Left the dealership with a vehicle I wasnt expecting to get. Since it was a pre-owned vehicle and they seem to take pride on inspections (this seems almost false), I had asked about getting new tires on the vehicle or at least a discount since the tread was barely passing. I was told that if they did this they would have to increase the price of the vehicle more. Im understanding but they already had it (based off KBB) a fair value overall. So okay. I asked if it had been detailed because I was told it was- well maybe they need to go through what detailing means because crumbs were on the floor, and the windows on the inside were dirty.Drove the vehicle home, next day one of the automatic 3rd row seats werent working. Called about it, asked if they could take a look at it. Was told I would probably be charged because theyre servicing the vehicle. Spoke to a manager named Danny about the situation, he told me to bring it in Monday and he would call me back with a time. He never called me back. My father in law fixed the 3rd row issue and after getting the vehicle looked at it needs new brakes and rotors. Even though theyre a big named company, still treat them like a used cars salesman.

Purchased and returned a vehicle and the dealership sold it in the on the 28th of October to another customer but failed to take the vehicle out of my name and hasn’t as of this date paid off the shortage to the finance company. Called the dealership several times to resolve this issue along with the finance company and Walter Toyota of Bloomington has yet to respond.

Thank you to Justin Benito for helping me find my daughter a reliable used car. We wanted a Toyota Camry with less than 100,000 miles. The first week we met with Justin on two different days to drive a couple different cars, but we didnt find what we were looking for. I told Justin to keep us in mind. A week later he called to tell us about a used Camry that just came in with under 90,000 miles. It was just what my daughter wanted- including a moonroof. Working with Justin was a delight. He was patient with all my questions and got us the car we wanted. Not easy during the pandemic. Sometimes waiting for just the right vehicle is the right thing to do. Providing, of course, that the salesperson really understands what car you want and cares enough to call you when it comes in. Justin was that salesperson.

They have been really fantastic to my gf and I during the car buying process. We both are buying new vehicles and not once have we felt pressured to pull the trigger at any point. Feeling out cars at our own pace is a small but very welcome part of our interaction here.

I do not lightly give five star ratings, but in this case, Tom Kennedy at Walser Bloomington Toyota totally deserve it. Trading in my old Highlander for a 2021 Highlander Hybrid was probably the best auto dealership experience I have ever had (and I am 57, so I have bought a lot of cars for myself and family over the years). Tom Kennedy made the process so simple for me. He stuck to the prices he quoted me for my trade in a month ago, then kept me informed at all times regarding options for new cars coming in. When I arrived at our appointment time, he had the paperwork all ready to go for me, and there were no surprises (hidden costs, etc.). Tom even swapped out my old license plates and added new tabs and swapped out my roof rack onto the new car, with no complaints and positive attitude, so I wouldnt need to come back to have the service department do it for me. Tom is a no-nonsense, very experienced, affable, and accessible salesman. I could text him during the process, and know he was going to get back to me promptly with the information I needed. I hope he is still around the next time I need my car. In fact, Tom Kennedy was so great, my girlfriend wants to meet with him to talk about trading her car in, even though she doesnt need a new car.The price Walser offered for my trade in was more than I thought possible and the price they gave me on the new car was as good as it gets, so Kudos to Walser. Based on this experience, I will be going back to Walser for my next vehicle.

Having a new person as our sales person wasn’t a problem. We were more than compliant and patient with Gloria. The issue, we didn’t ask for much but for the car to be detailed and clean. It obviously wasn’t. These are just a few photos. Buying a newer used car is understandable that it’ll have a few scratch here and there, but the dirt and debris was noticeable like they didn’t even try. The car smells like musk. Dog hair still stuck to the seat (we do not own a dog). Just disappointing.

I went to Walser to purchase my very first car about a month and a half ago. My experience during the purchasing experience was very pleasant and I felt welcomed and taken care of as a customer. Two weeks into owning the car, the alternator and battery in the car died suddenly and I had to take it to an auto shop to get it fixed. Unfortunately the repairs cost me $1,000 and I had to pay out of pocket for it all. I contacted Walser upset with the start of my car ownership experience and they were very understanding of my frustrations. Instead of saying its my problem, they offered to foot the repair bill. I was very surprised and impressed by this response and couldnt be happier with my overall experience with Walser.

I bought a 2019 Mercedes from this dealership (June 2021) and 3 weeks into driving it the car is having engine problems and is now at the Mercedes dealer for potentially a new engine. The sales experience was actually quite pleasant, I traded my 2018 Dodge in and they gave me a fair price. Just documenting that I bought a car that I was only able to drive for 3 weeks before it had a major issue.. not sure where the fault lies just sharing my experience. Probably would not go back for obvious reasons.

