Pretty rude for customer service staff. Throwing my card back at me after running it was a nice touch too. I was polite so there was no need for any attitude, I only took up about 5 minutes of time in your empty store and knew exactly what I needed. Maybe they are sexist or just horrible at their jobs I really can’t tell, either way I’ll take my business elsewhere 😂 There’s about five other auto part stores in a mile radius, avoid this place if you can is my advice (especially if you’re a woman who knows what she’s looking for, apparently that equates to terrible service here)

I’ve had my vehicle serviced here many times plus new brakes on my wife’s car and I’m very happy with there work.

I needed a battery for my key fob. The gentleman at the front with reddish hair helped me out at the ungodly hour of 8 am. 5 bucks and 2 mins later I’m out the door. Thanks!

Very helpful staff. I went in for paint and they were able to make the color I needed on the spot. They were also able to help me find the color I need.

One of the best auto parts stores ever I forgot a $50 bill on the counter went back 3 days laterand the sales representative Dwayne asked me if I was missing any money do I just work off of a kind of a balanced out of my wallet or do I know what I actually had I said thats a good question and I didnt give me fifty bucks he says you left this here a few days ago now thats above and beyond I really could use that fifty bucks that day so its absolutelya big thanks to Duane and everybody else that works up at the auto parts store we still call it red rooster

So I had my girlfriend go into this store to grab a part for me because I was busy working all day and was not able to get in at 6pm before they closed(also inconvenient hours of operation), and they were rude right off that bat. This place does not seem very people friendly even over the phone they were rude to me as well. I dont recommend going here especially if you have any questions about parts or service.

I come to this place for high quality parts and great service. If you want the right part the first time, come here. I have purchased parts here for over 30 years and have never been disappointed with quality or service.

Needed a special tool to remove a coolant hose and I called Auto Plus Parts. Said had it in stock. Love Red Rooster. Best Parts staff around

Ive been here a couple times since moving into the neighborhood and have been pleased with the service. I used to work in automotive industry, so Im rather picky about who I do business with. They have had the products I need for my German vehicle and the prices have been competitive.

The world would be a better place if these people were running it. These guys are amazing. I have no idea why I dont go here to begin with for every problem in life. This is not only my favorite auto parts store its likely my favorite business at which I shop in general. Auto Plus Bloomington, I thank you!

This place had something I searched and searched for that no other auto parts store had and I was very thankful for them!

I was bringing my newly purchased used car to here because of the free diagnostics just in case the previous owner cleared any codes. Apparently they no longer carry the scanner that can check old codes.
