Made my third purchase from here on Saturday, and Im beyond thrilled as always. Ordered wheels and tires on Saturday around 11, and got the text they were in and mounted today. From a miscommunication (totally on my end) I thought they were being put on my vehicle tomorrow, they meant they should be in their shop by Tuesday. Even though I was the one that heard wrong they didnt hesitate to make it right, and had them put on my car TODAY in less than an hour!!!! I will never go any where else from here on out!!!! Thank you Zach for all your help from start to finish!!!

Had a lift kit installed on my truck, paid over $1000 in labor and had an awful experience. They ended up damaging the hubs on my truck and told me it was my brakes when it wasnt. Spent another $800 trying to fix it for a month myself before I could convince them to they were liable. They did end up replacing the hubs free of charge after 3 visits and a month of waiting. I also scheduled an appointment for them to look at it, confirmed my appointment, drove 30 minutes, only for them to tell me the mechanic is on vacation and Id have to wait another week.

Would not recommend anyone to purchase wheels from this company. Dealt with an individual by the name of James. Was quoted on a set of wheels and tires for $4100. Advised him of competitor for the exact same set at $3300 which he matched. Was too good to be true to match $800 but I went forward with it. The following day, asked him to send me an invoice so I can place the order. Immediately made the payment and he informed me that the tires were on a 60 day backorder and attempted to offer me a non-equivalent. Therefore, I attempted to cancel the order and was told that the invoice states there is a 20% restocking fee. WTH?! Should have informed me the tires were on backorder before he sent the invoice. How can you hold a customer liable for a restocking fee when you dont even have the item in stock?!! Bad business. If you want better service, immediate response/communication, I suggest you go elsewhere. Now, I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Forgot to mention, they do not deliver to a residential address.I was advised they will deliver to my local Central Transport for pick up or give them an address to a Pizza Hut and they can have it sent there. SMH.

Call there and ask for Andy. He knows wheels, and will get you the perfect set up. They have unbeatable prices and are very careful with your new wheels. They have tpms sensors and all different kinds of lug nuts. I also like that they have black sticky weights so you dont notice them as much on black wheels. Very happy with them all the guys in the shop too... Thanks guys!

Y’all really need to step your game up...2 days in a row our vehicle is still not done, my husband is in the shop helping the mechanic work on his own truck. While at least 5 other employees are just walking around talking. Don’t tell people times if you can’t do it. You need some organization before you flop.

****update. Emailed Glen under the contact info on the website, responded immediately and made it right! He overnighted the lug nuts to us and we were finally able to get the tires on. He advised they were extremely short handed, which I understand being the holidays. I truly appreciate his efforts to correct the problem. We will be using them again but I will definitely ask to speak directly with Glen.Took over a month and half to get the rims and tires was supposed to be shipped out in 10-14 days. No tracking number was given had to call a 100 times just to get a tracking number. Finally get the tires and they sent the wrong size lug nuts! Horrible customer service. Will not be using them again.

Ordered my wheels June 4th and was told 2/4 weeks, on week 4 I’m told they should be in polishing and that American Force was backed up from moving( ok that makes sense) few weeks later I reach out to the owner cause I was mistakenly told they were shipping and no one would respond to me. The owner got back fast and told me I shouldn’t have been told 2-4 weeks but he spoke with AF and said the wheels were a week out, 3 weeks later I’m told they’re about a week out again, after another few weeks I ask for my money back but the wheels show up the next day, and they said they would upgrade my tires to a better brand which I appreciated. They told me they would ship by Friday at the latest, and on Friday texted and asked me for the address cause they were shipping out that day, didn’t get any shipping info until Wednesday to find out they didn’t ship them until Tuesday, and that they’re not being delivered to the address I provided....communication was frustrating not being able to get ahold of someone for sometimes a few days.

Great job on the detail job, definitely would have gave 5 stars. However upon completion the office manager could not reach us right away since we were at lunch, instead of being patient he smarts off and makes unnecessary rude comments when we call back. I will take our business elsewhere, I was actually considering buying a very nice set of rims and lift kit...We all have bad days I get it,no excuse for the negative attitude.

As I wanted to upgrade my 2015 Chevy Silverado, I wanted a leveling or lift kit. As I called in the process was as smooth as ever. They put on a 3.5 inch RoughCountry lift. My truck drives just a smooth as before and looks like a BEAST on the road. I would recommend Perfection Wheels for any needs from lifts to rims. Ive bought two sets of wheels and tires from them. The first time was great, no issues. Second time I ordered and installed them myself. After installing, my tpms light came on, so I attempted to bind the sensors and discovered there are none. I attempted to get in contact with someone to ask, and never got a response back. Now to some people this wouldnt be a big deal, however to car enthusiasts it would drive you crazy having a light on the dash on. Now I am told it will be $100/tire to install sensors. If they were such a professional shop they should have installed the sensors knowing the vehicle they were being installed on, or at least informed me of an additional charge for the sensors. They are too concerned about quantity rather than quality. I will never purchase from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

After 3 weeks of attempting to contact “Perfection Wheels” I finally applied for credit, and was immediately approved. Upon being approved, someone from PW finally text me and was very helpful. I didn’t 100% have my mind made up on the set yet, so I said I’d get in contact in a few days. Cyber Monday rolls around and I see a screaming deal on some wheels I’ve been looking at. Text one ofthe DOZENS of numbers they advertised on Instagram, and one finally text me back. Gave him all my info, including my financing from THEIR PREFERRED LENDER! That’s the last I’ve heard from them. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I can’t even get a response from these clowns. No shipping info. No invoice. I’ve texted. I’ve called. NOTHING! All the time while they post “featured customers” all over their social media. Seems to me they cater to guys spending 5k-10k on wheels so they can post it as advertising. Don’t waste your time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Id give negative stars if possible. I bought a set of wheels and tires from here. I spent $5,220 for the set and when they arrived the tires are so out of round I cannot even use them. I called to see if they could help me They said they would check the warranty and call back. Never got a call back so I called again. They said to send a video so I did. They never responded. I texted them again and they said they would work on it. This goes on and on me reaching out and them saying they will get back with me and they never do. Eventually they promised to warranty them and they would send the tracking info. Even before my wheels came in, I would call to check on them because they were custom built wheels and the same thing would happen. Ill check and call you back Never would hear back. It has been well over a month since I got these $5,220 tires and wheels I CANNOT USE!!! I still have not gotten tracking info or heard any contact from them. Will never do business here again and would never recommend it to anyone. Once they got your money they do not care about the customer.