Worst dealer in the country. I regret ever taking my car to Walser Toyota. They did NOT change the oil, they did not take care of the tires, and the worst thing is they told me that they did change the oil, and they put the sticker on the windshield of the car. I took my car to another dealer that told me the oil in my car hasnt been changed in a while. This is the day after I took to Walser Toyota. Last time I brought my car for detailing, they gave me another customers car as a loner. It has baby car seats, toys and the poor customer didnt even know that Walser gave her car. I am glad I made a video of this. I will post it so the owner knows not leave personal times like sunglasses, kids toys and other stuff. What if it was a bad person that took her car? Shame on Walser Toyota

Very relaxed and friendly experience here, only took a couple hours from test drive to filling out the paperwork and driving off the lot. Would highly recommend! The fact that the sales people don’t work for commission really makes the experience nicer than other places I did test drives at or communicated with. I love my new (to me) car!

While the experience buying the vehicle was okay. It did take a very long time, four hours and I had financing already secured. Granted the guy was new. However, the reason this dealer gets a one star is that within 3 weeks my daughters car starting having problems. They identified it as needing new parts from the catalytic converter onward. $600+ a month into owning this car. Of course, not their problem any longer. Their inspections are clearly a joke. The sales person (Lance) was great and the lease buyout went off without a hitch. However, the auto repair shop was a different story. The electronic control screen showed that one of the tires was low on air. While we were waiting for the finance papers to be processed, I took the car into the shop and asked if they would add some air as the left rear tire was low. The shop tech looked at the tire and said there was a nail in the tread section of the tire. He informed me that it was unrepairable and suggested I needed a new set of 4 tires. I inquired about the cost and he said they were currently running a special, buy 3 and get the fourth for $1. I thought the price was rather high ($700-$800) and I wasnt so sure the tire couldnt be repaired. I went home and check tire prices and found quotes for equal or better quality tires for $150-$200 less. I then went to a local garage and they had no problem repairing the tire for $35.IMHO, this is a classic example of why dealer repair shops have a bad reputation. The repair tech was obviously not interested in repairing a tire that still had 10,000 - 15,000 miles of life left on the tread. Instead he was only interested is making a sale for a new set of tires.Five stars for the lease buyout transaction0 - 1 star for the repair shop.

When it comes to dealerships, Walser Toyota was good to work with! I usually avoid dealerships at all cost but we worked with Michael Groves and he did a good job. Michael was respectful to what we wanted and was not a pushy salesman. There was some mix ups but the dealership and Michael went out of their way to fix it and helped us find a vehicle that we love. Go look for Michael if you want a guy who wont be a salesman.They did forget about our paperwork being sent out but once it was realized they fixed it very quickly and overnighted new temp plates to us. I would still go back to them if I have to use a dealership again.

Call Walser and ask for Kela, I promise you will not regret it! This is my second time working with him and he is the best of the best! He made the process easy and he is super friendly, kind, and fun to work with.I had worked with Kela in 2019 and purchased a Corolla. Typically, reliability, safety, and budget friendly are my number one concerns with a vehicle. After signing the papers, I had every intention of splurging a little more for myself and getting my one luxury item, a remote start installed because we all know how long, cold, and snowy Minnesota can be!Well life happened, a pandemic happened and my luxury item was put on the back burner. My place of employment was deemed as essential and I was working 6-7 days a week. My dad also had a stroke early on in the pandemic and a lot of evening and weekend time was spent helping him get back on his feet and running errands.I met with Kela this last weekend about upgrading my corolla to a new corolla with remote start installed already. He got it done! Due to the car shortage, it will be about a month before the new car is here but I am looking forward to making winter a little easier!I am forever grateful for all of his help and definitely would recommend his assistance to everyone!

The experience I had at this dealership was nothing short of amazing. I was helped by Jalen who not only listened to my needs in a vehicle, but helped me figure out all of the loan processes, how and when to send certain things, and not pushing for any extra purchases that wouldnt benefit me specifically. If every employee at this place is like him, youre definitely in the right place. Id highly recommend going here to find your next vehicle and if you can look for Jalen.

Appointment was for 7. Arrived early, but still didnt get done till 8 pm. Said they would do a video inspection of the vehicle. It was never done or sent to me. Discussed some needed work, which I thought might include work they had done a few years ago. Asked them to check my maintenance records to verify work done a few years ago. Never checked my maintenance records. Included a copy of paperwork for another customer with mine at checkout.

We had such a wonderful experience buying our new Rav4 from Jalen on Saturday. He was so patient, easy mannered, and really worked hard to connect us with the right vehicle for our family in a very low pressure environment. Hannibal Guelich provided an amazing experience for us.
