The guys at Tire Barn today did a great job on my car. They started removing all the tires and then realized there was a mistake on their inventory, They did not actually have all four if the tires I was getting for my car so they upgraded me to a much better set up tires. These tires have no road noise compared to my old tires. These Falkens are pretty nice.
I came in without an appointment. One of my tires would not hold pressure. They got me in immediately, the customer service was superb, and the prices were totally fair. They had me in and out within an hour and I just get the feeling that I can truly trust this business. 5 stars all day. This company is where to go.
Drove my car in to get two new tires. All was well till check out, after they mistakenly charged my credit card some other guys bill of $1016.21 (No biggie btw) they got it lined out. Got in my car to leave and guess what? No breaks what so ever. They broke my break line and Chris shields of Bloomington Indian refused to fix it and let me drive out of there with zero breaks. A good place to get tires. They usually get you in and out very quickly. I have taken various cars there throughout the years. If they don’t have your requested tires they find a comparable replacement. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because there is a disconnect between their website and local store. The inventory offered on the website doesn’t reflect the local inventory. This is certainly not entirely the local store’s issue. But something should be done to bridge that gap between the local and website inventory. Bottom line I would definitely recommend you get your tires here. Nonetheless I would advice you call the local store in advance to confirm your appointment and inventory.
I rode in with a spare a little after 11am thinking it would be a long wait but I was pretty amazed how quick and easy the whole process was. The young lady up front was very helpful picking out my next set of tires and accommodating my needs. I was told a 45 minute wait but it was closer to a half hour so I expected to be there all day but was so happy to be in and out before noon. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend for the friendly and fast service!
The worst experience Ive ever had with any business ever. Made an appointment the day before. Was given quote and told that the tires were in stock. Arrived early the next day. Waited two hours before my vehicle even made in the work area, and then was told they didnt have the tires I needed in stock. Waited longer for them to put my old tires back on. An absolute joke! Avoid this place at all costs!
This place is fantastic! Always friendly, fast and efficient. Most recently I had a tire losing air, I stopped in and they inspected it and told me I had a bent rim and suggested I take it to my dealership to get a replacement, and they did not charge me. After getting the new wheel installed by the dealership (where they tried to get me to purchase a new tire that I did not need), the tire was still losing air. I stopped back in at tire barn to have them check it. It had not been installed correctly. They fixed it immediately and again did not charge me. I will definitely buy my next set of tires at Tire Barn and will recommend to all my family and friends.
A couple of years ago my wife stopped in for the first time because of a leaky tire. She had no appointment but they were extremely friendly. She came home shocked at what a good experience she just had. There have been no problems with the tire ever since.
Polite and very eager to please. Always remember you if you are a returning customer.Personnel may change but the replacements are just as friendly and accommodating. I have been a customer for several years and I will not go anywhere else.
I went in today to get a new tire my dealership said I needed and I didnt want to pay dealer prices for it. The person who helped me came out to look at the tire and informed me that the tire was fine as-is. He saved me money and showed a great deal of honesty that I truly appreciate.
Scheduled appointment for 8am. Both websites and door state they open at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:50am and waited for them to open. At 8:30 they still were not open. The one employee explained to another customer that the manager has not arrived. Called a nearby competitor and was able to get right in and taken care of. They didnt have 2 of my tires but found them nearby and went and picked them up and I was out of there quickly. Obviously need new management!!

