Neither the manager or the other employee wanted to help me with my printing needs. The employee was brushing me off, trying to all but force me to do my order online. She didnt want to help me and didnt know a direct answer for any question I had. I decided to leave but as I was leaving I brought it up to the manager how the employee couldnt care less about helping me and she just stared at me because obviously she didnt want to help me either and she let me leave the store without even an hint of an apology of how I was being treated. Please hire people who actually want to work and treat your customers with some decency.

Manager made a mistake that cost me $700-800. All she could do was laugh about it. Total Incompetence.
