I have purchased two vehicles from Royal now and both experiences were awesome. No pressure, fair prices and fair/good trade in prices. Each time I went, I found what I wanted and after making the leap to buy, was in and out in 30-45 minutes. No head games here like at other dealerships. They will let you take the vehicle out to run errands or whatever you need to give it a good long test drive and make sure its definitely what you want. They dont pressure for financing like other dealers, cash is just as good! Cars are perfect inside when you pick up, cleaned thoroughly! They didnt worry about my dog hair lined trade in and told me not to bother trying to clean it, they would! There was a crack in the window with the second vehicle I purchased and before I even noticed it, they had already set up the appointment for me to get a new windshield on them. I wont go anywhere else and will recommend no one else.

I was very impressed with Kevin at Royal Subaru! He responded to my internet request for more information on a car within 2-3 minutes after it was sent. Then he followed up with us several times when our schedule prevented us from getting there to test drive the car. He wasn’t pushy and he didn’t hound us, he just touched base to see if there was anything he could do for us. He even offered to stay late on a Saturday night if it would help us out! Some people may say β€œbig deal, they make commission” but I say it is a big deal. In this day and age it is rare to find any sales or service people that actually follow through with what they say they are going to do. So I’d like to thank Kevin again!

Horrible experience.. Towed in ignition was replaced needed key programed.. Audi Louisville Kentucky... 2007 Q7 Showed fault code for Stearing column module was told had to replace reason for car not starting not bad ignition like previously thought... $3500... Had no option leave my only vehicle or pay... 2days later was told had to buy a new key $411... That key wouldnt unlock outside door doesnt go to my car... I advise him only one I had and it does....Paid $4000 bill Get in car to discover ... ignition looks as though someone tried to hot wire my car missing ring leaving gap between ignition and dash ... Made aware said it would cost more..to fixs it. Steering wheel buttons no longer work cant control radio/CD player like previously... On drive home reading detailed paperwork Audi provided everything done #1 issue car came in w/DEAD BATTERY...

Great service department to work with. A recall was issued for my VW Jetta. Cameron offered me flexible times to schedule and worked in my oil change on same visit! On the day of service, Justin was very helpful, even supplying his number that he could be reached while I waited. Upon completion. Justin met with me and answered all my questions. A bonus-service was completed a full hour earlier than expected! Excellent customer service, clean guest lounge, and a clear attention to detail where covid-19 parameters are concerned.

Ive seen a failed repair on the o2 sensor for a parent of mine. They were still charged for it. Ive also seen a friend get upsold on services they didnt need like fluid changes and Royal basically took advantage of her. But Ive also seen the mechanics do decent work before on my car: and once again, I had to fend off upselling for useless services. I dont think they deserve a 1/5, but never ever would I give royal a 5/5. If you plan to go to an expensive mechanic, curry is expensive but at least theyre thoroughly honest in my experience.

1st car lot Ive been to treated like a ghost. No one acknowledged when I parked or walked in. The one Id been texting never gave me his name so I didnt know who to ask for. The one Id been texting as he walked to entrance door he SPIT on car I was there to see. He did not know I was watching or know I was there for that car. God is my witness....1st RED FLAG!! 2nd Red Flag....no plate to test drive. 3rd Red Flag...raised price $2000 above the blue book value I had copied before seeing car. 4th Red Flag....As I sat hours waiting, other customers were being ignored by their salesmen. 5th Red Flag...The car I test drove kept being moved. 6th Red Flag....I never got straight answers....warranty, loan amount, speedometer, etc. I have many car lots looking for me specific car. Ive been told 70000 warranty will have factory warranty but this car lot wont do repairs unless I want it certified. Ok the Tire Pressure warning is on & wont fix it? Speedometer isnt working so Im just suppose to take your word & excuses? Like I dont nothing about cars. I put brakes on Hondas & work on my own vehicle. Just bec Im a female doesnt mean Im stupid. 7th Red Flag...I was approved & was coached to lie to lender. 8th Red Flag...I love math & calculating....payment still does not add up. My son in financing says it dont add up. Never underestimate ones skills, education, etc just because they are a customer. I had 1/4 of car value in 2 months so why would I want to do 20% interest if I can have full amount in 4 mo to pay cash? Im not stupid! 9th Red Flag....I was asked about trading in my vehicle. I said no. Then everything went from being approved to not approved. So many told me to leave at 1st red flag....now I know I will. Others told me to say the car you spit on? When salesman asked if I was here to see that car....I wish I had. I learned a lot that day. Of course he will deny spitting on it bec those type dont have a conscience of their behavior or actions. The car Ive been looking for months I had to walk away from. Karma is watching!! If there is a better one out there it better be yellow. Worst experience EVER w car lots. I will NEVER go to Bloomington again.