When I went there, their compressor was down, so they really couldnt do anything. They told me it would be an extra wait, but I really needed a nail removed (turned out it was too close to the side wall so it turned unto 4 new tires (awd car)) and every other placed seemed to have a comparable wait time so I decided to just go with it.It took several hours for them to get the part to fix their compressor, and while I can hardly blame them for that, their customer service other customers during the ordeal was horrific. Nobody but nobody was manning the desk, everyone was just chilling in the back not giving a care in the world. People walked in and waited for sometimes 5 or more minutes until someone came up to the desk from the back room. It came to the point where another customer and I started telling new customers what was going on since nobody who worked there bothered to.Phones went unanswered, and when employees did come up to the front to serve customers, phones that were put on hold were sometimes just disconnected after the employees got done with the customers at the desk.The only reason they are getting an extra star is that they did give me a discount since I had to wait for them to get back in service, and were pretty nice and straight forward with me since I had actually bothered to stay.
These fellas did an amazing & efficient job! They put my girls on their rubber bands. Also, I treated them to coffee. Ill definitely be to see them again!
When I arrived to pick up my car, its windows were left wide open on a rainy day. I had to sit and wait a half hour after my car was ready, just to pay. The complementary inspection and the alignment check I asked for were not done, and I was made to schedule another appointment on a later day to get them done. This was a miserable experience.Update: drove the car home afterwards & was bumpy as all get out. Took it to another garage to find out driver side tire was mounted incorrectly. Go to the Marathon on Winslow instead.
The web site said they opened at 7:30 so I arrived at 7:15 so I could get in and out quickly.They opened the door finally at 8:00 but only one technician showed at 8:30.Its now 8:55 and Im still waiting.Poor way to run a business.

My husband and I took our vehicle in for rotate, balance and alignment. I also have a tire that has an incredible amount of vibration so we wanted them to look at that as well. We purchased all tires from them less than a year ago. When we dropped it off they said it would be about 2 hours, and they would call when it was done. So three and a half hours later we called to see what the status was. After about a half an hour on hold they hung up on my husband. We went to the shop only to discover that the vehicle had been moved. We assumed that they had finished the work. My husband went inside where they informed him that they could not do the alignment because the whole front end suspension needs replaced, and that they only rotated the tires. They also said that the loud vibration is just a characterization of the tires. (Then why does only one of them make the noise?) My husband is an ASE certified master technician. When we changed my oil last he did a thorough inspection of all the vehicle so we knew this was not true. After a little back and forth between my husband and the front desk clerk we discovered that they didn’t even drive it anywhere to hear the sound of the tire. Finally the guy at the front desk said “I don’t know what you want me to do man.” That was the last straw. My husband said well what exactly did you guys do? He told my husband they rotated the tires. My husband then asked them if they balanced them. The guy got a blank look on his face stumbled around and then was like oh yeah they did. Moral of this long story don’t go here if you need honest communication, and competent assistance

Great customer service and we were in a bind to get a tire repaired due to leaving for a trip. They were busy but fit us in and didnt act like we were a bother. We ended up needing some new tires and they were able to take care of us.

My last experience with the Tire Barn was every time I called for an appointment for tires and a front end alignment I could not get anyone to pick up the phone their phone system kept taking me to voice mail so I left my name and phone number but no one called me back so I bought my tires down the street at (Belle tire).

My experience is just with a tire repair they did, but although they were super-busy, they fit it in just before closing. The guy behind the counter was courteous and friendly. If I lived in Bloomington, i think I would certainly give them a try for other tire needs.
Terrible prices, service and guest relations. Had a tech cuss me out on their sales floor right in front of the manager and the manager did nothing. Called and emailed their cooperate office. Got no response. Will not buy tires there again once the road hazard runs out. I advise everyone to avoid both Tire Barn and belle tire in Bloomington.
These guys went above and beyond today.I brought my car in because one of the tires had a leak. They jacked it up, took the tire off, found the cause of the leak (a screw), patched it up, put the tire back on, and sent me on my merry way - NO CHARGE!Thank you, Tire Barn! Ill be back when its time to replace all 4 (in about 10,000 miles).
There were several opportunities my visit could have gone poorly. I brought a trailer so it was out of the ordinary. I felt like Chris and his team found a way to make it work and get me resolved same day
I just took my car to Tire Barn to check a tire for a slow leak to see if it had a nail in it or something else and to have them fix it. When they were done with it I looked at the tire and noticed the hub cap was busted. The technician said it was already broken but I know thats not true. I checked that tire when I got off work to make sure the tire wasnt flat before I drove it and the hub cap was not broken! They didnt even have the integrity to tell me it was broken I had to find out for myself then the technician lied about it! They did offer to replace it but I have to go to the toyota dealership and buy one then take the receipt in to be reimbursed! What a hastle and an inconvenience! I do my own car repairs and I know how easy it is to break something especially hub caps. If the technician had been honest and said sorry I broke your hub cap but we are going to replace it and make things right then I would have been understanding and brushed it off my shoulders. Have a little integrity be a man and fess up make things right. If you lie about a hub cap what else? It may be something that poses a safety risk next time and I dont want to find out about it by getting hurt first!
I never write reviews, but I want the public to be aware of what happened to me this morning. I went online to try to make an online appointment. The earliest was 1pm but earlier time slots were starred saying I could call the store to see if there was an opening. I called to see if I could potentially get my car in at 12pm when I was informed the earliest they could get me in was tomorrow to fix my flat tire. All 30min time slots from 1pm to 5pm were open online to make an appointment. The pure laziness and disrespect to not take a paying customer when you have open time slots is mind blowing. I just called to see if I could get my car in earlier and that 1 minute phone call is all it took to lose me as a customer, especially since I was hung up on when I questioned why there were open time slots online for an appointment if they couldn’t get me in today.

