Jacob was a great service representative. He explained everything to me and great detail and was very patient and thorough as well as a pleasure to work with. Surface was completed within the expected time frame and a complimentary Car Wash was provided. Their customer Lounge area is large and a pleasant environment. They also provide complimentary Beverages and a few treats. Great place to take your Subaru.
