I chose to wait for my service after 4 pm for the reduced cost. Saw my car pulled out front after the oil change and routine inspection which was about 25 minutes. I waited almost 45 minutes after my car was pulled out front before I went up to the service desk. No one was there so waited another 10+ minutes. Someone finally came out and I asked about it and he went to go check on the service advisor who was assigned to my car. He came back and said that hes still working on the paperwork. I waited probably another 10+ minutes until I was able to pay for my service and leave. Pretty lame work by the service advisor.
I stopped in to look at a couple of vehicles. Talked to a great associate there, Lance Needham. He was really knowledgeable about all of the products, got me in quick to drive what I wanted. He even went above& beyond what he needed to, in finding some other options & information for us. Would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a lot of knowledge & friendly service with no pressure or hassle.
We unfortunately had a really negative experience with this dealership, and I would caution potential buyers. I bought a used car (a Highlander Limited Platinum that was just a couple years old) and it broke down within about a month of purchasing it. There was so much push back when I asked for it to be fixed, as I had just purchased the car, and I have been astonished at how poor their customer service has been (unfortunately there have been even more issues with the car and it’s been radio silence when I’ve reached out to their customer service team about it). I would recommend trying another dealership for purchasing a vehicle instead.

What a super friendly place. Sales guys actually listen to the customer. They really care about customer service. No games on pricing, they display their best price and it is lower than competitors price. Service matters.
I had booked an at-home test drive and received a confirmation text. I waited for half an hour and nobody came. I finally called and waited around for another 20 minutes, and finally was told that not only did my confirmed appointment slip through the cracks, but also the car I had booked the test drive for had in fact been sold already!The people I talked to were barely apologetic. The implication was that despite following the process listed on their website, this was somehow my fault for not following up—despite having received confirmation, apparently it was my job to know that something they encourage people to do on their website is faulty and flawed?I rearranged most of my day for this. Very disappointed, in both what happened and the reaction I received from the employees. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Toyota care no cost inspection at 6 months 4200 miles, was a waste of time. I advised the service department that the coolant was low a little. He says you know that the fluid fluctuates at different temperatures. I said its been at the same level since I purchased this vehicle. Report claims they topped off fluid. Hahaha, didnt fill anything. They rotated the tires. When I checked the air pressure they were off by like 2 pounds of pressure on 3 of the 4 tires. Ill try Inver Grove or Maplewood from now on. You would think that they would value a customer that purchased a 2020 Highlander XLE in February then purchased a 2020 Camry SE in March. I live in Saint Paul I will take my business closer to home from now on.
