Needed to replace a broken down dodge. Wanted a Tesla, but wait for a new one was too long. Contacted Chelsey and she was able to show us a few options for used Teslas. We live 75 minutes away and she was able to meet us 530 or 6pm weeknights. Chelsey communicated via text and email. She was very professional and personable and we would highly recommend her for your vehicle needs.

We purchased a used van through Infiniti last night. We worked with Chelsey, we did all our communication via text and email. We lived an hour away and wanted to make this a painless process. When we arrived she had the keys waiting on her desk and the vehicle ready and clean for us to drive. Upon arriving back from the test drive we were whisked into Tonys office. Sadly our credit union funding had missed a step and we werent going to be able to drive away with our car. Thankfully Tony had answers, he got us a lower credit rate and a lower payment. He was so so so great to work with. He even threw in a free pen ;) Thank you Tony and Chelsey for helping this process go rather pain-free. Next time we are in the market for a car we will be looking to you because we cannot rave enough!

My salesperson promised that the paint scratches on the vehicle I was looking to purchase ($32k+) would be touched up. He said, We have a guy that does this so well that you wont be able to see where they were. I bought the car under the condition that the scratches would be repaired. It was even written in the purchase agreement. The next week, I dropped off the car to have the paint touched up. When I went back to get it, nothing had been done. I was told that it couldnt be done because of the weather. It was horribly hot that week so I gave them a pass. A couple weeks later I dropped off the car again. Went to pick it up only to find that nothing had been done AGAIN! When I went inside to get the key, the salesman acted surprised that nothing had been done. But he must have known because when we stepped outside to look at the car he started making excuses, saying that the paint guy didnt do anything because he didnt want it to look obvious that it had been touched up. What happened to the guy that was so good that I wouldnt be able to see where the scratches were? He offered to give me some free car washes as compensation. I declined and he turned his back and walked away from me. Im still debating if I should pursue this as it was a breach of the terms of sale but Im afraid now that it would just result in a shoddy paint job.

We just bought a car there about 1 1/2 months now and I’m not impress with their service at all. Had I knew they were that unprofessional, I would never had went there. When my new plates came in, no one called until our temporary 21 days plates were almost expire so we had to go there to see if they had it. So the actual plates had been there this whole time, but no one even call us. Second, they owed us a windshield for the little crack that had happened during test drive, but refused to and wanted to “touch” that little crack up. We had to bring the car back twice to get a retouch on some deep scratches on the body, yet it came back looking as if they never even worked on it. The manager Brad was very unprofessional when we told him that we weren’t satisfied with their services, yet he threatened to end our services. This was the most disappointing experience we had and I would never do business with them again.

We have especially appreciated all the extra care and attention to detail that Lance in the service department has given us over the years. We recently purchased a used Tesla X from Brad and Chris at Bloomington Infiniti. We went in knowing what we wanted and they helped us choose from several Teslas including three of the model X. We chose an amazing blue 2018 model X that was 2/3 the original sticker price. They were kind and easy to work with. We had a great time checking out all the gadgets and other things Tesla has to offer. Bloomington Infiniti has a good selection of uses Teslas (along with many other use and new vehicles). Brad was super knowledgeable about the Tesla we chose and helped us get things all set up including on the Tesla app. We decided not to wait until summer 2022 or later for a new Tesla and got a used one. It was a great choice. Brad and Chris also made sure the car had new tires and even took it to the dealer for some needed updates. After the updates, they drove it straight to our home from the dealer. I cant recommend them enough. We will go back for our next vehicle.

I took my sons 2014 infinity q50 to Luther Infinity it was hauled into this shop on a trailer. Im not a truck driver but i did it. Was greeted by Garriett a 19 year with more class than most grown men . This young man helped me by pushing the car for me off of the trailer along with his coworker up hill . THEN RUDY came into my life. He was the most accommodating mechanic ever!!!! He has called me and gave me the worst news and did it with grace ( it had to be bad to deliver such bad news) He walked me thru dang near every piece of the car. Clutches slave sleeves u joints ball joints and so much more. He explained what every piece does and how it works . What was covered and under warranty and WHAT WAS NOT. He remained calm explaining he is doing all he can do and emailing and calling warranty place to ask questions and help me. Long story short the car is fully covered now and i am so glad i took the trek all the way 3.5 hours south in 94 traffice to get to them. Highly recommend Luther Infinity !!crazy momma bear

