Was just trying to buy some shoes and guy we’re not paying attention they need better floor staff.

The costumere service is good, you dont wait to long to be approche by the staff and get your shoes

YES! PURCHASED 2 pair of Nikes that are NICE! One of the staff female members was very nice, too. I even told her that she looked like she belonged on In Living Color cuz she reminded me of one of the cast members on there 🤣🤣🤣 She was GREAT!

I ordered a white hoodie and a white t-shirt. They were sent in a brown box so had dirt from the box on both, if it had rained both products would have been basically ruined from the water seeping through the box. The hoodie was folded but the t-shirt was balled up in the corner on the box. The t-shirt also had a hole in it and a black mark. I followed the return instructions and sent the shirt back for an exchange. 3 weeks later Footaction sent me back the same shirt saying I couldnt return it because it had been worn (clearly not correct because they sent me a messed up shirt to begin with). I went to their website customer service and then text messege their customer service explaining what happened. I was told I could send the shirt back in or return it at a store(which I took a screenshot of).I decided to go to the Mall of America store with my shirt and receipt to do it in person since my previous attempt of mailing the shirt failed. When I got their Garret was the one at at the register. I explained to him what happened and he then took a phone call, which I thought was rude since their were other associates working that could have answered (the person on the phone was also upset about an order so this may be common if placing online orders, Garret also provided poor customer service to the customer on the phone). After standing there waiting for him to finish he told me that because customer service sent back the shirt there was nothing he could do about it and wouldnt do the exchange. I told him I have a screenshot of my text conversation where customer service said I could return the shirt but he wouldnt look at it. He then FaceTimed the store manager and she said the same thing adding its unsellable merchandise. I asked why it was sold to me then and she said I need to ask customer service.I used to work in retail and have been a retail manager at numerous stores and never have heard of such a rediculous policy or experienced such poor customer service by the management. So in the end the company stole $20 from me, horrible experience online and in store.

The worse location. Their staff is extremely rude. The store manger was obviously hired blindly because she is NOT qualified to be a manger. They just need to fire the staff and start over again. The most ghetto store I’ve ever been to.

This is the worst store in the mall, they are so rude especially the women manager. They do not do any exchanges, returns or refunds . She said my shoes were worn & they weren’t. The shoes do not fit I got the wrong size. She was not willing to work with me at all . They said they were going to email me a receipt and they never did. I ask for the district managers number and she refused to give it to me . She was a terrible person she should not be the manager that’s for sure .

They don’t know how to manage store releases

Do not take any returns there. The staff has NO idea what they are doing!!! Took us almost 45 min to return a pair of shoes!!! They did not want to refund the whole price and then didn’t want to just give us the shoes back. Buy your stuff elsewhere.
