Total Wine & More is a fabulous place for everything and anything you want to drink. First time there I was so amazed to get the help that I needed they went out and beyond to assist me to find the whiskey mule craft cocktail I wanted. I appreciate it most kindly that the customer service goes beyond to help :-) they also have wine testing and a beer taste testing so that you can find exactly what you looking for or try something new. It was fantastic! The customer service is Excellent. I will be back again and again....

This morning I saw a manager berate an employee because he was not fully wearing his mask, although his mouth and nose were covered. The manager was an older guy who called the employee a clown in front of other employees after he was asked to leave and was leaving. I find this disgusting that you would employ such distasteful unprofessional people. I will not shop at the Bloomington store again.

Seems like they are having increasing issues trying to manage their inventories. Tonight I went there and they were sold out of (3) common bourbons - Makers Mark, Ezra Brooks, and Evan Williams. Really ? I spoke with a manager and he said they are at the mercy of distributors blah blah. I really dont understand since they are supposedly one of the largest retailers in town. Anyways, I went to another retailer in Bloomington (which shall go un-named out of decorum) and they had all 3 ! Yes, Total Wine can be a little cheaper but if they dont even have it whats the point ?

I have very little experience with wine, so going here makes it really easy to find what I will like. The knowledgeable staff makes it easy, if they weren’t there, it would be difficult because of all the options. I’ve found that i like wines that pair well with spicy food, and thanks to the staff, i can feel confident choosing wine for my taste.

Found a few of the vintners I know and some Ive discovered here. Always great to shop here

I used to bartend for a while and love coming here to get new drinks for family and friends. And to make myself. I wanted to have a margherita night so I got my favorite Casamigos Blanco and had to find a new mixer to try. A man by the name Luke ( with the Viking beard) helped me out to pick out an Organic blend by tres Agaves that has a natural sweetener used by Agave itself. Thanks much for the recommendations. The drinks were amazing and one was plenty. Thanks for your great service and time Luke. Great job on being passionate about your job and being knowledgeable about the making, history and pair with tequila. I really appreciate it. Ina Garten drinks Cote d Rhone so I thought Id try it. Chose a mid-priced bottle. Light, rather generic wine. I see why it would go with a lot of different foods. Not my favorite. But kudos to Total Wine for having a good selection in stock to choose from!

I found out about Total Wine last year when I was given a gift card from one of my clients. I drink Pinot Grigeo/Barefoot. Great price, but unfortunately, they keep slowly going up in price.

Just went to total wine and it was really awesome. The staff were super helpful in finding a good wine even though I didnt really know what I wanted. We always find really interesting things there. Overall would highly recommend.

I am a regular customer at total wine. I went to the Edina location and had the worst experience. I found my items and went to check out and one of the employees was very rude when explaining his lane was closed. He shouted “HEY YOU! Lane is closed.” He shook his head and pointed and me while shaking his finger saying “no”. Then went to a different lane to check out. The women didn’t say hi or acknowledge I was there. I handed her my ID before she could even say “may I see your ID.” She looks at it, scans it, and has it verified by a manager. I’ve never had this happen before. My ID is the enhanced MN ID and if it scanned in the system there is no reason it should have been verified. Worst experience to say the least. Will not be going back to this location. If anything I want a refund for my items because this is not the customer service anyone deserves.

I dont think theres anything this place wouldnt have that youre looking for. I had only been to a Total wine previously for a wine tasting. I finally popped in to stock up on beer and alcohol. I was amazed to find the prices compare to Club prices like Sams Club and Costco. I could see if people had questions there was plenty of staff to answer them.

Super crowded because of course went on a Friday night after work! The woman who helped me was so super helpful. Took me through the whole store to get the things I needed. Having a girls craft/ shot night aint easy lol.

Rasied prices on RumChata was 17.99 next day 19.99 because maybe it purchases a lot not sure but not cool

The shelves are always stocked, staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and provides plenty of recommendations so I think this is a great location. My one complaint is that parking is quite tight in this location and the parking lot often has lots of trash that people are clearly just throwing out of their cars, but the inside of the store is great.

Great liquor store in Edina with an amazing selection of craft beer, wines, and liquor at an amazing price.

Been here only a few times as its convenient for my online order and pick up. Of the handful of times I have been in the store, I have been warmly greeted an asked if I need assistance each and every time. Not annoyingly so, rather it was done with authentic customer service and concern for being polite and ensuring I get what is needed. I really appreciate that.

Its not much to tell, just an average liquor store. Prices are high for most of the items that I purchased compared to other places. I only go there at an inconvenient time when I desperately needed a 🍻.

The ONLY PLACE to get just about EVERYTHING you could think of related to making Cocktails of your choice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I will always go back time and time again!

The employee I crossed paths with in the craft beer section made the trip totally worth it, he was very chipper, easy to talk to, and knew a lot about local stuff-- he even pointed me to the curated beer samplers after our discussion and I couldnt help but get one. Were new to the area, but itll probably be our go-to place now.

