Our Sales Associate, Justin Schultz was very friendly, mindful, and informative. Took care of us and answered all my question very well, along with other staff members as well. I did not feel any pressure while my time there, and my dealer informed us about everything offered and there at the dealership. I very much suggest taking a trip to Sam Leman when thinking about buying a car.

Dave in the service center is a phenomenal manager/employee and person. He has been such a great help to me and my Mazda over the course of the past couple of months. Very professional, informative and most importantly honest when it comes to repairs and pricing. He genuinely cares about his customers instead of wanting to make some bucks. My “like new” car needed a whole engine and transmission replaced and he made a very painful process as stress free for me as he could. Give this man a raise or promotion!

The Sam Leman service center is the best dealer repair shop Ive ever been to. Dave, who runs things, is very good at his job, great at estimating times and costs, and is a super nice and funny guy. The shuttle driver is very friendly. All the people who work there really know their stuff. Ive always been happy with the service, the repairs, and the costs. Totally recommend them.

Brent and Dave with Sam Leman Mazda service are outstanding to deal with. Not only did they accommodate my special requests to have my flying Miata parts installed, they went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly. I have the utmost confidence in Brent as my mechanic and I don’t foresee myself taking this car to anyone else while I remain in the Bloomington Normal area. We bought a Mazda CX5 this past week and WE ARE IN LOVE! Jon Aden was, absolutely, the best person we could have worked with. From organizing what car we could get to finance, it was an enjoyable experience which is unheard of in buying a car. Jon really listened to our concerns and wants in a new car and he brought it to real life. We came in thinking of getting a certain car and after talking with us, Jon pulled several suggestions for our needs. We could really tell he heard us and cared. After test driving the Mazda and researching the car, we knew there was no other car we wanted or needed. My husband had to use the Mazda this week for a road trip, and he texted me that its the best car hes driven. Jon doesnt just want to sell the car, he wants to make sure that his customers are fully taken care of, safe, and happy. Jon Aden sold me a Dodge Durango and the whole experience was the best! He was super nice, didn’t pester me, and once I found a vehicle I was interested in he was able to show it to me the very next day. The entire time we were there they treated us with kindness and I felt like they’ve known me forever there.We were there for only about 3 1/2 hours total and everything went super smooth and super easy. Everything was explained very clear and very well to us so we knew what we were doing. I would recommend Jon and the entire Mazda dealership location for anyone looking for a car in Bloomington!

Sam lamen is thr worst dealership I have ever been too.. I bought a used car and was sold a warranty that was not valid .. the car ended up needing a new engine and it couldnt get fixed because of the voided warranty I was sold

Recently, I moved to Bloomington and it was my first experience with Sam Leman Mazda. The service was exceptional, promptly at 7.30 am I went and they took my car for service.They’ve a shuttle service and they dropped me home. After service was done, they asked me time preference to send the shuttle for pickup. Once I picked up my car, next day I received a call from customer service to get the feedback which was awesome 👏🏻

I scheduled to have a recall done on my car. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to have the parts, understandable. However when I took an hour off from work to drop my car off, only to be told that the dealership sold the recall parts to another dealership.

Quick efficient service

Been coming here for service on our Mazda6 for about a year now. The staff is always friendly and professional and service is prompt. Dave is especially great and you can you always count on him to look out for your best interests. We simply wont be taking that car anywhere else unless were backed into a corner.

Quality folks here. Had a 2005 Mazda 6i that I had serviced for years. Staff was always upfront with what was needed. Shuttle service was always prompt with pick-up/drop-off.

I would not recommend using this place to buy a used car. I understand that buying a used car you will have more maintenance required but 2 days after we drove it off the lot all 4 TPMS sensors broke and there was no oil in the car because they failed to check it and change it before selling it. The dealership is clearly money driven and will sell you a junk car and then avoid any questions you ask! We were lied to multiple times. I will never buy from a Sam leman dealership again. Don’t buy a used car because it will be junk.