I had a superb experience buying a used Kia at Luther Infiniti a couple weeks back. My salesperson, Chris Bixler, was absolutely fantastic. The high pressure tactics Id experienced in the past at other dealerships had left me dreading even walking into this dealership. After bracing myself and going in, Chris immediately put me at ease. He was easy going, extremely accommodating, and, most amazingly, at no point did he try to pressure me or upsell me anything. I was so ready for the hard sell that I was almost disoriented when it never came. Chris seemed exclusively focused on making sure I walked away comfortable with my purchase and happy with my overall experience. I honestly cant imagine having a more pleasant or more smooth car buying experience. Without a doubt, Chris will be my first stop next time I need to buy a car!

Best customer experience hands down! We initially went in to research purchasing a new vehicle, but decided to buy a certified pre-owned. With both departments there was zero pressure. Steve was great at helping us through the buying/financing process and since purchasing, Lance has been a fantastic service advisor. If you want new or used, Infiniti or not, these folks will help you find what you need. The service department has never pushed unnecessary maintenance and actually communicated with us throughout the appointment. I’d highly recommend starting your car shopping here to know what the standard should be.

Think buying a car in a different state is difficult? Think again! Luther Infiniti of Bloomington made it extremely easy. I expressed interest in a vehicle online. The very next morning I received an email from Steve DiFiore. The email not only welcomed my business but included a full video of the interior and exterior of the Tesla Model X that I was drooling over. I was impressed so I gave Steve a call. I was straightforward with him and explained that I didn’t have the best credit. He assured me that they work with a few different lenders and should be able to assist. I filled out the application and to my surprise it was streamlined to show where you are in the purchase process. I found this very comforting being that I was not a local. He also asked if I wanted to sign up for text alerts which was amazing because texts just work much better than phone calls for me. Finally the finance manager called me with an approval. He overnighted me some documents to sign and included a return envelope. Once he received everything he began to locate a logistics company that could transport the vehicle for me. He assured me that they only choose top quality companies with high ratings for transports. The driver of the logistics company called me and told me his approximate timeframe to meet at the destination of my choosing. This process was actually much easier than what I have experienced with buying a car in my own city, Chicago. I would highly recommend Luther Infinity of Bloomington. Steve DiFiore was awesome from beginning to end. Brad Marr also made the transferring of the ownership account with Tesla easy as well. He reached out to me and requested the necessary information. This was definitely a great car buying experience.

She was very helpful with making sure I was keeping my car up to date with the maintenance needed which was important to me because this is my first Infiniti. Went in one day to test drive a vehicle with Tony! He seemed nice and knowledgeable. Applied for vehicle and here it is two days later and haven’t heard anything from the let alone a call back after messages left! This is place is unprofessional and they don’t care about they customers unless they have A1 credit clearly! Couldn’t even call to tell me I wasn’t approved if that was the case!! Will never refer or stop here again!!

Great Experience! My wife and I bought a used Yukon XL Denali from Tony and we love the vehicle. Unfortunately, about 28 days after bringing it home we started to have a couple problems. I called Tony and explained the situation and he didnt even hesitate. He said bring it in, well take care of you. And they have. The very next morning I had a 9:00am service appointment. The service advisor, Lance, was extremely accommodating and even sent me home with a loaner vehicle. I always thought all dealerships were the same, but after dealing with Luther Ive changed my mindset. The salesmen arent pushy or preoccupied, its a clean and inviting place, and they will go out of their way to make the buying experience a good experience. Id go back.

I live about 5 hours away, and this is the closest Infiniti dealer to me. My G35 doesnt run, and I called to get some advice to Identify the broken part. Lance in the Service dept was exceptionally helpful, even knowing I wouldnt be able to bring the car to him. Helped identify the part, and offered advice on how to replace it. He didnt need to help me at all...but did so anyway. Thank you!

