Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. The staff and management here is so rude. They don’t greet you when you are standing there waiting for them to finish talking, they are super unprofessional swearing left and right, every time I’m in there!! Very rude and crabby, and actually very condescending when I asked about the return policy on an item. They do not care! ZERO stars for poor customer service.

This is a great location! Go right 9am when they open! You skip thru the aisles like a child!

Picked up supplies for graduation party. Nice selection. We bought a lot of stuff to decorate inside, the front yard and the back. My favorite were the very large Mylar balloons in the grad year. They lasted a long time! The staff was helpful especially with the balloons.

Not super stocked of clean during the summer. Boxes everywhere and many empty shelves. Nice for holidays. But during the middle of summer after the 4th, its not at its peak.

They had everything I was looking for and more. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I loved the variety of birthday decorations offered at this Party City. I found lots of cool stuff for a birthday celebration I was in charge of putting together. The staff however, could have more friendly. I was never approached or asked if I needed assistance finding anything or if I had questions. I also needed to get some balloons and although the girl working at the balloon counter was fairly knowledgeable about the products, she was not friendly and seemed to have an attitude. That was quite disappointing.

I went in to buy 30 purple table clothes. A quick purchase. They were just out of my reach. Too high. There were 3 people on registers and only a few people in line, sometimes no-one in line. Two on registers were short women, one was a tall man. I asked the tall man to help me reach my item twice with no response. So I stood in his line and asked him directly after he helped a customer, I thought he was coming to help me. But he completely ignored me for the 3rd time!!!. When I pointed out that I asked him for his help 3xs he yelled that I was a liar!!! I left scared of him and his anger. I wont ever go back. I dont feel safe. In addition, one of the women came running to my aid as though she had seen this man fly off the handle with customers before. Nothing like going shopping and be called a liar by a gross man. 11/8/19 7:25 pm.

Manager needs quite an attitude adjustment. I was just looking for a particular gift wrap back in May & a blonde sales associate was in the middle of helping me when the manager motioned her to the back (probably to talk to her about something not related to me) but when I hunted her down to finish up our transaction/find more gift wrap the MOD/manager threatened to take over & said in his exact words “I can help you,she’s busy right now, you can get me,or you can LEAVE!!” I was completely dumbfounded & taken aback by his complete lack of respect for his customers, and asked another time if she could help me, in which I got an even colder response from him “You can get ME or else I will call the authorities & throw you out of the store!!” So I begrudgingly accepted his help, chose 2 slightly overpriced gift wraps, & to this day have NEVER CAME BACK & I SUGGEST YOU DON’T EITHER!!

Very poor service every time I go there. Just got a balloon curbside and deflated in an hour. Called the store. They said I could get a refund when the store opened back up but would not replace it today because I would need to purchase online but the online told me I could only pick up tomorrow. I ordered it for the day I wanted it... will not be going back.

If you want specific color based options theyre great, if youre looking for just regular party supplies go to Dollar Store.

This is the worst party city Ive been into.Staff didnt even say hi at all, never looked up, playing on their phones.Not well stocked.Not very clean.Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

Was here on Saturday with my guide dog and the manager came up to me saying pets were not allowed. I explained my dog was a service animal he asked where his vest was I explained that he doesnt need a vest but also pointed to his harness (which states the guide dog school he came from.) The manager was not satisfied and told me he needed ID I explained that by law I should not have to show ID. It seemed to be going nowhere so I pulled out my Guide dog school ID. He said Ok. I explained the ADA guidelines are on the back and he walked away after that I chose not to buy anything. Business should make sure their employees know what they can and can not ask for.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! I brought in a few items to return without a receipt which I purchased on a credit card. Most companies can return the item with the card that was used to purchase it and credit the customers card back. Not this Party City! When trying to clarify their return policy, the clerk, Greg, got agitated and was very rude in answering my questions! He said I could either receive store credit or pick something else out. I didnt want anything else nor do I want a store credit! I will not be going back to this store EVER! This store does not even deserve a one star rating!

Everyone was friendly and very helpful with what I wanted to create the perfect balloon bouquet. Ill definitely remember them for my next party!

Purchased costume items for a party. We did not need some of the packaged items and returned them, unopened with the receipt within seven days to find out they do NOT take back wearables even if they are in the package. The return policy on the receipt says items can be returned within 30 days, unopened with receipt. I called the corporate office to complain (on hold over 25 minutes!!!) and found out each store is a franchise. They took my name and said the owner of the store would call me back. One month later this has yet to happen. Since every store can operate as they see fit this store chooses not to abide by the return policy promised on the receipt. I guess you can just do that. BE AWARE when buying anything you may not need as you may not be able to return them. I will find what I want elsewhere from now on.

Terrible service. Bought 8 balloons for over $100. 1 of the balloons was leaking air but I didnt have time to go in for a couple of days. Manager acted like I was trying about getting a defective balloon and told me I should have magically known they have a two day return policy on balloons even though I inflated them myself a few days after buying. He did exchange it for me. This place doesnt deserve one star.

Everything party under one roof. Unbelievable amounts of anything one might possibly need. I was in the Bloomington store 10/22/18 @ 8 pm. One associates I spoke with twic was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly the man who checked me out was very distant and methodical to the point being unfriendly. He did not thank me for my purchase. When I said Have a nice night, he said nothing. Not the typical person I would consider putting in a point-of - sale position. Other than that, the location was clean, well stocked and organized with plenty of clear signage.

I went to blow up balloons but there was a helium shortage so I had to buy my own helium tank... I should have gone across the street to Target and got a cheaper one.

Went in to purchase balloons. Was then told you were limited to 12. So i picked out the balloons for purchase only to find out you can’t pre order, it has to be day of. Associate seemed agitated and rude. Won’t ever go back due to poor customer service and ridiculous policies.

I bought and item here last week that I needed up not needing. They dont do returned unless you have the original receipt. This is 2019 how can you not do a return with the credit card I used.

At the time I needed accessories for the upcoming Halloween party and they had just what I was looking for!

I ordered one of the large Ninja Turtle balloons for my Grandsons Birthday party online. I had previously gone into a local store(Bloomington MN) to see if available. They did have them for $39.99, $20.00 more. I asked if I ordered online if they would fill it- of course we will nothing more was said, I walked around planning for other items.The balloon arrived earlier than expected (happy!) and went back to the Bloomington store. They had no one at the register and employees were standing around chatting. I asked about getting it filled- not only did they try to tell me that I would have to come back later for it- I had to pay $10.00 to fill it since I didnt buy it from them. Three employees doing nothing- but they sure rushed to figure out how much to charge me. well you didnt buy it from us was the only smart mouth thing that they kept repeating. I will say this- the only positive aspect of my visit was the young man who actually worked to fill the balloon for me- the rest of them were a waste of that managers money: rude, mouthly and arrogant . Never again will I step into that store.