Bring your patience.I ordered a tire 2 weeks ago and they said it would be in the next day - when I called them 10 days later they said it was in. I stopped in after 2 weeks to pick it up and was told it wasn’t there - so I mentioned last week it was in. I asked why they didn’t call to let me know it was in - no answer. They finally found it but I didn’t have time to wait the estimated 45 minutes.I couldn’t make an appointment at 8 the next day so I stopped by at 3 to get in line. Estimated 90 minutes - but it has been 2 hours and I am still here waiting impatiently.Don’t mention the lot has what appears to be an employee car being worked on in the parking lot - how attractive. The car has no front bumper, headlights or very much else in the front. It is on jack stands today it appears to be a parking lot fixture. I took a picture for good measure.Good prices for the area but that is it for the good. There are customers falling asleep in the waiting area.Update: My car was done at 6:30 p.m. and I arrived there at 3 p.m.
The staff took good care of me, but the online system lost my appointment, requiring a second trip two days later.

Shopped here for over 10 years and purchased a lot for multiple vehicles, in my experiences customer service has gone way downhill and I will not be back. I’ll pay more if needed for good customer service and nice attitudes. Used to be great, I’d recommend trying other places first now though.

I went in a little unsure of what I needed. Little did I know the people working on my new jeep did either. They were rude. They werent communicating with each other very well. They put the wrong size tires on tires on and didnt air them up I had a pressure light on before returning them. Then made me wait until all the other customers were done after they messed up. Then when i asked for a refund they told me they could put the old tires on but their boss wasnt there to do the refund and I could come back tomorrow and that they would hold the tires with a note up front. After a lot of frustration and phone calls I did get my money back and my old tires on until i could get to terre haute. I was there 4 hours and that was with an appointment(with a toddler who was becoming restless). They also were smoking in the garage near my vehicle and my son has asthma so that was alarming and to me very inconsiderate. I would not reccomend this location. Go to terre haute tire barn they did an amazing job today and I didnt have to wait long. They knew what they were doing and did everything they could to make things better. They even had a person at the counter that knew what she was doing instead of admitting they knew nothing about tires.
I could not find slow leak and stopped by after long work day. They found two leaks, repaired them and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. Explained what they found clearly.Couldnt have asked for better or more professional service

Was there at 8:05a 3/9/2020 and some wiry 20 something year old was at the counter. Was very rude and condescending. looked at tire and pointed out dirt calling it The hole in the sidewall... When the hole was in the middle of the tread.Then he says its too old to fix. You can go somewhere else if you want it fixed. When I asked for his manager, he refused. I walked out and my car is right now at Tiemann. We were a 12 year customer at tire barn. No more.
Great fast service!I am from out-of-town. I had a tire develop a large bulge on it that made it UN-driveable! it ended up that I had two more of my tires were developing bulges too. I wasnt able to get to Tire Barn until one hour before closing and they were very busy.Josh told me that I needed 4 new tires but he couldnt get them done until tomorrow morning. After I explained that I couldnt get that night, he worked me into their schedule. They all stayed 30 minutes PAST closing time to put on 4 new tires and help me!Thank you, Josh! (and the other guys too) You really helped me out and I was able to get back home that night! Thanks again!
This place is awesome. Usually Im kind of weary of big corporate places like this, especially when it comes to car maintenance.I had a set of tires shipped there from Tirerack.com. After confirmation of delivery, I made an online appointment using Tire Barns website and was able to go in the very next day. I dont know if this was just a weekend crew or what, but the guys that were there were super friendly and down to earth. It seemed like a tight knit crew. They had good music playing in the shop and all the guys just seemed friendly. You could tell that all things cars was a passion for them and it wasnt just a job. I was in and out in like, 20 mins. These guys seemed like they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this Bloomington crew!

