are endless!!They offer milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, lemon breeze, milk coffee, tea lattes, fresh teas and fruity qq with many toppings to choose from!!The Sparkling Hibiscus Lemon is one of my favorites and the new Violet Breeze its a must try!

Was ok, need more selections of Milk teas, learn Philippines way of making them, more Filapino stich in this area!

You can’t go wrong here. Bubble tea is one of our favourite drinks. Go on Tuesday for double punches in your loyalty card!We highly recommend the passion fruit green tea, the mango green tea, the tropical island green tea, the passion fruit QQ, the Thai tea, and the ube créme brûlée milk tea. Pay the extra to get pearls in all of your drinks!

The best smoothies!

This place pulls you in with their dazzling array of multi colored chocolate bars and then you notice the Free Samples sign. Soon you realize you cant choose just 1 bar so you pick your favorite 10 and cant wait to devour them all.

Staff doesnt even acknowledge your presence until you call over to them. One beverage can hold up yours by 5 minutes or more.But this one has less stupid line than the south food court location so people just put up with it.
