These guys are literally responsible FOR the damage done to our car today. We went to get our tires changed out and barely made it out of the lot before one of them fell off and caused major damage to the front end of the vehicle. He would not even return our money. DONT GO HERE.

Tire went flat and company was not willing to help. When asked if we can use a jack they mention we can put in the spare tire for $30. $30 just to change the tire for no more than 1 minute? Thats insane. This is what you call bad customer service. When someone is really in need of help and you pretty much leave them hanging when they need help the most. Never going back. Plus didnt want to go in the first place but it was the only option.

This is a price-gouging business. They want $1,300 to replace an alternator when other nearby repair shops would charge at most $800.

Awesome shop. Four separate times I called around to get quotes and every time, Autotech has given me the lowest. Ive never been dissatisfied with their work.