I needed some new spinny rubbers for my 01’ Audi. I was a lost soul drifting through the vast rubber Forrest of tire barn when I came upon a clearing. That’s where I found Shane. Or perhaps that’s where he found me...he slipped my rubbers on with a gentle, tender grace and sent me on my way. I do think about him still as I drive with perfect traction through the streets of this humble town. Thank you Shane for the tires and for so much more.
What I like the most about Tire Barn warehouse, at least the one in Bloomington Indiana, is that they were honest with me today. I went in to get a front-end alignment and they came out and told me after having been there maybe 20 minutes that the ball joint was bad. They didnt charge me anything to let me know that which is good because thats how it should be, but what blew my mind is that they were honest and did not do the alignment anyways and charge me for it when they knew that it would not solve my problem. I wish more companies were like this. For any future car problems I have that they are capable of dealing with I will definitely contact them first.

The staff is always nice and friendly. For the last 5 years I have bought tires and had some quick repairs done and it has always been great. Even when my mom was in town for a visit and needed her tire looked at, they got her in and out. What I really appreciate is that they don’t treat women like they don’t understand. Staff is always quick to give options and show you problems with your tires. Definitely recommend!
Needed tires like yesterday on a vehicle that I dont need fancy tires on. Shane at the front was very friendly and was able to guide me to my needs. No pressure to upgrade or purchase something I didnt need. I was very appreciative of the customer service I received. I will definitely return to Tire Barn!
These guys are legit. They had us in and out in less than an hour and the price was right. I have taken several vehicles in for tires and have never been disappointed. They even threw in free roadside and honored a military discount, which saved us a little over $100.

Called at 8:30, they said to come in instead of make an appointment. 5 hours later, they managed to lose my key and hadn’t touched my car. Finally, without pulling the car in, they said I needed new tires instead of a repair for the low tire. I’ve been buying tires here for 15 years. The quality of service has declined recently but this is ridiculous.Update: I brought a different vehicle in last week for a tire repair and was told that I needed four new tires. I just found my receipt for the 60k rated tires I purchased in 2016... with less than 35k miles on the odometer since they were installed. I chose to trust them last week but I have no faith in this business any longer.
This store is great! Recent problem with bent rim and blown tire. Spoke with Shane on phone. He got me right in-able to fix and at a very reasonable price. Any time I stop there all the guys are extremely friendly and very efficient at their jobs!
If you submit your request online, know that they dont see all of it. I requested premium installation and road hazard protection, but received neither. In fact, once I was looking after I got home, I saw that the invoice said customer waives coverage. The manager I spoke to said they dont see all of what we put in online in store. Sounds like that would mean you go over all of the options in store to make sure you give the customer what they requested. However, the manager only wanted to say I had refused coverage because the paper said so. I didnt think I needed to bring it up to the desk guy because he already knew what I wanted from my online submission! Ive never purchased tires anywhere else besides this store, but this experience will have me searching elsewhere next time I need new rubber for one of my 4 vehicles.

This is a shout out to Dustin Gates at Bloomington Tire Barn. My husband and I went to several locations looking for tires and rims and We really weren’t satisfied with what we found. We looked on line and found exactly what we wanted but in a last ditch effort to buy local we went to your location. We’re proud to say we got exactly what we found online at a better price thanks to Dustin. He went out in the rain several times to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted and didn’t stop until he gave us the highest service possible. Thanks to him we spent our 3,000.00 locally. I needed tires for my 2000 4Runner. Shane helped me through the buying process and set me up with great high mileage tires that didnt produce a rough ride. He also noticed that my front end alignment needed adjustment or my investment in the good tires would be wasted. After 15,000 miles, my now 384,000 mile 4Runner has never held a straight line better than when Shane helped me.
I went into the shop to get pricing on a few projects of mine and I was helped by one Shane Dillehay. Even when I told him I wasn’t ready to purchase anything right away, he gave me the best experience any customer could hope for. Thanks to this man, I’ll be bringing all of my business and the business of as many friends and colleagues to this location. This guy is great at his job and I’m just hoping he can get some recognition for his efforts.