I greatly appreciate the service I received at this Subaru dealer. They completed the repair, looked for other needed repairs, and washed my vehicle. They were kind and didnt talk down to me. I had been worrying how I would make it to a shopping event I wanted to go to for a class Im taking on line, but they had a shuttle driver ready to drive my family and I to our other destinations. He drove us back when my car was ready. Such clean service too during this time. I am happy with this business.

Payment after services are completed is quick and easy. Any concerns I have are addressed promptly. They follow up with you after your service visit to make sure it went smoothly. The engine light for my jetta came on and my car wasnt running well. My tester indicated I needed to get it to the dealership right away to avoid further damage. I contacted royal east and spoke to Justin. He was very nice and accommodating to the situation. Although he told me my car would be fine to drive from solsberry to east side bloomington, I knew tb5at my car was not ok.. it was in the middle of the storm so when I seen my car up on that trailer being towed and sliding all over the road I decided to have them drop my car from the trailer over by kroger east since it was so close. We drove it from there. My car was running (sounded like it had a misfire) and started fine when I arrived. When I finally got a call back i was informed there were two recalls, one for the computer, another for the switch and was told it would be another $2,800-$7,000 to fix my car as it jumped time, they may have to fix the heads and my car was no longer starting. I decided to have them fix the recalls and I had my car towed to a highly recommended vw mechanic in bloomington. Upon our first conversation I was told it would be $800-$2,500 to fix the timing chain and heads if they needed it. That was a huge price difference!!! Imagine my surprise when I was informed that my car did not jump time that it had a misfire and some other minor issues. Since my car was already there he suggested to change the timing as it would go out sometime in the future. Because of the way this man went about it and his honesty I decided to go with it. I am more than disappointed in my service at Royal east, Im actually disgusted that these people who are supposed to represent Volkswagen would stoop so low as to make something up that needed to be fixed, especially during these trying times. People need their cars to make a living!!! We depend on certain businesses to do certain things but preying on customers is not one of them. I will never go to this buisness again and I suggest you dont either!!! Look up best certified vw mechanic.....I believe its all sports....hes the real deal and as honest as can be

Greatly disappointed with the Service Department and Customer Relations Manager after this last visit. A simple 70,000 mile service ended up with multiple phone calls and a feeling of mistrust and me not believing that the work I paid for was ever performed on my car. They actually tried to convince me that my tires were rotated TWICE by the technician, leaving the rear tires in the same location as when I took the car to the dealership initially. What sense is that? And a refund of $21.99 for the rotation was the final result after the aggravation of the situation and over $700.00 charged to my card in recommended services. Chalk this one up to another lost customer Royal!!

Royal on the Eastside is great. I leased a brand new 2019 Jetta from Jordan. Great experience, in fact the deal was so good I had to ask him if he was sure. He even called me a week later to ask me how the car was and if I had any questions; now thats never happened to me before. So I was expecting the service to be lacking since the sales was so good. I couldnt have been more wrong. The service was exceptional. I came in without an appointment and Kyle got me in right away. Walton my service tech came out very shortly after and told me all that he had done. I was in and out without an appointment in less than 45 minutes. Hats off to Royal on the east side. The staff is very professional and made our purchase a delightful transaction. So far my favorite place to do car services. The stuff are nice and the price is reasonable. Just one thing that they said they provide car wash after service but they didn’t wash my car:( I believe that they just forgot since my friends who been there had their cars washed after services.