Always have more than enough options to choose from regardless of what youre looking for! Also appreciate their recommendations - both in person and signage. Lines often get long especially around holidays but they generally move quickly if people have their IDs out and are paying attention. Only issue is the parking lot - an awful parking lot shared with Trader Joes.

Is a candy store for adults. Great/ massive selection and you cant beat those prices! I used curbside pick up and it was on point. Fast, accurate and friendly.

Our go to place for all our boozy needs. They also have a pretty solid cigar selection. Every staff member really knows their stuff and give some great recommendations. They often have samples which is cool, and seem to always have almost every register going when busy to get customers out.

Ive been working for Instacart for a little over one month. Some other retail store employees will give dirty looks or worse mumble rude comments under their breath for whatever reason, not here. Every single employee Ive run into has been polite and offered assistance wether I asked or not. Despite the large volume of customers they run things as smoothly as possible.

I came for liquor and some cocktail mixes, and I got liquor. Huge place, but lacked in a couple areas that was key for me, that I could get at other Total Wine locations.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was shopping an Instacart order and had no fewer than 4 people ask if I was able to find everything (in the 15 minutes I was shopping), and brought me right to a product I had not yet located. All bottles in this large order were packed securely for travel.

Busy. My biggest question is, why have you gone back to scanning peoples ids???!!@You realize you are taking more information than you need from scanning id?Stop! What happened to looking at it and verifying if its me. I even have a rewards number for heavens sake! How much more identification do you need to shop at your store!!!?

National chain. This is the only place I go for beer, wine, spirits, and cigars. (Juice and soda mixers you can buy at a grocery store, but they also have a great selection of unique mixers like ginger beer). Simply put, they have the best prices, best selection, and most knowledgeable staff. People in the store care about and know about what they are selling. Each store is clean, well laid out, easy to navigate. On top of it all, they do both smaller free tastings and planned, themed, paid (Like $5) tastings (very well attended, buy tickets in advance). Every store across the country I have visited is as good as the next, across the board

Got lucky when they had Weller Reserve 107. They keep it at the customer service desk but were happy to pass over a bottle when I inquired. Thanks for having this hard to find $25 bottle of bourbon. Many thanks to the management.

The parking lot is a nightmare, but they do have a huge selection. Try to support local businesses though, Total Wine likes to bait and switch bigger name brands with their own company-owned/affiliated products.

This is is without question one of my favorite liquor stores. Top notch selection and excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE (something which seems to be going extinct these days).

Ive been into this store many times as an Instacart Shopper. Ive had a bad experience with the same person at the checkout lane. Krystal she waits to tell me to put my stuff on the belt after I push my cart passed the spot to do so. She spent a couple minutes finishing her conversation with a coworker before addressing me. My interaction with total wine workers is just the same as other in person shoppers. Ive had a few people there very helpful and very nice when I need it. Im not a fan of bad customer service especially when Im in the service industry. I will wait for another line next time.

For a high traffic store they tend to have what I need most of the time, and if you can’t find something the staff are all really helpful and knowledgeable about different items. I even had a really pleasant conversation about sour beers with an employee!

Have never been given a bad recommendation on wine, especially Pascal’s recommendations. This is my “go to” Total Wine!

Great prices, had everything I wanted, but its hard to find things in the store. If you asked a staff person you got it, they came so close to great service them kinda dropped the ball. Staff seemed to avoid you, a man in white shirt I assumed was management appeared to walk away after he had helped me twice, was supper friendly when I asked about product, until I asked to order some them told just come back. I dropped over 300 in a 15 min visit, a simple thanks for shopping by any of the staff would take just the little needed more for 5 stars. Ill be back ane recommend them for price and variety, and really close to great service

Super helpful staff. The top picks section of the store by the front entrance is the best. Most if not all are Winery Direct which if you buy a dozen total use a coupon and get a great deal!

Selection is good. However, I had an issue with a staff member who was showing another customer a product and didnt practice social distancing (i.e. standing and talking at length less than 1ft from me). The aisle was wide enough to do so and I had to ask them to socially distance. Covid-19 isnt a joke! Wont be coming back here whenever I do come back out for similar products.

This place is great. Very busy here and parking is congested. So many popular stores in a limited area. The help walk by so fast its hard to catch one to help or ask questions.

Curbside service is excellent. Best pricing in town on a massive veriety of wine and spirits.

Total Wine always has very helpful staff - they are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The selection is also great - I have always found what Im looking for there. Very clean as well. Parking is a bit chaotic, so be sure to drive slow while parking to avoid getting side-swiped. Love this store though!

Outstanding service: asked a manager at the front desk about Ariel Chardonnay. He sent me to the back where I was greeted by Jolina (unsure of name really, crowded and a little noisey). She found what I was looking for, advised me a 10% discount was available for purchase of a case. She sent me back to the front, found a case, carried it to a cash register where she met me, advised the cashier of the discount and went back to work after wishing me the usual Have a day. Cashier found someone to take it out to my car. I should mention that I am handicapped so it was great to have things go so smoothly.
