Grateful they could do the work. Communication with them is spotty. We dropped our vehicle off when they said would be a good time...still took 3 weeks to get it back. They never called or reached out to us in that time. We had to keep calling them to get updates. Again, grateful they can do it. Grateful to finally have my vehicle back. Hopefully I never have to return.

Excellent, knowledgeable and professional people at Jericho. They won’t steer you wrong. They’ve worked on a couple of my bikes and they always do a great job.

I took my truck and have a set of rock lights installed and my truck sat in their parking lot for over a week and a half without being touched then the owner calls me not once but twice because he cant find my keys or Rock lights which were in the truck. Three different times I was given a due date for when it would be finished and all three times it was never finished. My truck was even on their lift for 2 days and they did nothing. I gave them a due date because I was moving and when I would inquire about my truck it was always excuse after excuse promise after promise that it would be done. After the final checkup they use that as an excuse to not do the work only for me to find out they never even open the box of lights. Before that we had a Chevy Cobalt we took to them to fix the window motor and the turn signal. 2 days after we drop it off they tell us to come pick it up and they charge us for the work but they didnt fix either problem. This shop is like the wish app what you want looks good on paper it takes at least 3 weeks to get it and when it gets done the work is spotty at best

I honestly could not recommend Jericho Motorsports more! Alex, Dave and the rest of the team at Jericho are absolutely awesome and amazingly genuine. They are beyond knowledgeable when it comes to automobiles. They took their time to diagnose the actual problems with my car and replace only the parts that were necessary. They gave me an update every step of the way and got approval from me before replacing any part. They communicated the exact problem and what parts it would take to fix it at each step and provided a quote of the exact cost to fix the issue. After years of battling and multiple trips to other mechanics who didnt resolve the issue my car is now check engine light free thanks to Jericho. The peace of mind is honestly priceless!

It took almost 8 weeks, but that was because of the major repair work needed on this classic car. A replica of a 1934 Mercedes. They showed imagination, friendliness and a lot of hard work, besides their professional skills.

I went into Jericho Motorsport on several occasions with questions that, to anyone with any amount of automotive experience, probably made me sound like a preteen boy trying to find the clitoris for the first time, and Alex and crew helped me to understand the workings of my car and led me on the right path to the best parts to buy and best methods to go about installing them. They’ve never led me in the wrong direction. Very knowledgeable and nothing less than professional. 6/5 stars! 10/10 would smash.

I am so happy that I found this place. I just moved to the area a few months ago. I was worried about finding a good place to take my 2006 Subaru Sti, but it turns out I didnt need to be worried. These people were friendly, helpful, and did great work. I look forward to taking my car to them for maintenance, and maybe a couple modifications, in the future.

Great service as always. Normally my motorcycle is the patient but this time my Tacoma got a new suspension lift on all 4 and it looks amazing, completely level and noise free. I highly recommend for any type of vehicle

Poor quality work. Replaced oil filter housing gasket that leaked worse after replacement. He refunded me for that. Replaced water pump which later became defective (8 months after replacement) and would not provide warranty replacement despite a statement and pictures from an independent inspector showing the water pump dripping coolant and a statement from Dreyer and Reinbold that the water pump was defective and that Alex and Jericho Motorsport should stand behind their work. I would leave zero stars If that was an option. Alex denied warranty on the water pump and forwarded an email from ECS tuning where he had requested and was receiving a warranty replacement water pump from his vendor at no cost to him, yet he says it is not under warranty. Interesting guy.Make sure you check out the Better Business Bureau of central Indiana to see their C minus rating and complaints. Their BBB rating is now an F.