I had a clunking noise in my front end of my 2008 g35 x. I replaced most my front end and still had a clunk. So I stopped in one day and had Rudy the service manager take a ride with me and he gave me the information that I need to fix my cars clunk. So very happy with the time and dedication Rudy gave me on this issue. He also showed me that I had tire wear on the inside of my tires that indicated my alignment was off. I made adjustments to lower control arm to strut clamp height which took care of the slapping and road wondering that I was having. Thanks again for excellent service Rudy!!

I brought my Q60 in for 60k servicing and explained that the engine was shuddering and failing to accelerate into right and left turns. When I was called and told that my servicing was complete, they also said they were unable to duplicate the problem. I asked them to drive the car again as the problem was very consistent at this point.When I arrived to pick the car up, I was told they were still unable to duplicate the problem, but they had updated software that may correct it.The car shuddered and hesitated as I left the servicing parking lot and several more times before I had even left Bloomington. There is no way my car was competently tested or the problem would have easily been discovered.At this point I will be bringing my car elsewhere as I have no confidence in Luther Infiniti of Bloomingtons ability to diagnose an obvious engine problem.

I cant say enough good things about the car buying experience at Luther Infinity of Bloomington. I was in the market for a lightly used luxury car and Jessica helped me from the start with information and a test drive of a 2018 QX60. I really liked the car and when we went in to discuss the vehicle the used car manager, Brad, mentioned I should drive the 2017 Volvo XC90 R Design T8 they had on the lot. Although the Volvo was almost $10k higher than the QX60 I had the time so I got behind the wheel. This was my first time in a Volvo and of course they put me in the model with the 400hp twin turbo with 427 foot pounds of torque that does 0-60 in 5.0 flat. This car had absolutely everything I wanted in it from speed to technology and comfort. Needless to say I was hooked. When I got back from the test drive Brad asked what I thought and I called him a jerk. He knew what he was doing and we all had a good laugh knowing how much I loved the car. Since I wasnt quite ready to buy yet I discussed the vehicle with Jessica and explained I had a few other vehicles to check out that were at other dealerships. Now if you are in the process of buying a vehicle and youve been from dealership to dealership you know that you will not have a great experience everywhere you go. In fact, of the four other dealerships I visited I didnt care for the service or professionalism of any of them. I had even found a 2019 Infinity QX80 at another dealership that I was planning on purchasing and I actually called Jessica hoping there was some way they could get the vehicle so I could buy it through Luther. Well, after much thought and deliberation I decided against the QX80 and came right back to the 2017 Volvo XC90 R Design T8. Jessica helped me through the car buying process and even coordinated some of the paperwork to get completed through a coworker when I had a last minute schedule change that adjusted my scheduled time to come in. The car was purchased and I headed home. After I exited the car and walked around it checking out just how great it looked I noticed some very minor damage I hadnt seen before. I was immediately disappointed in myself for not taking a closer inspection before signing the papers. I called Brad to explain the problem, he said he would take care of it and I was scheduled in for the following Wednesday to get it repaired at no charge. I was absolutely shocked at the commitment to make sure the vehicle and my experience was the best possible. There is no question that I will be going back to Luther when I trade in the next vehicle. Jessica is absolutely awesome to work with and I highly recommend looking her up when its time to buy. Taylor in the finance office helped me get a rate that was ridiculously low and went the extra mile when I wanted to add some wheel damage protection after the purchase. Brad is still a jerk and I look forward to him upselling me on my next vehicle. Great team and great experience!

Not from a lack of trying, Tony put in a great deal of effort finding the perfect vehicle for us, and going above and beyond what a typical dealership would do. Brought my car in for an oil change and had them run a diagnostic because it was sounding funny. They found the issue but unfortunately it was barely out of factory warranty and also wasn’t covered by the extended warranty.I bought the car from them a year ago so they contacted corporate and got it covered under good faith. Still had to pay the diagnostic fee which is a little frustrating as I feel it was an oversight by Infiniti before selling me the car but it’s definitely better than paying what the bill would have been for parts and labor.Will be bringing my car back to their service team for any future needs.

