This March, I brought my 2001 Nissan Maxima in to get some repairs done. The parts could not be found, and the car was in the shop until May before they were able to let me know that it could not be fixed. I found their lack of communication to be unprofessional.UPDATE: I had to pay to have my car shipped back to Colorado when I moved. When I took a look at the engine it hadn’t been touched, and we were able to spend $75 on parts and equipment and use around 3 hours to fix it. With a new battery as well it runs great now, and they were going to charge me almost $3k. Tried to take advantage of my situation being stuck in town and scam me into selling them my car. Bloody diabolical
Great customer service
Outstanding swift service.
