So I had no idea that Amazon has actual in-person stores now, but I think the concept is very cool. And a “4-Star” store where everything sold is rated 4 stars and higher- that is a reviewers dream, come on.But this aside, I felt like there was a ton of random stuff in the store and it didn’t have a ton of order to it. It was fun to look around for the first time but I don’t know how often I’d actually come now, due to always being able to shop Amazon normally on the app.The worker who checked us out was super nice though, and if I remember right Prime members do get an in store discount of some sort. Amazon reigns supreme.

I have packages delivered here and pick them up after work. I work in the same mall so its very convenient. People there are helpful and friendly.

Ive just been there once but its an interesting experience where we can see products sold on Amazon in a store. The checkout is also quick using a qr from its app.

Always the best stuff. I prefer to go here for books and board games and novelty items for the kitchen.

The store seems fresh until you notice its like purchasing online only to receive broken merchandise and poor customer service. I purchased a pair of skull candy Bluetooth headphones from them a day B4 attempting to return and got turned down by the same clerk I purchased from for receiving/having no receipt . No stars for serviceOne star for A better day

Not sure what to think of this store. It doesnt really offer anything special. However it isnt useless either. Its a bit crowded, deals were alright, staff was friendly, and it was clean. The name implies they only go to 4 stars, so thats what I gave them.

Kind of a cool idea but because of the constant changing stock, the desplays are not too nice. the store is too crowded and very poorly laid out. I dont see any reason to go to this store over just using Amazon on your phone really.

Store is okay, and staff is super friendly. Problem is that you cant return items over the mail, you need to drive back to return anything purchased here. My second problem is that I bought an item which is supposed to have 5 stars (hence why I bought it) but it the reviews for that product were forged by the seller giving free gift cards. This item should be removed from this store and all their reviews wiped out. Turn out not only build quality is bad, but also the most important component which is the microphone is very very lackluster. This is a 2 star product which could be a 3 star if the proice was cut in half.