One of the worst customer service at this place. I was told that I will be getting a certain part number installed with a 3 year warranty. The next day after the order is complete, I was told that the warranty is only limited to 1 year and that they have no way of verifying the exact part number I was promised. It was a Wheel Hub assembly. How is this possible?I even complained to the corporate HQ but instead of being helpful, they kept telling me that there is NO way of getting the information of the part that was installed. How is that remotely even possible? Is there no paper trail that would tell me what part was installed in my car? Is it not possible for the CEO of this company to review an entire paper trail of documents? Why is it not possible to get a receipt that tells you the exact part number that was installed?The more I visit this place, the more I see a regular deterioration of service standards. It is about time when people will skip this shop altogether.This is the last time I went to this Tirebarn. I was nothing but a loyal customer and after their tactics of not giving me the right information I deserve, they will lose my business forever. I hope I was not deceived.
The 2 gentlemen that helped me at the front counter were great. I believe one of their names was Hunter, but they got me in and squared away quickly. They were honest and very fair on their prices too. Ive been here before a few times and also to some of their other locations. They always seem to have the best prices.
Don’t buy tires from these guys, they are crooked people who do not care about you or your car.I purchased a BRAND NEW tire on May 7, 2019. Today I left the mall and found that the new tire was flat. I put the spare on, and took the tire to Tire Barn to get it repaired. After they inspected it, in the same sentence I was told “nothing we can do, which new one can we price for you?” Horrendous service.Any tire business worth their salts will replace a new tire purchased from them, if it has low mileage, in a heartbeat. I have received this good service from Big O, for example, for my entire life before moving to Bloomington. This tire was rated for 60,000 miles, and lasted maybe 500.I understand a tire being damaged beyond possible repair, but their complacency in dismissing my issue and gunning straight back for my wallet was disrespectful, unprofessional, and pathetic.Do not give Tire Barn your business.

I visited this place without an appointment because there was a hole in one of my tires and they fixed it fairly quick and notified all the information related to it in the process, the employees were really friendly as well, I enjoyed chatting with one of the employees, named Chase, while I was waiting. I would definitely come back here if I experience any trouble in my tires or wheels, and I would recommend this place if you looking for a tire place to go.

This place is a nightmare! It has gone downhill so far and so fast. Ive been coming here for years, and they lost a committed customer tonight. I had to come back to the TB three times for a simple nail removal and plug. Youd think that this being the third time I came in for the same issue that they might expedite my service, but no, it took them over two hours to diagnose and plug my tire. The previous two times I waited easily over an hour, probably closer to an hour and a half, for the diagnosis and fix.To add insult to injury, I received no feedback when I received my keys to leave. I literally received a inaudible mutter from the guy behind the counter and then a dismissive have a nice day. I thought maybe a hey sorry it took us three times to diagnose a simple nail in the tire was in order, but no, Ive now wasted five hours of my life on a simple nail in the tire. Ive spent thousands in tires over the years at TB, and I will never go back. This place is a joke of an establishment with absolutely no customer service. They obviously can see Ive been coming there for years, but that seems to be of no consequence. I heard Tieman Tires here in town is a solid place to go, Ill be checking them out next. Avoid this establishment unless you like wasting hours of your life on simple tire fixes, youve been warned.

Really good on price but low on customer support. This place is always filled with lots of customer. May be tire barn should think about expanding with another store or fix long wait time and bad customer support issues. Always seen dissatisfied customers during my 4 visits to this place on after sale support. 5 star on sale and price but 1 star on after sale customer support.
They were pretty backed up but they helped me in a pinch fix a leaky tire. Next time I need a set of tires, thats where I will go.