I normally don’t post reviews and ironically, I didn’t purchase a vehicle at infinity of Bloomington. I visited the dealership about six weeks ago to look at a vehicle that was not an Infiniti. Our sales woman, Jessica was fantastic. She was genuine and polite. Most importantly, she earned our trust when she indicated that she recently started at the dealership and may not have all our answers to questions on this SUV. However, she did state that she would find the answer for us. We were also introduced to the sales manager, Brad. We can’t say enough about both Brad and Jessica. The vehicle we were there to look at simply wasn’t a perfect fit for us. Brad made every attempt to locate the ideal vehicle in the Luther group. He indicated he would try and locate one at auction.We received a phone call three weeks later stating that he had nearly the ideal vehicle coming in later this week. He even offered to split the cost of Installing a heated steering wheel or to make the deal, he’d cover the cost entirely. Ironically, we received a phone call a couple hours before we located in a last-minute vehicle at a different dealership. Our plan wasn’t to purchase a vehicle on Saturday but after eight months of searching we did buy a vehicle. During our search, we encountered pushy sales staff and even more pushy sales managers. This was not the case with Jessica and Brad. We genuinely appreciate both individuals and would highly recommend them in your car search. We’ll be back in the future. Thank you Jessica and Brad.

At the start of our looking at car we had a great sales rep who was informative, and answered our questions even if they took a little work. Jeff the sales manager on the other hand was completely distasteful and sealed our opinion of never coming back to the dealership. My question was not to insult you or him (or screw over in Jeffs words) when I asked if there was wiggle room with the price. I saw that it was above the asking price in the KBB and it was a question to see if you guys could work with me on something to try and make it work. It was fine that there wasn’t a lot of wiggle room and I understand but we didn’t need to be told so disrespectfully. Instead we rudely and repeatedly got told about how we would be “screwing over the person who traded it in” and acted as if we were crazy for asking a simple question. It was unbelievable how distasteful and rude their sales manager was to customers that had a good amount of money ready to put down and a loan already preapproved.

Before saying anything else, I will say I DID agree to buy the car as is off Luthers Used Car Lot.The actual buying experience itself at Luther was great; we worked with Kyle, who was very personable and easy to work with. We showed up one week, test drove the vehicle, and ended up buying it the next week. We did get a CarFax for the vehicle; the knowledge from the salesman about this used vehicle was less than what we would have hoped, but also was somewhat expected, as it was not a manufacturers car on their new lot.After buying the vehicle, about 20 miles off the lot, the check engine light came on. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have turned around then and there, but everyone I talked to about it said, thats fairly common, so I continued on. Less than a month later, I started to notice a buck during acceleration. We did bring it back to Luther to have it looked at where we were told to bring it to a local tech to see what is causing the engine light to be on. After bringing it to the local tech, he said that the transmission was bad, but that it should not have gotten that bad in the 2 months since I had purchased the vehicle. As I said right away, I did agree to buy the vehicle as is, however, even though I had purchased the car less than two months ago at the time, the dealership was unwilling to help me with this issue at all, and now I am looking at fixing the car for the same amount I purchased it for. Long story longer, be extra cautious buying off of Luthers used lot, especially if they mention as is.

Usually the first thought that comes in mind when you take your car to the dealership is “expensive”. In most cases that’s true but at least I know thatI’m getting the job done correctly at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. Once I stepped in the building, the customer service was phenomenal! They gave me a better understanding on what exactly is needed to get repaired. They provided me a loaner for my inconveniences. I didn’t feel like that I was getting played for my money. It felt like family was taking care of me. If I can give out more stars I would.

The staff were nice and helpful BUT to hold a car we put down $500 on our check card with the promise that it would be refunded. Our second day in we finalized the price and picked out the extras we wanted and agreed to the loan and again we were all on the same page that the $500 would be refunded when we picked up the car. On the third day we arrived, gave Brad the check got the keys and asked for the $500 to be refunded and Brad says oh the bank screwed up and counted the down payment and deducted the $500 from the total cost of the loan. Looking at the purchase agreement, the bank didn’t screw up, Brad wrote it Up wrong even as we agreed to a $500 refund. I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though these are 2 different services, I was told I could only use 1 of the coupons. I should have been able to use both. I could have if I would have come in on 2 different days, but that would be an inconvenience. This policy needs to be changed. Also, when cleaning the vehicle, wipe off the inside of the windshield. That one little thing would make a huge difference.

