Can anyone tell me if the illadelphs they have are fake or real? They seem fake just wanted to make sure. Heard many differnt things. Boxes don’t seem to have bar code to confirm legitimacy.

YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! Dont waste your time or money. Today they reminded me why I don’t go to their locations anymore after 3 years of being loyal. Bought a disposable Posh and it was leaking all over when I opened it, and it didnt even have air flow/hit. Unfortunately I didnt realize this until I finished my other vape an hour later and opened the new one. I went back right after I realized and not only did they decline a refund or replacement, but they declined that they even sold it to me?! Even after showing the employees my personal bank account history which showed the transaction an hour earlier. And $21 for this vape, much less a broken one? What a joke probably a fake product. They offered me 10% off thats the best I can do. Haha yea no thanks Ill go to any other shop and get one for cheaper than your 10% off! All this on top of the rude employees who cant agree on anything. One guy said yea give him a new one after showing him my bank, and the other next to him overheard and said nope! Lol.Hit the vape shop next door or any other vape shop in Bloomington for that matter. Cheaper everything and it works!AVOID.

They didnt know what a miligram was after saying they carried scales in thousandths. (they did not.)

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. i’ve gotten faulty bottles of vape juice twice now. the first time the guy called me a liar, and said it was my fault. this time i opened the bottle in the store, and it was broken. the guy looked at me and said “sales are final”, and walked away. i’m able to fix it, but would appreciate to buy my vape juice properly put together. for obvious reasons, i will no longer support this business as their staff is rude, and they have faulty products. they also have a very cheap selection of glass. dingy all around.

Dont buy anything from this place, unless packaged tobacco. All of the hookahs and hookah hoses caught the ugly smell of the store. I bought a hookah and smoked using it 10 times and I couldnt enjoy it because the flavor is like the ugly smell of the store.

Overpriced and rude. You can get products for half the price at the sunoco gas station or 420 for better prices and service.

Stopped in today around 3 pm to buy a couple things and when entering, an employee was vacuuming the carpet and turned the vacuum off and asked us “what do you want?” as we approached the glass cases to shop. Super rude and was not appreciated. We didn’t respond to him and continued shopping. He was the only employee in at the time and never once attempted to be helpful in any way and was texting on his phone the whole time. We selected an item and he asked us rudely if that was it and checked us out then went back to vacuuming before we exited the store. Will not be returning due to this horrible customer service experience.

Stopped in here for some incense as a gift. Decent selection. Quick in and out. The guys working there are pretty chill and patient.

Bought a cbd cart that started leaking the night we bought it. Took it back to bloomington smoke shop with proof of purchase on phone. The sales associate fiddled with the cart and ended up pouring out half of the contents in the process, then tried to sell us an empty cart and syringe to transfer the rest of the still-leaking cart into. We ultimately got a free empty cart, but after the process 2/3 of the tank had depleted. Definitely would not recommend for quality service.

This place is by far the most consistent shop of its kind in the Bloomington area. Friendly, fast, and overall great customer service. I highly recommend visiting smoke time for any/all of your needs.

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I called to ask if they sold dokha and what the price was. The guy said we have a lot of different kinds. You would have to come in. I asked him to just give me a rough idea and he said he had too many kinds and that wasnt possible and that i needed to come in. So i told him I wasnt driving all the way out there if he cant give me a price, and he hung up the phone on me! I cant believe a business is run like this!

Purchased 2 Juul Pod packs there for $32. One pack of pods were defective so I took them back for an exchange. I was told that they cannot do that and was turned away. I am pretty sure they are fake Juul pods being sold in Juul pod packs. I have contacted Juul.

Great selection. Like the store. But i bought a torch recently and when i got home and Took it out of the box it didnt work. Never used one so wasnt sure if it was me or the product. No instructions in the box. Take it back. The guy tells me i broke it. Kept saying i broke it. Im like uh i was just in here 10 mins ago. You think i broke it this fast lol. He finally reluctantly exchanged it but then gave me a display model. Thing lasted like a week and ran out of butane. Pretty petty service if you ask me.
