Very up front and a straight shooter. Told me to come out and they would check it out -- and they did. Sounded major but was a minor fix. Asked what it was worth to be fixed and I have him $20 cash. Well worth it and I appreciated the honesty.

Wow this guy is so genuine and honest. We pulled up, he immediately saw the issue, and he had us on our way within 10 minutes. He didn’t up charge us at all. Highly recommend going there. We were so happy with the honest service he provided for us. Our van is back on the road and we haven’t had an issue since.

The gentleman at Tessendorf was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he know what was going on with my car but he was also cheaper than what the other repair shop quoted me. The old man at the other shop was grouchy, rude and didnt want to help me. Im very happy with the service that I received at Tessendorfs & will definitely be going back if I need my car repaired.

I will never goto a dealership for work again! Tessendorfs proved to be more knowledgeable in their diagnosis and did the work for much cheaper...he figured out my hybrid battery and fixed it for 125 bucks when the dealership charged me 400 just to diagnose it and said it would be 800 to fix it...I’ll never go anywhere else!

Multiple occasions Ive had to drop my truck off for service in a pinch. Each time has ended with a fixed truck in a timely manner. They seriously know what they are doing, and will not be dishonest on what needs done. Cant recommend a better place to get work done.

They let me watch and they showed my everything they did along the way.

I take my vehicle to the dealership and Im told that I need new parts (brake rotors, rear sway bar, etc.). I then take my vehicle to Tessendorf and he tells me I only need brake pads and a small link that connects to the sway bar. Honesty at 1/3 the cost! What else do you ask for in a mechanic.