Look I get it, the dealership is usually more expensive than other options. But man I have to say I had a fantastic experience taking my car in for service. Worked with Sebastian who did an excellent job of getting me in, explaining the work and getting me setup with a very nice loaner. Work was done quickly and was able to get my car later in the day. The service center was super clean, all the guys I encountered were very friendly and I was very happy with the whole experience. This my friends is one of those times where you get what you pay for (or if your under warranty, spoiled).

If I could give Luther Infiniti of Bloomington a zero I would. We had brought our vehicle to them about a month ago. It was in pretty rough shape and they informed us that it would cost $600 to take apart the engine and diagnose it and if what they thought was happening was indeed happening that it would cost another $3-$5k to completely FIX it.We told them to go forward with it and sure enough they came back and that was the problem. We told them to move forward and fix it. They call us and its fixed but they had found some additional things so now our total is over $8k. Ok.... go ahead and FIX the car.They call vehicle is done. We go pick it up and it is doing the SAME thing is was prior to us paying over $8k to have it FIXED!!! So we go drop it back off and it doesnt start so they tell us we need a new starter. Ok FIX it.Now $10k in and we go pick it up and it is still doing the same thing. I talked to Rudy the service Manager and he just wasnt sure what he could do to help and that it would cost more money if we really want to shuttering up the hill completely gone and that with a car with that many miles its just bound to happen. That would have been nice to have the professionals let us know what we were looking at from the beginning before we dropped $10k only to not have it fixed. Thats what we hire you for!!!!!!Save your money and go somewhere else where they are honest and upfront about what is going on. We went from $3-5k to completely fix the car to now over $10k and it is still not fixed and needs more work. Bad business. Shame on you.

This Dealership is Horrible if I could leave a half a star I would I wouldn’t Recommend this place at all If you have an infinity take it to a Chevy dealer. This dealership plays games charge you for work that they do not do, while they over charge you for all the work and parts. My wife bought a QX 80 off the showroom floor and are experience with this dealership has been horrible ever since we will never buy a car from this place again and I would tell you to not get an oil change from this place if you have an info go somewhere else.

Went in for an oil change and a battery replacement, left the dealership and discovered that a dashboard warning light was on. they were also not helpful pursuing details on my extended warranty to re-calibrate a camera because it was purchased at the other dealership in the area so will just end up taking it over there to fix the problem they caused and deal with the camera issue. but, they did get my battery and oil change done without issue, and their waiting room was nice.

It is the best experience I have ever had with a service department. Matt does great work on my car and is always honest with what I need to get done. The service manager, Rudy, is wonderful too. Steve and Sheryl were not only helpful, but truly cared that I left with the car that I wanted. I fell in love with a 2009 Honda CR-V. Steve allowed me to bring the car to my mechanic, and was happy to fix anything that was needed before I purchased the car. My dad and I both felt they answered all of our questions honestly and professionally. They even pulled a few strings to give us a great deal in the end! I worked with Kyle Pidde and hes the man. He was so extremely polite and easy to work with! We had a slight communication error off the bat and he helped clear it up and take care of me no questions asked! Purchased a 16 Q50 and he was super well informed on the car and gave me all the info i needed on the one i was purchasing. With the Covid pandemic happening their store and offices were very clean and well set up. The Finance team was super easy to work with and were very helpful as well. Once again I received great service from the staff at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. Recently I brought my G35X in for service and this time it was Rudy that took great care of me. He kept me well informed on the timing and progress of the repairs, addressed all of the items we discussed (at the price we discussed) and got me in/out the door quickly.I was really impressed when I picked up my car to find that my headlights were polished! This is something that has bothered me for quite some time. I hadnt mentioned anything to the service team about this but they took it upon themselves to clean them up. Sent an email regarding an issue for my older Infiniti. Even though I am from out of town I received a reply later in the day from Thomas. He was very courteous and offered several possible solutions for the problem that the local shops where I live havent tried since I may not be able to bring my car down to Bloomington for service. He also answered every question I could think of and replied with in depth knowledge over the phone. Definitely a way better experience than I was expecting from really any dealership.
